Ok, since our first TWO threads got broken (I wonder why, J/K Kellie =P)...

Here's a new one!

Third time's a charm!

Hopefully we get our old (and old old) readers back and score us some new ones! Hahahaha! =P

I Hate That I Love You

Ch. 1

Kerry’s POV

“Hey Kerry… You got something in the mail from Will; it looks really big, maybe a new script?” My mom yelled up the stairs.

“Ok Mom, thanks, I’ll be right down to look at it.” I yelled back.

I had just been lying on my stomach on my bed looking online for any new auditions. I’m Kerry and I’m an aspiring actress. I’m twenty years old and other than the few commercials I’ve done growing up, it’s been really difficult for me to find acting jobs. You would think that playing the piano and singing might help me, but nothing has really come up so far.

I rolled off my bed and ran down the stairs to the dinning room where we keep all our mail. I found the package my mom was talking about it and ripped it open. The first thing I took out was a note from Will.

Hey Kerry,

So I’ve been trying to find some new scripts and here was one that really caught my eye. It’s for a show on Disney Channel still unnamed. The concept is that it’s a private school for high school students that are elite musicians. There are three main girl characters and three boys. The show follows them as they become friends (and more) and get through classes and the stresses that come with being a teenager. I thought that this was right up your alley. It also suggests that you have musical experience and the fact that you play piano and sings really helps. Just read over the script and let me know if you’re interested. The auditions are about a month away. If you have any questions you know how to reach me, and expect to hear from me soon.

Sincerely, your best agent,

Will

After reading through the note I ran back up the stairs to read the script in my room. Although it was somewhat corny (come on it is Disney Channel) the concept of the show and script really drew me in. I loved it and I really wanted to audition for it.

After reading through the small script of the pilot, I called Will.

“Will Bauldmen.” He answered.

“Hey Will its Kerry.”

“Hey Kerry, how’s it going?”

“Really well thanks; um I just read through the new script for the Disney Channel from you, I absolutely loved it. I think it will be a great opportunity.”

“Great, so you’re auditioning next month?”

“Yeah I really want to.”

“Ok great, I’ll call and I’ll put your name on the audition list and call you back and let you know for sure when auditions are and where they’re taking place.”

“Thanks Will, you’re the best.”

“Well kiddo, I’ve got to go, but I’ll call you soon with the details ok?”

“Yeah thanks. Bye Will.”

“Bye Kerry.”

For the next month I went over the scene I was auditioning to and also I went over a monologue I was going to perform at the audition. I also took more piano and voice lessons because I had to play a sonata for the judges and sing a popular song.

I walked through the doors to where the audition was taking place. There were people everywhere stretching, warming up their voices, and going over scripts and songs. After waiting in line for about fifteen minutes, I walked up to the registration table.

“Hi Kerry Fahey. F a h e y.” I said.

“Kerry Fahey, 20 years old auditioning for Cici?” The lady asked.

“Yup that’s me.”

“Ok, your audition room is down the hall and to the right. It’s room 220.”

“Ok thank you.”

I got to the line that almost reached down the hall and was standing between two girls. One girl had chocolate brown hair that went to the middle of her back and beautiful brown eyes. She was taller than me at around 5’5 and was pretty skinny (although she wasn’t unhealthy looking). She also looked to be very athletic; maybe she played sports or danced? I was still trying to figure that out. The girl on the other side of me was taller probably around 5’8 (man was I jealous, being under five feet stinks) once again she was brunette but had a different hair style then the other girl. She had layers in her hair and side bangs and her hair went just past her shoulders. She also had brown eyes (but they were lighter then the other girls) and wore just a little bit of make up (she was a natural beauty). I was sort of the opposite of both girls. I was really small under five feet and under 100 pounds (I was skinny like the first girl, where I was skinny but didn’t look unhealthy). I also had somewhat short blonde hair (it was about shoulder length) and although I had straightened it that day, it typically has a slight wave to it. I also had green eyes, so I looked nothing like these two girls.

“Hey I’m Kerry.” I introduced myself, auditions like these could take all day, might as well get to know the people around me.

