You Don't Even Know
I pushed my way through the bustling high School hallway, trying to possibly get by on the very first day of High School for me. It was August 1st and it just so happened to be the hottest day of school. I finally got to my locker and tried to hide my face in it. I had no friends at this school. On top of being one of the very few freshmen at the school, I had just moved to L.A. from my home in Alberquerque, and you know how popular kids hate new kids. So anyways, I made it to the lunchroom alive, surprisingly. I sat down and one of the popular girls across from me noticed my necklace that had a picture of my favorite band, The Jonas Brothers, on it. "You like the Jonas Brothers?!" she said in a seemingly-disgusted tone of voice. "Yeah." I said, a little shy after her comment. "They are so stupid!" Another popular girl said, this time, even meaner than the other one. "Yeah!" another one agreed. "Got that right!" Said another. They kept agreeing, one after another, after another. I finally couldn't take it anymore and ran out of the lunchroom. The comments had overwhelmed me to the point where I was crying my heart out in the bathroom near the lunchroom. I wiped my streaking mascara from my eyes and turned around, ready to go back out there, but then stopped. I knew I couldn't take them on again. I loved the Jonas Brothers and it was breaking my heart to see everyone bashing on them like that. I turned towards the window and got an idea. "I'll just escape out the window." I said to myself. I headed for the window when another girl stepped into the bathroom. "If you're here to make fun of me, too, go ahead." I said as tears began to fall down my face again. "I'm not here to make fun of you." she said. I suddenly recognized the girl as one of the seniors at our school. "Then what are you here to do?" "Well, I was here to go to the bathroom, but it looks like there's something else that needs to be done here." "And what might that be?" "Come here." I was shocked at the way the girl wiped my eyes with her hand. "Why do you even care about me? I'm just a freshman and you're a senior." "Because I saw what happened." "Just leave me alone. Please." "You look like you really love the boys on your necklace." I smiled. "You don't even know."
this was pretty good.. a little confusing but still ok..
