Finallyyy!! Here you go.
Chapter Four-
Two days later it was the morning of the wedding. Kellie and Becca had just woken up and were eating breakfast in their suite but everything already started feeling hectic. Rose had called each girl about 5 times saying how she was so nervous and needed to see them before the ceremony, Nick had called a few times as well making sure they knew what time to get to the church.
At the Jonas’ house things were crazy. Mrs. Jonas was running around making sure all the boy’s suits were clean and pressed and that the house was clean for the reception. Yes, the reception was at the Jonas’ house, it was the least they could do after the Allen’s paid for everything for the wedding itself. There were tents set up in the backyard for eating and dancing and one smaller one for the catering company. Everything was set and in place, except for the DJ, he was coming later on. Joe and Kevin had come home from their own apartments to help their parents set up before the wedding.
“Joe, are you sure you still want to propose to Amy?” Nick asked sitting down on Joe’s bed. Joe turned away from his mirror and gave Nick a weird look.
“I don’t know, I don’t know anything anymore Nick.” He sat by his brother’s side.
“Listen, by the way you’re face lit up yesterday when you saw Kellie, I can tell you still have feelings for her, and the way you practically had to choke out her name introducing everyone to Amy, you still love her, even if you can’t feel it right now.” Joe stared at his brother, awestruck.
“Wow Nick, I…I think you might be right.” Nick smiled, knowing he had done his job. He got up and left Joe on his bed to think. Joe stood up and looked at his reflection in the mirror. Only this time, he didn’t see 29 year old Joe, he saw the 19 year old Joe who fell in love with a girl named Kellie.
Later that day, around 12:45PM Kellie and Becca hopped in a cab and headed over to the church when Kevin and Rose were to be married. The two of them walked inside and found Kevin pacing back and forth in the lobby.
“Kevin, Kevin what’s wrong?” Kellie asked grabbing his shoulder.
“The wedding starts in half an hour and Joe is no where to be found!” The girl’s mouths dropped.
“Are you kidding?!” Becca asked. Kevin shook his head.
“He said he would be here a few minutes before the ceremony, and he would have gotten himself ready at home, but I’m getting worried.”
“Calm down Kev, I’m sure he’s fine. Where is everyone else?”
“My mom’s in the changing room with Rose and Nicole, my dad, Nick, and Frankie are in the chapel talking with the priest I think.”
“Okay, we’re going to go see Rose and don’t worry; Joe will be here soon enough.”
“Thanks girls, see you later.”
“See you later Kev, and good luck.” Kevin smiled as they walked down the hall.
Becca and Kellie found the room and knocked on the door. Mrs. Jonas opened it.
“Girls, it’s so nice to see you again!” She said as she hugged each of them.
“You two Mrs. Jonas.”
“Please girls, you’re old enough to call me Denise, come in!” Kellie and Becca followed Denise into the large room. Nicole was sitting on a couch in her pale yellow bride’s maid dress and Rose was standing on a pedestal looking into a 3-way mirror, examining her white, no strap wedding dress. Her hair was done up beautifully and her veil matched so nicely with the dress. She looked gorgeous.
“Oh my gosh Rose, you look amazing!” Kellie shrieked. Rose spun around and stepped off the pedestal.
“Thanks, you two gorgeous as well.” She gave each of them a hug.
“Nicole! How have you been?” Becca asked as she stood from the couch.
“I’ve been great, how about you?”
“Good, good,” Becca said wrapping her arms around Nicole.
“Gosh, I remember when you were 8!” They laughed.
“Rose, are you excited?” Kellie asked.
“Nervous excited,”
“You’ll be fine, don’t worry,” Denise said.
“I’m just scared I’ll mess up my vows!” Everyone laughed. It was so great for everyone being reunited like this.
Why hasn’t anything changed with us and Rose, yet around the guys it feels like we were never as close as we were?
“Well, we should probably be getting to our seats. Good luck Rose, and we are so proud of you!”
“Thanks, and I’ll see you girls later!” Rose said as Kellie and Becca walked out of the room and down the hall. The girls walked into the chapel and took their seats in the front pew next Mrs. Jonas, Mr. Jonas, the boy’s grandparents, aunts and uncles, cousins, everyone! There were still a few minuets before the wedding would begin so they all talked for a while. Becca looked around a saw a bunch of people she recognized; of course Big Rob was there, the boy’s manager, producer, the director of Camp Rock, a ton of old Disney stars including Miley Cyrus, Selena Gomez, Demi Lovato, Corbin Bleu, and so many more. Finally the pianist began playing and everyone settled down as the first pair walked down the isle. Joe and one of Rose’s friends, then Nick and another one of Rose’s friends who Kellie and Becca did not know, then Frankie and Nicole, finally the flower girls came out, two of Rose’s nieces, then Rose and her father. She looked absolutely stunning. Kellie looked at Kevin as a smile slowly spread across his face.
Towards the end of the ceremony, it was time for Kevin and Rose to say their vows. Rose looked nervous.
“I Kevin Jonas, take you Rose Allen to be my wife, my partner in life and my one true love. I will cherish our union and love you more each day than I did the day before. I will trust you and respect you, laugh with you and cry with you, loving you faithfully through good times and bad, regardless of the obstacles we may face together. I give you my hand, my heart, and my love, from this day forward for as long as we both shall live.” When he concluded, he slid the silver band onto Rose’s left ring finger. Now it was Rose’s turn.
“I Rose Allen, take you Kevin Jonas to be my husband, my partner in life and my one true love. I will cherish our union and love you more each day than I did the day before. I will trust you and respect you, laugh with you and cry with you, loving you faithfully through good times and bad, regardless of the obstacles we may face together. I give you my hand, my heart, and my love, from this day forward for as long as we both shall live.” And when she finished, she slid a sliver band on to Kevin’s left ring finger.
“You may now kiss the bride.” The pastor concluded as Kevin cupped Rose’s face and kissed her passionately. Everyone stood and clapped as the two of them pulled away smiling at each other.
“Mr. and Mrs. Kevin Jonas II,” The pastor said as Kevin and Rose linked arms and walked down the isle, both with the biggest smiles on their faces. Mrs. Jonas was in tears and Mr. Jonas was trying to calm her down, the boy’s grandparents looked so proud, and Joe, Nick, and Frankie walked back down the isle in their pairs again. Kellie and Becca looked at each other, so proud of their friend.
Out of a movie. Kellie thought of the beautifully perfect moment.
