I dropped this a while back because I got busy with a few other fics. 
So, I'm reposting it, because I want to start it back up.

Prologue

Rain pounded on the windows of the mansion. The pool was over filled, water pouring out onto the patio. The dog was put safely inside of the home. Birds hid, squirrels in the trees, and everything else in safety. Jennifer looked out of her window, head rested against its cold glass. Her breath created a fog on it, which she whipped away. They were coming today, and a feeling in her gut told her it wouldn’t be pleasant. Something bad was going to happen…but the question was…what?

Chapter One

“They’re here!!” Nick Jonas yelled as a black car pulled into the circular driveway of his home.

   Nick Jonas was one of 4 kids, plus 2 adopted sisters, on account that his mother’s sister, Alyssa, had died in a horrible car accident many years before, and their father had left when Jennifer, the youngest out of the two, was a year old, they adopted the two of them. So they were really their cousins. Nick’s sibling consisted of Joe, who was 18, Kevin, 20, and Frankie, 7. Jennifer and Paige were their cousin/sisters, and Jennifer was 16, just a few months older than Nick, and Paige 17, going on 18 soon.

    Nick’s grandparents were coming. They were very, very, very wealthy. And so were Nick’s parents. Not just everyone lives in a huge mansion like that. And supposedly, Nick’s uncle, and his children were supposed to be coming with them. And his wife, last they heard, was on business in London.  No one was for sure yet though. They’d find out soon though.

            “Courtney’s here!” Courtney shouted as she walked in the front door. Spencer Kate rolled her eyes at her. “Hi honey” Mrs. Jonas said as she gave Courtney a hug. “Hey Aunt Denise.” She said. Denise pulled Spencer into a hug also, as Kevin Sr. walked in, giving the girls hugs also. “Hey guys!” Haley said as she gave Denise a hug. “Hi sweetheart. Where are your parents?” Denise asked. “It’s just dad, and he’s helping grandpa and grandma out” Haley replied. “I’ll go help” Kevin Sr. said, walking out the door.

            “Boys! Come say hi to the girls!” Denise called. “Hey, hey!” Joe said, hugging them. Following him was a girl they’d never met before, but they knew exactly who she was. “And I’d like to introduce you guys, sorry, girls, to my girlfriend, Iris” Joe said, pulling Iris over. “Hi” Iris said happily. “Hi” they all said back in unison. “What up girlies?” Kevin said, coming up from behind to Courtney. “Hey Kevin” Courtney said startled. “Do we get to meet this girl we hear so much about in your emails?” Haley asked. “Of course you do! Right after she gets out of the bathroom!” Kevin said. Haley giggled. “Where’s Nicholas Jerry?” Spencer Kate asked. “Uh… I don’t know. He was just here…” Joe said….

Meanwhile…

“Hey, you coming?” Nick asked Jennifer. He’d found her in their attic, up against the glass window in it. It was an older house, kinda creaky in places, but it was still beautiful, and nice. Jennifer sighed. “Jen, you ok?” Nick sat down next to her. “I guess. I don’t know Nick. It’s just, whenever we’re all together, it’s hard, because, well” Jennifer told him. “Jen, you’re my best friend, tell me, what’s wrong?” Nick asked. Jen shrugged. “You miss her don’t you? Your mom, I mean” Nick said quietly. Jen nodded. “It’s not fair. Why us?” Jen said. “I know, it’s not fair at all. But, I still think you should come down. Please. It’d mean a lot to everyone. You barely say anything ever since the accident.” Nick begged. “I’ve got nothing to say anymore” Jen mumbled. “Don’t play that Jennifer, c’mon. You can’t always rely on just me to talk to about stuff” he said to her. Jen groaned, and stood up. Nick gave her a hug. “C’mon, it’s going to be fun” Nick said, pulling Jen back down the creaky old stairs, leading to the 3^rd floor. Maybe…maybe not… Jen thought.

I just got home from the doctor's with my mom (not for me, my mom. check up, and i had to go with her...), so I'll post ASAP...
Well, at least after I do a couple other things. lol.
