This is a Jonas fanfic...
I. Wrong She jumped to her made bed and buried herself in her pillows. She raised the comforter over her head and covered herse lf, erasing her view of the stars. She has just turned the thermostat on coolest… She just loves this feeling. She lied down blankly… Then… there was a thud and she feels someone beside her. “Oh.” She uncovered her face to see who it was. “Joe…” She shook her head with a what-are-you-doing-here smile. “This is cool…” Joe smiled back. He looked at her in the eyes while he sat there. When he finally shook his head from what seemed like a stare, “You have too many pillows!” He chuckled, throwing a pillow at her. She caught the pillow and smiled at him quite uncomfortably. She didn’t really feel like entertaining him. She didn’t even ask why he was there. She did have an idea about it but didn’t dawn upon it. She was just in a blank state. It was like she was so weak. Joe sat beside her while she stared through nothingness. He did the same. He lied down with her after a while. He looked at her. They can feel each other’s breath now. “Joe?” she said. “Izz…” he said. Then there was just silence. Izz frowned and shook her head, “Wha-what?” she asked. Joe didn’t answer. He just kept looking at her. Izz finally got the energy to get up but then… Joe kissed her. It was just a peck on her lips but… Izz froze. She looked alarmed. “What are you doing?!” She shouted at him. “What?” Joe said as he and Izz got up. “What do you mean what? What… What… Ohmygod, Joe!” she frowned at him. Joe shook his head as if he was clueless. “Is this some kind of a sick joke?” Izz glared at him. “…’Cause it’s not funny!” “Izz—“ Joe tried to explain but Izz cut him off. “Get out!” Izz pointed at the door. Joe looked at her one more time but he just got the same furious face. He opened the door and got out with his head down, giving a sigh. Just as Joe closed the door behind him, Izz threw herself restlessly on her bed, lying on her back. She stared at the ceiling, back to nothingness, with her eyes now shining with tears.
