I walked up to the little eight year-old brunette haired girl and bent down so I was eye level with her. "Hey there.." I said quietly. She stared up at me. "Mommy says I can't talk to strangers" she said. I smiled and handed her a lollipop. "I'm one of your Daddy's best friends" I replied extending my hand.