“Hey I’m Kellie.” The first girl that I described replied.

“And I’m Alexis.” Replied the second girl.

“Nice to meet you girls.”

“Yeah you too.” They said.

“So how old are you both and what part are you auditioning for?” I asked.

“I’m 17.” Kellie said. “And I’m auditioning for Sarah.”

“I’m 15 and I’m auditioning for Katie.” Alexis said. “What about you?”

“I’m 20 and I’m auditioning for Cecilia or Cici.” I said.

“That’s funny that we’re all auditioning for different parts.” Kellie said.

“Yeah so let me guess, you’re auditioning for Sarah because you’re a dancer right? And you’re auditioning for Katie because you’re creative and like to write, act, and create your own plays and things?” I asked.

“Well I do dance and the age of Sarah is around my age.” Kellie replied.

“Yeah and Katie was the character I could relate to the most.” Alexis said.

“That’s cool.”

“Yeah what about you, are you anything like Cecilia?”

“Um I do play piano and I sing, so yeah I guess I am like Cecilia.”

We talked the rest of the afternoon and got along pretty well. I seriously sort of became like the older sister to them and they kept teasing me that I was “old”.

“Well I guess I’m next.” Kellie said as the door opened and the guy before her walked out.

“Good luck.” I said.

“Yeah break a leg.” Alexis said.

“Thanks girls, if I don’t see you, good luck to you both too.” Kellie said.

We couldn’t see her performance but we could hear her through the door and her monologue and acting of the script went without any mistake. She came out with a huge smile on her face about 15 minutes later. Both girls wished me luck and Kellie squeezed my hand as I walked by her.

“Hi.” I greeted as I walked into the room.

“Hi please state your name, age, and who you’re auditioning for to the camera.”

“Hi my name is Kerry Fahey, I’m twenty years old, and I’m auditioning for Cecilia.” I said with a smile towards the camera.

“Great. Now we’re going to start out with your monologue.” I started acting and saying my monologue and they stopped me half way through I wasn’t sure if that was a goo thing or a bad thing. After my monologue I acted and said my lines as someone read the scene with me. After that I played part of my piano sonata and then finished it with an acoustic cover (on the piano) of ‘This is me’ from the camp rock sound track.

“Great thank you Kerry, we’ll let you know within the next few weeks about call backs.”

My audition lasted twenty minutes and I left the room thinking I did pretty well, but I wasn’t sure.

“You sounded amazing.” Alexis said.

“Aw thanks hon! I’m sure you’ll do great. Good luck.” I said as I hugged her and she walked into the audition room. I was relieved that the audition was done, but was really anxious about hearing call backs.

Chapter 2

-Alexis’ POV-

It’s been 5 weeks and 4 days since the auditions (not that I’ve been counting). I was a little bummed that I still haven’t heard anything from Disney, I guess I’d just have to try harder next time.

I was typing up a story in my laptop when my mom suddenly yelled from downstairs.

“Alexis? Telephone” she shouted.

“Ok mom. I’ll answer it from your room” I said back as I stood up and walked to her bedroom.

“Hello?” I asked as I picked up the receiver and heard my mom put down the phone downstairs.

“Hello. Is this Alexis Thompson?” a woman asked.

“Um, yes this is she.” I said, wondering who the person on the other line was.

“Great! This is Georgina Parker, one of the producers for the Disney show you auditioned for. I wanted to call you personally to let you know that you got the part. You’re going to be Katie!” she said cheerfully over the line.

Seriously?!

“Oh my gosh. I mean… Wow… Uh.. Thanks!” I managed to blurt out.

She laughed over the line.

“You’re welcome” she replied. “I actually talked to your mom before she put you through. All details are with her. I’ll see you 9 AM sharp at the studio on Monday morning so you can meet your co-stars.” She said.

I still couldn’t believe it.

“Okay, that sounds great!” I said cheerfully, still amazed that I actually got the part and excited to meet my co-stars.

“Okay, I’ll see you then” she said as we both hung up the phone.

I jumped up and down when I put the phone down. I quickly ran downstairs and found my mom preparing dinner. She laughed when she saw me running towards her.

