A Colorful Story
Red, that was probably the only color she saw the first time that she met him. Possibly cause he rammed straight into her causing her to fall to the ground and scrape her elbow to a nice shade of red and brown.
Brown, that was the color of his gorgeous and curly hair, also the color of her own straightened hair. She wasn’t exactly sure that was a key fact but his hair drew her in right away.
Green, the color of the dress she was wearing before it got ruined when she fell down. She loved that dress with all of her heart her mother had just bought it for her the day before and now it was ruined.
Dark Blue, the color of the sunglas.ses that shaded his eyes from the world. She loved the color of them, even if the boy who had run straight into her was a bit of a weirdo, and stared up at them with a grin.
Pink, that was the color of his cheeks as he looked down at her while she was on the ground. He looked so frightened that he had run into her and over the fact that she was staring at him.
Yellow, the color of his checkered shoelaces, the first thing she saw when she looked away from his sunglas.ses. Her eyes stayed on them for a second and then turned back up to his eyes.
Chocolate, that was the color of his now visible eyes, his now visible wide and beautiful eyes. She couldn’t help but wish that her own eyes were that delicious color instead of the smoky brown color they appeared to be.
Purple, that’s the color of the shirt he was wearing with those other colors. It was a nice dressy button up shirt that was open at the top showing off his rather muscular chest, which she didn’t mind staring at.
Dark Gray, the shade of the pants that he was wearing, tight skinny jeans that fit him very well. He wasn’t alone though because the two boys that he had been walking with also had that same style.
Light Gray, the color of the hat that his older brother was wearing. It was dashing and she couldn’t help but want to steal it from him but she knew that if she did he would probably freak out.
Silver, the shade of the ring that he wore on his left hand, ring finger. She had hopes that they might get together but when she saw that her heart dropped and she lost all sight in that dream.
Peach, the color of the hand that he reached down to offer her to help her up. She stared for a second before reaching her own hand out and then pulling it away when she feels the sparks from the connection.
Lime Green, the color of the iPod she had in her hand listening to some song or another by a band her best friend introduced her to. She wasn’t exactly sure of their name but she loved to sing along with the song.
Teal, the color of the tie that one of his older brothers is wearing. It also had stars on it with and a big star pin in the middle of it she was drawn to that star cause it was shinny and she likes shinny things.
Crimson Red, the color of the drops of blood that fell onto her dress as she sat staring at her hand. She watched the blood falling her mouth dropped at him, she hadn’t had someone who when she touched them she felt sparks before
White, the color of the beautiful teeth that he showed her hesitantly as he reached down to help her again. She had never seen such gorgeous teeth hidden behind such kissable lips before.
Turquiose, the color her nail polish turned when she touched his hand again. Silently she was cursing herself for buying the mood polish and painting her nails with it because it was currently trying to tell how happy she was to be touching him.
Lavender, the color of the piece of paper her gave to her as he hurried off with his brothers. She stared after him for a minute the paper in her hand loosely hanging before she turns her eyes to it with ease.
Blue, the color of the pen he had used to write his number on that paper before he gave it to her. She hadn’t believed it when she had first seen it but then she saw his name written on the paper also, Nick.
Sapphire, the color of the ring he gave her for Christmas the year after they started dating. He said she shined almost as much as the stone itself and that she brought out the beauty in it.
Ebony, the color of the tuxedo he wore when they finally were joined as man and wife. Almost a full six years after they had met that first day, and both could honestly say they were happy he ran into her.
Ivory, the color of the dress she wore as she walked down the isle her father by her side. She had never loved anyone more than the man who was standing at the front of the isle and she never would.
Golden Brown, the color of their first born child’s hair, neither really understood how the two brunette’s ended up with a blondish child. But both knew that this was their heart, their joy their passion, their blood.
Red, the color of the stone in the necklace he gave her for their tenth anniversary. She told him it was too much and that he didn’t listen, he planned on spoiling her and their children for the rest of their lives.
