POKERFACE.

A fan fiction.

Prologue.

Feeling the bright sun rays beaming down in my eyes was not a good morning wake up. I moaned and groaned, keeping my eyes tightly closed, waiting for my prince charming to wake me up with a morning kiss.

“Amazing night Baby” I heard a low musky voice in the back of my ear. I rolled my eyes thinking about last night. Well, what I remember about last night. 

“Morning” I groaned.

He was a random guy at Club Allure. One out of what? 100. I lost count. Every Saturday it’s the same sh.it. I find a drunk ass guy, well they find me and we hit it off dancing all night.

Then the blackout.

“Why don’t you go make me some breakfast?” He said grabbing a hold of my waist.

I totally forgot his name to be completely honest. I know it was something with an M. was it Mike? Michael? Miguel? Oh well. Let’s just call him M.

“I need to go to work so umm, we’ll keep in touch okay?” I said still having my eyes closed, and covered with bed sheets all the way to my nose.

“Not even breakfast?” He said pulling my waist closer to him. I felt dirty, and just gross. He smelled like booze, and he was lying on my bed. He needed to be terminated.

“I need to get to work” I said managing to say it with a direct tone.

“Fine whatever. You weren’t even worth it anyways” He muttered, getting up from the bed and grabbing his clothes. 4 minutes later I hear the door slam.

He’ll be back.

I finally open my eyes adjusting them to the light coming from the window in front of me. I stretched my arms and legs, wiggling my toes to see if I can get any taller. I stretch every morning hoping that I grow at lease an inch before the summer. I roll off the bed and grab the robe hanging in my vanity chair and pull it on. Running my hand through my auburn hair I hear a knock on the door.

“Baby I was kidding. Open the door”

Go away, I thought.

I walked to the door and peeked through the peep hole. There he was. I did good last night. He was around 6’1 with naturally highlighted curly blonde hair with crystal blue eyes. Muscular, jaw line, flawless tan skin, beautiful pearly white teeth and a kick ass smile. But like all the others, he was a guy. I have gotten to the point in life in which I understand why God put guys on this earth. For headaches, and heartbreaks.  That is why I, Keara Heart do not fall in love.

I simply sighed, and walked in the bathroom for a hot, relaxing bubble bath.