“Mom! I can’t believe it!” I said as I quickly hugged her.

“I knew you’d make it Lexi. I’m so proud of you!” she said as she hugged me back.

“Oh, and Ms. Parker said that I’d have to go with you since you’re still a minor. You okay with that?” she laughed as we were cutting up tomatoes for spaghetti night.

“Mom! I wouldn’t have it any other way.” I said smiling at her. I meant it. My mom’s pretty much like my best friend. I don’t have any siblings and my dad passed away a few years ago, so since then it’s been just me and my mom.

“I love you Lexi” she said as she wiped a tear from her eye.

I couldn’t help but laugh.

“Mom. We haven’t even left yet” I laughed. “But I love you too, you know that” I said as she kissed my forehead.

“I know” she laughed. “Our plane leaves for LA Monday morning, so we’ll arrive there just in time for the 9 AM meeting” she said, obviously changing the topic so I could stop teasing her about being too dramatic.

I nodded and smiled to myself. Everything was going great and nothing could bring me down.

Monday quickly rolled by and soon my mom and arrived in LA, riding a cab to the studio. I was just staring outside the window as we drove along the city. The bright sun, the buildings, the wide streets… It was absolutely amazing for someone coming from such a small town!

“We’re here Lexi” my mom said as the cab pulled over by a huge building.

I could feel the butterflies in my stomach as I got outside the cab.

Here goes nothing.

I followed my mom as we went to the reception area.

“Hi. This is my daughter Alexis Thompson and we’re here for a meeting with Georgina Parker” mom told the girl at the desk.

“Hi! Please proceed to room 205. It’s the one at the end of that hallway” the girl behind the desk said as she pointed to her left, smiling at us.

“Thanks” my mom and I said at the same time.

When my mom and I reached the end of the hallway, we could hear lots of voices coming from behind the door. My mom nudged me to go in. I took a deep breath and turned the knob.

Wow. It was chaotic. There were about 5 people talking on their cellphones at the same time, there was a huge table filled with food and several couches inside the room.

Suddenly a middle aged woman with blonde hair and blue eyes walked up to us as she flipped her phone off.

“Alexis!” she yelled as she walked up to me and gave me a hug.

“Mrs. Thompson!” she then said as she gave my mom a hand shake.

I figured this lady was Georgina Parker. Well, at least everyone seemed friendly.

“Please call me Juliet” my mom, smiling at Georgina.

“Come here! I want you to meet the other girls. The boys aren’t here yet that’s why it’s been a little crazy. Those boys really have such a hectic schedule.” Georgina said as she led us to the back of the room where more couches were.

I didn’t really fully understand what she was saying about the boys because I was too surprised and excited to see Kerry and Kellie sitting on the couch in front of me.

“Alexis!” they both shouted at the same time as they ran up to me to give me a hug.

“This is good. You girls already know each other. Good, good” Georgina said with a smile on her face.

“Yeah, we were right next to each other during auditions!” Kellie said beaming.

“That’s great! I’ll let you girls catch up. Juliet, I’m sure you’d like to meet the other parents” Georgina said as my mom nodded and placed her things in one corner and walked off with Georgina.

“Ahhh! This is unbelievable!” I said as I squealed and hugged the two girls again.

“I know! I can’t believe it either!” Kerry said.

I was so happy that Kerry and Kellie would be on the show with me. They were really nice during the auditions.

The three of us sat down on the couch and just talked about how excited we were about the show.

“I wonder who our co-stars are” Kellie asked.

Georgina said they were brothers or something and they’re like in a band. They’re 16, 19 and 20” Kerry said.

“That’s cool!” I said.

Just then three boys entered the room. Two had curly hair and the other had straight hair. They looked pretty cute, actually. And they dressed well too.

“Wow” Kellie, Kerry and I all said at the same time.

We all looked at each other and giggled.

Wow. I get to work with Kerry, Kellie and three cute boys. I laughed to myself.

Everything seemed so perfect and nothing could absolutely go wrong.

