Authors note: Hey all!! Here is the intro of the story, it's just giving you a feel of what it's going to be about, and I hope you all like it. All characters will be introduced the first chapter or at least most of them will! Oh and right now the title is "Barely Breathing" but I am COMPLETELY open to any suggestions for a new title, my hearts not set on this one ore anything. Intro
Time is a funny thing, it can seem to be barely moving or move at no time at all, but none of that is important in the grand scheme of things. In the grand scheme of things, what is important is how one spends their time here, on this earth. What’s important is what someone does with their life, what they do for others, what they do for themselves. Life is a precious thing, that should not be taken for granted, even when one feels like their teetering, teetering on the edge of life suffocating them
What’s important is how one deals with all the obstacles life throws at them, because God, he doesn’t give obstacles to break one down, or make one stronger. God gives obstacles to a person to show how strong they already were, the strength they already had. Whether the obstacle be death or a sickness or another thing that can’t be controlled, it‘s given, and Jessica Marie Franks, and Aimee Bernstein, knew that more than anyone else, even if it took some time, one person to open their eyes, and spending moments on that fine line of life, teetering on the edge of suffocation, barely breathing, not knowing if they’ll see tomorrow, or if they even want to. They knew better than anyone else life doesn’t always have a happy ending, but sometimes, life can give you half of one.
