okay so i have softball practice tonight but i am going to try my hardest to post.

a summer to remember
Chapter one-sixteenth birthay
Maybe I was insane. That had to be a good excuse for what I did. Actually believe him. Every single thing he said I would cling to. Like a little kid with its balloon. I should have known he would float away and leave me behind. Never once look back and say “I wonder what could have been?” Never once look back and see me with my heart broken standing in the misty rainfall. I was stupid and that wasn’t even the end of it.

“Are you kidding me!?” I heard a very impatient voice come from down the hall. The Loud, and way to over the top, music was flooding out of the room  suddenly stopped and I heard a slam of the balcony door  and loud thuds of my sisters feet as she walked down the hall. I waited to see her appear in my doorway. I saw her blond hair and immediately burst into a fit of laughter. “I HATE this place! Stupid humidity.” she said as she stared at her frizzy hair in the giant mirror glued to my wall. She may have been 5’2 but im pretty sure my sister was about to kill my mirror.
“Kirsten” She whined “how is your hair  perfectly straight?!”
I smiled at my twin sister and said
“ I told you to get a straight perm but no. ‘My hair is perfectly fine. Besides there is a reason they have things called flat irons’ ” I mimicked her.
“ ugh. This is so stupid. Stupid hair. Stupid California. Stupid. Stupid. Stupid.” she said angrily. She turned on her heal and marched out of my room. I heard the shower turn on seconds later and mumbled “guess shes going with curly.”
I sighed and got  up from my bed and walked towards my closet. I stared at the new wardrobe my mother and father had gotten for me as an “I’m sorry we forced you to move away from all your friends” gift. It was all color coded and put in order by the type of clothing. I sighed once more and pulled a purple and balck butterfly print dress and added some purple lace up sandals. I pulled my hair in a low side pony tail and curled the ends slightly.
I turned to face my mirror and I smiled. I was 5’2 like my sister and had long golden straight hair. I was pretty tiny. I was 16 but I could pass for 14. My greens eyes where bright with curiosity and excitement.I twirled my purity ring, a habit I had started a while ago.
I heard a knock on my door and found my sister in a knee length pink dress with a black flower print on the bottom. She smiled and excitedly said “lets go!”. We  hurried down the staircase and to our parent who were waiting for us. They both had sly smiles on their face and I became suspicious. I smiled back and heard my sister hum the happy birthday tune. I rolled my eyes and walked down the driveway o a parked limo.
“sweet sauce!” I screamed unable to help myself. I jumped in the limo after my family and bounced in my seat as we became closer to our destination. I heard cheers as we drove up and rolled down the window. My jaw dropped. “NO EFFING WAY!” I screamed as I jumped out of the limo and ran to hug my old Texas friends. I suddenly heard an “uh hum” and turned to see my father motion for me to join him on stage. My sisters eyes were crinkled in delight and smiled at everyone below us.  I smiled and waved before hearing a high pitch scream that belonged to my sister. I turned to see three boys walking on stage. And hunny let me tell you. They where hot.

Of course, I got distracted by their hotness. “Have you seen them?” As I look back at it now I laugh even though the memory causes pain. I remember the brown eyes that stared at me confused by my lack of interest. I remember catching one of them staring at me. I remember. That’s the problem.

oooh brown eyes...well that narrows it down to two...and judging by the age of character me i can narrow it down to one...can't wait to find out for sure though