But maybe I spoke too soon…

Chapter 3:

Kellie's Point Of View

I thought that this show couldn't get any better, I mean Kerry and I were in it together!  But boy was I wrong, when Alexis walked through that door it was like best friends reuniting after being seperated for 2 years.  Kerry and I met Mrs. Thompson, then she joined my mother, Sharon, and Kerry's.  Alexis, Kerry, and I sat on the couch catching up for a while until the door opened and in walked three gorgeous boys.  The shortest had an adorable mop of curly brown hair on top of his head, the middle one had straight dark hair, and the third one also had curly hair.

"Wow"  The three of us mumbled, staring at the boys in awe.

Were these seriously our co-workers?!

The boys walked over to where we were sitting and introduced themselves as Nick, Joe, and Kevin Jonas.  Our mouths opened in shock.

"You're the Jonas Brothers?"  Kerry asked.  The middle boy, Joe, laughed and nodded his head.

"Hi, I'm Kellie LePage."  I said standing and shacking each of their hands.  The other girls introduced themselves too.  Just then Ms. Parker, or Georgina, as she asked us to call her, walked back in with our mothers.  The boys introduced themselves again.  Georgine took our mothers for a tour of the studio while Alexis, Kerry, and I read over a few pieces of the script.  The boys sat on a couch across from us, just watching us read.

"Can we help you?"  I asked looking up.  The looked offended.

"Sorry, we're just sitting here, there's really nothing to do here."  Kevin explained.  I nodded, looking back down at my script.

Everytime I looked up I would see Joe looking at me, then look away.  It made me a little curious.

Probably around a half hour later we were done reading and the guys were still, sitting silently, looking at us.  We stared back and it became some sort of a contest.

"HA YOU BLINKED!"  Joe yelled pointing at me.

"I did not!"  I protested.

"Did too!"  And this went back and forth for about another 2 minutes.

"JOE SHUT UP!"  Nick yelled, obviously annoyed with the whole situation.  Joe and I shut up immediatly.

Note to Self:  Nick-Cranky.

Then, yet another awkward silence fell among us.

To try to clear the confusion Kerry's character in the show is Cecilia, Kellie's character is Sarah, Alexis' character is Katie, Kevin's character is Justin, Joe's character is Tristan, and Nick's character is Cameron

Ch. 4

Kerry’s POV

“So…” I said trying to start conversation.

“So what?” Nick replied back in a snotty tone.

Thank goodness I’m not Alexis I thought to myself. I gave Alexis a look and she rolled her eyes and just shrugged.

“Are you guys going to have to be in school while shooting?” I asked.

“Yes.” Alexis, Kellie, and Nick replied.

“I’m done and so is Kevin.” Joe replied.

“Cool me too.” I said as I high fived Joe. I went to give Kevin a high five but he just sat there.

Great why can’t I be Kellie? (Because she was going to be Joe’s love interest on the show). Joe seems like the only nice one. I thought to myself.

It’s crazy how you act differently around different people. I mean if it was just Kellie, Alexis, and I, I’m sure we would be talking up a storm and laughing. But right now we’re with three moody guys sitting in an awkward silence.

“So I’m thinking we’ll give everyone a tour around the set, you can meet the people you’ll see everyday like the make up and hair people, and then we’ll break for lunch, and then run through the read through of the pilot, and then we’ll be done for the day. Remember shooting starts tomorrow, so memorize your lines and be ready for shooting tomorrow, also get some good sleep! Now if you’ll follow me this way.” Georgina said

We all went for the tour where we saw we would go for wardrobe, where to go for make up and hair, and finally we got to see what our set looked like for shooting. Although I was working with two rude boys and one nice but sort of annoying one, I got butterflies in my stomach as I looked around at the set. I worked so hard to get here, there was no way I was going to let three stupid boys ruin it for me.

We got a break for lunch and Kellie, Alexis, our moms, and I all went to a restaurant down the street and brought it back to set and had a picnic lunch before we read through the script. We were all eating when we saw the boys with their lunch. They didn’t sit with us, but I noticed it was just the three of them sitting together, no one was sitting with them and no one from their family was there.

