Heather, the shy one. The one who got tongue tied and blushed up a storm. The one who could trip over the invisible wind at any given time. The one who would randomly start dancing, then run into walls. The one who had curly brown hair and blue eyes that were brown around the pupil. And Kevin Jonas was in love with her.
Heather and Kevin had been going out for about two months. Kevin was completely crazy about her.
Heather leaned up against her locker, reading her newest book. “Hey babe.” Kevin came up to her, moving her hair out of her face and planting a light kiss on her lips. “Hey.” Heather replied, blushing slightly. “Now, I have some news for you, but before I say anything, I want to say something else. Dreams could never take the place of loving you.” Kevin said. “Okay, apparently it’s bad news. What’s going on?” Heather asked, staring into Kevin’s hazel eyes. “Joe, Nick, and I are starting a band. We have to go to California because we got a record deal……” Kevin said. Heather smiled. “That’s great!” She kissed him again. Heather stared into his eyes and said, “I love you.” Kevin stared back, transfixed, “I love you too Heather.”

Kevin crossed off the day on the calendar. It had been two months since he had last seen Heather, but only two hours since he had last heard her voice. He would be seeing her again in another month. Kevin plopped down on the couch, staring at a picture of him and Heather. “Missing her huh?” Joe asked. “I can hardly take a day without her here.” Kevin said, sighing, “She’s the light that makes me darkness disappear.” Joe nodded and thought for a moment. “That sounds like a great song……..” Kevin nodded, grabbing his guitar. “When you look me in the eyes, and tell me that you love me. Heather ran to Kevin and wrapped his arms around him. I’ve missed you soooooooooo much!” She exclaimed. Kevin kissed her passionately.
