Chapter 10 B
I am back in this cabin. I don’t really understand why I come here night after night. I don’t recall ever having been to a place like this in my awakened state.
*Kevin* I hear the voice of my cloaked dream angel in my head. I still have not learned her name, but I have made it my mission for tonight.
*Who are you?* Suddenly, she is standing right in front of me, in that ever present cloak.
*My name is Parisa. You may call me Pari if you’d like.*
*Why am I here, Pari? Why is this the place I come to when I dream?*
*This is where you need to be.* She explains simply. *Walk with me?* She offers her hand to me and I grasp it in mine We exit the cabin onto a beach. I feel the sand between my toes. *Do you enjoy yourself in my home?*
*This is your home?* I indicate the cabin we’ve just exited. It seems surreal. She lives in my dreams? She smiles and nods. *Sorry for messing with your maps.* I blush as she laughs.
*Do not worry, Kevin. They are not irreplaceable.* She assures me.
*This is really a dream?* I ask, for some reason unsure.
*Yes, Kevin. This is your dream.* We walk down the beach a few feet before I pull her to a stop.
*Then I can do this, right?* I pull Pari to me and plant my lips firmly on hers. She is hesitant briefly, but then she begins to respond. She wraps her arms around my neck.