Aw I sort of feel bad for them; I mean they have no family (other than themselves) with them. Wait no Kerry! What are you thinking? They’re rude and annoying! I shook those thoughts out of my head and continued to eat lunch.

“You all ready for the read through?” Georgina asked us. We finished up lunch and headed back inside.

I was walking to the conference room where we were all going to read through our lines. As I was about to walk in someone was walking out and hit my head with the door.

“Ouch!” I said as I held my head.

“Oh Kerry! I’m so sorry!” Joe said.

“It’s fine.” I snapped back as I made my way past him and into the room. Okay maybe I shouldn’t have acted like that, but it really hurt.

We all sat down and began to read our script.

Setting: A warm fall day and the first day of classes. Cecilia walks onto the campus of her new school. She was walking toward the main building where she was going to check in so she could get her rooming assignment. Looking down at her paper (and not where she is going she bumps into someone)

Cecilia: Oh sorry!

Justin (Kevin): No worries it’s ok. I’m Justin by the way.

Cecilia: Hi I’m Cecilia, well people call me Cici. Well not anyone here because I’m new here, but I’m not a freshman. (Cecilia rambles)

Justin: Okay (Justin says with a weird look), so you’re not a freshman, you are…

Cecilia: I’m a junior.

Justin: Cool me too. Anyway I’m about to go to my room. I’ll see you around?

Cecilia: Yeah. (Cecilia says with a dreamy look in her eyes)

Cecilia keeps looking at Justin and walks into someone else.

Cecilia: Man what is up with me walking into people today (Cecilia says under her breath)

Katie: Excuse me?

Cecilia: Oh sorry! I was talking to myself. Let me help you, man girl you have a lot of books.

Katie: Yeah, I like to write my own music, plays, and songs.

Cecilia: Wow that’s awesome.

Sarah: Hey Katie, I was looking all over for you, you ready to go move into our room?

Katie: Yeah, it was nice meeting you…

Cecilia: Cecilia, my names Cecilia.

Katie: Nice meeting you Cecilia

Cecilia: You too Katie.

(Sarah waves as they leave) (Cecilia checks in and tries to find her room; she finds it and knocks on the door)

Sarah: Come in

(Cecilia walks in)

Katie: Cecilia?

Cecilia: Hey Katie right? And Sarah?

Katie and Sarah: Yeah!

Cecilia: Well it looks like we’re roommates. By the way please call me Cici

(All three girls move in)

Sarah: Wanna go meet our neighbors?

Katie and Cecilia: Sure

(Go knock on neighbor’s door, Justin opens the door)

Justin: Hey I told you I’d see you around

Cecilia: Haha yeah.

Justin: Here come in girls you can meet my roommates Tristan (Joe) and Cameron (Nick)

Cecilia: Hi

(Other girls just staring, she hits them)

Sarah: Oh um hi!

Tristan: Hi

Katie: Hey

Cameron: How’s it going?

(Girls end up hanging out in the boy’s room for the day)

(Ending scene)

Cecilia: Night girls, can’t wait to start class in the morning

Katie: Night me either

Sarah: Night girls sleep well

:End of script:

“Nice job everyone, boys don’t worry, and the next episode has a lot more of you in it. See you all in the morning.”

We were dismissed and even before we got to say goodbye to the guys, they all left.

“That was awkward.” Kellie said.

“Yeah, I was sort of hoping the guys would be nicer.” Alexis said.

“Yeah you lucked out Kell; Joe seems like the nicest out of all of them.” We continued to talk until we got to the hotel.

“Have a good night girls and I’ll see you bright and early in the morning.” I said.

“Yeah you too!” They replied.

I talked with my mom and called my family once I got back to my hotel. We ate dinner and I memorized my lines for the next day. I went to bed early so that I could be ready for my first day of shooting.

CHAPTER 5

Alexis’ POV

Toot Toot Toot Toot Toot Toot Toot

I woke up to the annoying sound of my alarm clock. But as I felt the warm sun on my face, I found myself smiling. Today was our first day of shooting. I couldn’t believe that I was really going to be part of the show and I get to work with Kerry and Kellie, two girls whom I feel would become my best friends in no time. Unfortunately, I found myself scowling when I remembered that I’d be seeing the Jonas boys again today. Of the three of them, Joe, the second one and Kellie’s partner in the show, seemed to be the only nice one, but he was seriously border line annoying. But, I’d rather get stuck with him than his two rude brothers: Kevin, who was just so quiet and dull all the time, and Nick who was always cranky.

