The Jonas Boys and Me. Chapter One
“Ohh this is an S.O.S. don’t want a second guess!” I sang as I jumped on my bed like a crazy monkey. I’m Alyssa Murphy. I’m only 13 but I am awfully hyper. Let’s see, I really love the Jonas Brothers.
“Lyss time for breakfast.” My mom called me. I was an only child and lived with my mom. I ran down the stairs in my pajamas.
“I found another paper with the Jonas Brothers tour dates on it for Florida.” She said.
“Hmmm how’d that get in there?” I asked smiling. She handed over my plate then smiled. Then went upstairs. I continued to eat. “Drat.” I thought.
“Open it.” She said as she gave me a envelope.
“What is it?’
“Open and find out.” She said. I opened them up. I pulled out, two gold tickets to tonight’s Burning Up tour concert. I screamed.
“How did you get these?”
“Denise.”
“Denise who?’
“Jonas.”
“How do you know her?” I asked.
“They’re our cousins.”
“COUSINS?” I screamed again.
“Yeah!” my mom said.
“These are so cool.”
“That means you get to go back stage and watch them.”
“Shut up!” I said. By now I was literally having a fit.
“Yes! Now go get dressed! She said we could go early.” She said. I ran upstairs into my room and got on some clothes.
“Perfect.” I said.
“I’ll say.” Said Jason from behind. In other words, my boyfriend.
“Hey…” I said. I ran over and hugged him. He hugged back. I felt safe for some reason. I don’t know why.
“I heard.”
“And we where kind of leaving.” I said.
“Yeah, yeah. Your boys await.” He said. I kissed him lightly then we both left.
“You and that boy scare me sometimes.”
“Please mom. He’s just a guy. Who’s very cute and cares a lot.”
“If your dad was alive you wouldn’t be dating him.”
“I know...”
“I like the kid. Cute.”
“I know!” I said. I plugged my iPod into the stereo and listened to that for the rest of the ride.
“Here we are.” My mom said as we walked up to Denise Jonas.
“Thank you so much for the tickets for us. Alyssa is thrilled to meet the boys.”
“I bet.” She said. Then she looked at me. I didn’t wear my Jonas shirt as I planned if I had not gotten these. I changed the outfit completely.
“She’s kind of shy.” My mom told her after five minutes of them talking about how I won the first talent show at Florida Regional Middle.
“Don’t worry sweet heart you’ll love the boys.” She said.
“I bet.” I said shyly. I was supposed to be not as shy.
“Here they are!” she said as we turned the corner to find those three amazing boys waiting for us.
