| Out of This World [joint fic] [**fantasy+scifi] |

One between me and Em.
There was something amiss about tonight. A boy and girl, twisted and turned in their bed. They looked the same; shimmering, chocolate brown eyes, dark brown hair. Of, course they didn’t know each other. They lived in different universes.
Jayla Jonas couldn’t sleep that night. A rumbling sound shook her while she attempted to fall asleep, but the constant pounding of rain didn’t help her insomniac ways any further. A quick flash lit up her room and there was a crack; a deep sucking noise. Sitting up in her bed, she rubbed her eyes, peering through her window. Just rain.
"Kylie? Nicole? Faren?" She muttered, walking into Faren’s room and picking her little sister up from her bed. Faren yawned, snuggling her head deep into Jayla’s shoulder. Her sister’s had awoken, stumbling out of their bedrooms and glaring at Jayla.
"What?" Kylie moaned, the 20 year old slumping against the wall. Faren, only 8, yawned again, twisting in her sister’s arms. Nicole was the middle child, 15 years old and about to fall asleep again. Jayla frowned, stepping carefully downstairs; her sisters following slowly. They opened the door, rain slamming down on the concrete harshly. Opening the gate, it creaked open as Kylie stepped ahead, peering into the backyard.
"I don’t see what the big deal is. I mean, it-" Another horrifying crack and the girls disappeared. Right there.
Rain always helped Joe Jonas fall asleep. But not tonight. Thunder constantly boomed and lightning flashed. In fact, it was so strong, his bed was shaking. But it couldn’t be thunder. He peeked open his eyes, staring directly into identical brown orbs. Screaming, the two people fell off the bed.
"What are you doing here?" He yelled and she nervously darted her head up.
"I don’t know! Faren! Kylie! NICOLE!" She screeched at the top of her lungs, but none of her sisters ran through the door. The two were twins, one could easily make that decision. But he didn’t even know her. Their hair, eyes... everything so alike.
"Who are you?" He muttered and she blinked a bit.
"Ja.. Jayla Jonas." She muttered, nervously stepping away from him. The breath was knocked out of Joe, as he managed to squeak out a few words.
"My name. Is Joe Jonas."

Nicole Jonas woke up to hearing her older sister going into her younger sisters room.
Nicole did NOT like to be woken up. She liked to sleep, because she got hardly any of it. Possibly because she was constantly drinking Red Bull.
She groaned, and rolled out of bed. In the hallway, she met up with her other older sister, Kylie. She too had been woken up by Jayla.
"Ugh, what time is it?" Kylie moaned
Nicole shrugged her shoulders. Whatever time it was was TOO early.
Together they joined Jayla in their youngest sister, Farren's room. Farren was in Jayla's arms, and she motioned for the other two to follow her.
Jayla led them to the back yard, where the rain was pouring hard.
"I don’t see what the big deal is. I mean, it-" Kylie started, but was cut off by a loud "crack!" Suddenly everything was dark again.
Nicole opened her eyes, and saw a pair of carmel eyes completely identical to hers staring back at her. She screamed, and the owner of the carmel eyes covered her mouth.
"Shh! Don't wake up the whole house! WHO ARE YOU??"
"Who are you?"
"I asked you first."
"Well I asked you second!"
"I'm Nick Jonas."
"Oh my gosh."
"What?"
"This is FREAKY!"
"What is?"
"I'm Nicole Jonas."
"Whoa..." He whispered
'Whoa is right.' Thought Nicole, as she tried to figure out how she got there, and more importantly, how she was going to get HOME.

"You can’t be a Jonas, that’s my last name." Jayla argued, before Joe got the freakiest idea.
"Have you ever heard of a band called Paramore?" Joe asked cautiously, as Jayla rolled her eyes and snorted.
"Of course. Who hasn’t?"
"Name a song."
"Crushcrushcrush. Where is this going...?" She muttered before he snapped his fingers.
"Describe them." He ordered and she rolled her eyes.
"It’s a band of all girls except for one boy. He dyes his hair, like, red and orange. It’s pretty cool. And-" Joe put his hand over her mouth, as she continued to ramble on and on.
"I know what’s up. We live in different universes. Which means different genders. You’re me as... a girl." She froze, moving his hand slightly away from her mouth and grinning.
"Wicked!"
The first thing after that bolt of lightning and Kylie’s head hurt. She rolled over, wrapping blankets over her shivering body and sighing. The door opened up and Faren’s face appeared, as she held hands with a brown haired boy.
"Kylie! Look at my new best friend!" She cheered, lifting his hand up and he grinned too.
"Kevin! Look... it was like magic or somethin’. She just appeared in my room." He was smirking and Kylie hopped out of the bed. Kevin? Who was Kevin? There was another slumbering body in the bed, as he rolled over and eyed Faren and Kylie.
"Do I know you girls...?" He muttered, rubbing his eyes and sitting up right.
"Do I know you?" She asked, as they stared each other in the eyes. The same, milky brown color.
"Kylie Jonas."
"Kevin Jonas."

Here's my chapter!

"So, how did you get here?" Nick asked
"I dunno." The girl who was identical to Nick responded, looking out the window at the rain.
"How many siblings do you have?"
Nick looked taken aback at her question.
"Uh, three. Four counting me."
"How old are they?"
He gave her a weird look, but answered.
"Kevin is twenty, Joe is eighteen, Frankie is seven."
"All boys?"
"Uh-huh."
"This. Is. Creepy."
"What, that I have three brothers?"
"No. That I have three sisters, ALL the same age as them. And that I look like your TWIN, and we've never met!"
'"Is that your sister?" Nick asked, pointing to the picture of Jayla on Nicole's phone.
"Yeah, and the other two are my other sisters." She answered, and pointed to Kylie and Farren.
"Oh my gawd..." He mumbled.
"What?"
"They look like Joe, Kevin and Frankie..."
"Okay, if you're trying to freak me out, and you like planned this with Jayla and Kylie or something, it's WORKING. I'm freaked."
"Well I am too, and um, can I ask you a WEIRD question?"
"Yeah..."
"What's the most popular disney channel show as of 2007?"
"Uh, that weird one about the boy who doubles as a rockstar."
"I think I figured it out."
"Oh my...what is this, like a parrallel universe?"
"I think so..."
"How do I get home?"
"I can't help you there."

Farren opened her eyes. She was in a bedroom, and there was a boy looking right at her.
"I'm Frankie!" He exclaimed, when she turned to him.
"I'm Farren!"
"Why are you in my room?"
"I don't know."
"Ok!"
"Wanna play a game?"
"Sure!"
"Ok, but first i have to show you to Kevin."
"Ok!"
Farren followed Frankie into another bedroom, to meet what she would soon find out is his older brother.