“Morning hun” my mom said as she got out of the bathroom. “We have to leave in 30 minutes so you can get ready for hair and make-up” she said as she wore her earrings.

“Can you believe it? My daughter is going to be on TV” she laughed as she smoothed out her button down top.

“I know, it’s so surreal, mom!” I giggled as I grabbed my clothes and headed for the bathroom.

After I got ready, my mom and I stopped over for bagels and coffee before heading off to the studio.

“Alexis!” Kellie called as I got to the dressing room. She and Kerry were already getting their hair and make-up done.

“Good morning girls!” I said cheerfully as I sat down on my chair. Yes, MY chair. It even had my name on it!

“Oh gosh! This is so cool!” I laughed as I pointed on my name.

“I know!” Kerry said, giggling as Liza, our stylist was blow drying her hair.

“Oh look, the guys are here” Kerry said as she looked towards the door.

“Hey girls!” Joe said as he walked up to each one of us and hugged us while we were still on our chairs.

“At least someone’s in a good mood” Kerry whispered to Kellie and I when Joe got to his chair for hair and make-up.

We all giggled until we saw Nick glaring at us.

“What’s his problem?” Kellie asked.

“Beats me” I said, shrugging.

“And unfortunately for you, Alexis love, you have to do a scene with him today” Kerry said as she flipped through today’s script.

I groaned. “I know. And I have to pretend like there’s a spark between us or something” I said, sighing annoyingly.

After Liza worked on my hair and make-up, Ruth led me to wardrobe. It’s a good thing that we had a school setting for the show, so my costumes weren’t so much different to the ones I usually wear in real life.

Georgina called on me and Nick to work on our scene first.

“You can have about 10 minutes to run through the script while the team prepares the lights and cameras, ok?” Georgina said as she left me and Nick on one side of the studio.

“Ok, so let’s rehearse?” I asked, making sure I had a smile on my face.

“Isn’t that what Georgina told us to do?” he answered sarcastically.

Geez, sorry. I was just trying to be friendly.

We went through the scene without much emotion. I guess it would be much different when the cameras were rolling already. Nick was still pretty much getting on my nerves.

“Ok, Katie and Cameron, we’re ready for you” Henry, our director, chuckled as he called us.

The scene was set in the music room. I was playing the guitar, trying to work on a song, and Nick, er Cameron, would overhear me from the hallway.

Katie: (sings a few lines over and over again, trying out different chord progressions each time; groans after a while)

So many dreams I wish would come true

So many things I wish I could do

So many fears I wish would leave

But I know, in me, I just have to believe

(Cameron knocks on the door)

Katie: (looks up and smiles) Oh hi Cameron!

Cameron: Hi Katie. Mind if I come in?

Katie: Sure, come inside. I was just trying to work on a song, but I can’t seem to find the right chords for the chorus (sighs)

Cameron: Need some help? (grabs a chair and sits beside Katie)

Katie: Oh would you? I know you’re really great with the guitar (smiles shyly)

Cameron: (chuckles) I’m not that great, I just like to play, that’s all (smiles) Can you show me the lyrics again?

(Katie pushes chair where her notebook is and places it in between her and Cameron)

Cameron: (reads lyrics then looks back at Katie) Wow, this is really good!

Katie: Thanks! Now if only I could find the perfect melody for it (smiles)

Cameron: (thinks for a minute and then plays a chord progression) How about this?

Katie: Hey that’s nice! Let’s try it.

(Cameron plays the chords again while Katie sings)

Katie: Ahhh! That was perfect! Oh gosh, you’re amazing Cameron! (gets too excited and suddenly hugs Cameron)

Cameron: (laughs) Well, the lyrics were pretty amazing too.

Katie: Thanks!

(Both characters end up looking at each other’s eyes for a moment)

(Bell rings and Cameron shakes his head while Katie blushes)

Cameron: I think we better head to class (laughs nervously)

Katie: Yeah (smiles shyly)

Cameron: C’mon, I’ll walk you there (helps Katie pack everything away)

(Both exit scene and walk to class)

“And cut!” Henry yelled as the bright lights went off. “That was perfect! I love the chemistry that you two have!”

“Ok, next… Kerry and Kevin!” he yelled. “Kellie and Joe, be ready after them!”

“You guys were amazing!” Kellie said as Nick and I headed towards her and Joe.

“Thanks!” I said. I looked at Nick and he just gave them a faint smile.

“Yo yo yo Alexis and Nick, your scene sure did kick! Katie and Cameron sure brought it on… Oooh yeaaah!” Joe rapped again out of the blue. Probably his 10th rap in two days.

Kellie and I groaned while Nick just walked off to his chair.

“Sup y’all, two girls just groaned, I’d probably say Kellie and Alexis got me poned!” Joe rapped again. This time, Kellie and I made sure not to groan and we just rolled our eyes at each other before bursting into laughter.

Joe then ran to Nick and started dancing like crazy around him. Man, a hyper Joe sure was an annoying Joe.

“Um, weren’t you guys supposed to rehearse for your scene?” I laughed as Kellie and I watched her partner annoy everyone else.

She groaned. “I know. I swear, he can’t stay in one place for like… a minute!”

I laughed. Poor Kellie. Stuck with the hyper 19 year old. I said goodbye first as I walked over to my mom.

While walking, I smiled, happy that I did pretty well on my first shoot. I faced Nick and smiled at him but he was too busy with his phone, his forehead creased again. That’s too bad though, because when he was playing Cameron, he actually seemed like a really nice guy. Unfortunately, Mr. Nick Jonas is more of a Mr. Crankypants than a Cameron.

Chapter 6:

Kellie's Point of View

Joe and I were trying to reherse while Kerry and Kevin did their scene but he just couldn't stand still.  Alexis and Nick walked over to us.

"You guys were amazing!"  I said.  Alexis smiled but Nick just walked away and slumped down in a chair.

Oookayy...

Joe went to talk to his brother but instead was jumping around like a monkey.  We had only known these boys for 2 days, and we weren't ones to judge but they were so annoying!  Kerry and Kevin finished their skit in no time, and our director, Herny, called Joe and I over for our scene.

"Do you know the lines?"  He whispered to me.

"Yes, do you?"  He shook his head and laughed.

Oh boy...this should be interesting.  I thought as I took my place on the set.  Herny called action.

Sarah: (Walk down hallway and accidentally bump into Tristan)  Oh, I'm sorry!

Tristan: No, it's my bad.  (Looks at Sarah)

Tristan:  Uh, hi, I'm Tristan.

Sarah:  Sarah  (Shake hands)

Tristan:  (Looks down at her books) Let me help you with that.  (Picks up the books Sarah dropped)

Sarah:  Thanks.  (Takes books, stares into Trsitan's eyes)

(Sarah and Tristen held each other's gaze for several more minutes.)

Tristan:  (Hears bell)  Well, I should be getting to class.

Sarah:  Me too.  (Looks at floor and blushes)

Tristan:  Will I see you again?

Sarah:  (At a loss of words)  Uh, yeah...hopefully.

Tristan:  Great.  (Smiles sweetly and walks off to class.)

(Both characters walk seperate ways to their classrooms, looking back every so often at one another.)

We walked off the set together.

"Good job Kell!"  Joe said.

"Thanks."  I responded heading over to Alexis and Kerry who were trying to make conversation with Kevin and Nick.

"Hey!"  I said squeezing between the two girls.  The congratulated me on a job well done and I looked at Kevin and Nick who had bored expressions on their faces.  Joe walked over and pratically jumped on top of Kevin.

"Joe.  Watch what you're doing!"  Kevin exclaimed, shoving his brother off of him.

"Sorry."  Joe mimicked Kevin's dull tone.

I had a feeling that filming this show would only get more and more intresting.
