Chapter 1
“Hey Annie, Wake up!” Kevin, Joe, and Nick yelled.
“What….?” I said sleepily.
“Wake up wake up wake up wake up wake up wake up wake up wake up WAKEUP!!!” yelled Joe while jumping on top of my bed.
Suddenly I looked up and said, “OMG, either I’m going cookoobananas or the Jonas brothers are in my room.”
Joe pinched himself and said, “OW! Well at least we now know we’re here. Well at least I am.” He walks over to Nick and pinches him.
“OW! What was that for?” yelled Nick.
Joe pinches Kevin, “OW!” Kevin yelled
“Ok, now we know we’re all really here.” said Joe
Me still being in awe just sat there staring at them.
“Is she gonna be ok?” Nick asked my mom as she walked by.
“Yea, she’ll be fine. She’s just shocked cuz I didn’t tell her that I had entered her in a contest and that she won.” My mom replied.
Snapping back to reality I said, “Mom, you did that for me? Thank you much! I love you!!!” I ran to give her a hug and in the middle of the hug I realized that thee Jonas brothers were still there and I was still in my pajamas. I told the boys they could go do whatever they wanted while I got ready. I took a shower, got dressed, did my hair and makeup, and quickly ran down stairs. The boys were playing videogames when I came into the room.
“So what do you guys wanna do first?” I asked.
They all turned and Joe said, “You look amazing! Uh… I mean…uh”
“What Joe means is lets go for a walk.” Said Nick.
We all walked outside and Kevin said, “I smell Starbucks, where is it?” he said anxiously
“Like a few blocks away. Why?” I asked wondering what was wrong with him.
“Him and Starbucks is like a monkey and bananas. Bananas are yummy! I like the show Bananas in Pajamas!!!” exclaimed Joe
“If he likes Starbucks we can stop by on our walk.” I said.
We walked around the block laughing and joking around. Suddenly I heard a familiar yet strange voice calling me.
“Annie! Hey, Annie!” the voice yelled at me.
“Oh no! Not him!” I said.
Chapter 2
“What’s wrong?” Nick asked
“I’ll tell you in a min. It’s not safe here. We have to go.” I said
“Annie!” the voice called again
“ BTW unless you want another run in with the cops I suggest you don’t talk to me.” I yelled at him.
“Leave her alone or you’ll have to deal with me!” Joe yelled at him.
“Oh, your gonna have your little boyfriend protect you.” The man yelled back.
“SHUT UP! Or else you’ll be arrested and deported before you know it.” I yelled as I ran.
We ran around the block and found Starbucks. We got our drinks and sat outside. Joe noticed I was shaken up by what happened and asked, “What did he do to you that caused that kind of fight?”
(the upcoming story did actually happen to me recently. I thought it would be a good way to warn all girls to be careful of their surroundings.)
“Well, I was riding my bike and I noticed someone was following me so I started going faster but the person kept getting closer. My neighbor saw I was being followed and caught up with me. The guy came up next to me and asked what my name I was. I said Annie and he said that’s a pretty name. I love your name. And stuff like that. Then he asked me where I lived. I said I had to go but he kept following me. I went into my neighbor’s garage and went inside with her. We called the police and had them investigate. We found out that he’s a 21 year old illegal immigrant. If he bothered me or anyone else again he was gonna be arrested and deported. That guy who followed me was him.” By the end I was nearly in tears. Joe went to me and held me in his arms saying I would be ok. “If you want we can go back that way and I’ll beat him up for you! I can take him!” yelled Joe as he stood up.
“How about we just take a different road and go get the car.” Said Kevin.
“That’d be cool. Don’t worry Joe. Your plan would have been the fun one.” I said as we walked back to get the car.
“Haha Kevin! I had the fun plan!!! She likes it better! Haha!!!” Joe yelled
We went back to talking and before we knew it we were at my house.
“Let’s go to the mall.” Suggested Nick
“Sounds fun.” I said.
We drove to the mall and shopped for a while. After a while Joe said,
“There’s one thing we didn’t tell you and a second reason we came to the mall.”
“What is it?” I asked
Chapter 3
“We’re taking you to a premier!” they all yelled.
“Are you serious?” I asked
“Yea, we came here so you could buy a dress!” Joe yelled.
They told me that they had a certain store they wanted me to buy it at and took me there.
“It’s sweet of you to take me to a premier and all but I cant afford anything here.” I said.
“You don’t have to. The record company considers you are date so they’re paying for your dress, hair, and makeup.” Nick said.
“OMG! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!” I said
They had me try on a million different dresses and Joe screamed ‘I Love It!’ at every single dress. I finally found a hot pink, strapless, designer dress tat was perfect. We bought and we headed over to the stylist’s studio. They had a special stylist come in for me so I would look amazing. When we were done we were told to go get changed. The boys came out in suits and I came out in my dress. We got in a limo and the boys had another surprise for me.
Chapter 4
They said I wasn’t just going to the premier but I was going on the red carpet and every picture taken of them was going to include me.
“I’m really nervous.” I whispered to Joe
“It’s ok. I’ll be right there with you the whole time.” He whispered back as he grabbed my hand. My heart skipped a beat and I began to blush. He did too. Soon after we stopped at the red carpet. Nick and Kevin stepped out first, but as Joe stepped out I realized he hadn’t let go of my hand and as I got out I realized he wasn’t going to.
Joe said as we were just getting out, “One other thing I didn’t tell you. Kevin and Nick already have dates so I guess your considered mine.” He was flirting.
“I guess I am.” I flirted back.
Kevin and Nick opened the doors of the limo behind them to pick up their dates.
Nick and Kevin took pictures with their dates for all the teen magazines. Soon Joe and I began walking down the red carpet, but were quickly stopped. “Hi. I’m from Hollywood Mag. And was wondering if I could get a picture of you two.” said the lady. We took many pictures and went into the theater for the movie. After the movie there was an after party. As soon as we got there Joe asked me to dance. There were a few fast songs, but then there was a slow song. We danced under the stars. There were hundreds of people there, but it felt like Joe and I were the only two people in the world. At the end of the song Joe kissed me. We hung out for a while after that. Soon it was time for me to go home. Nick and Kevin met up with us and we all went back to my house. Joe walked me up to the front door and kissed me one more time. I gave him my cell phone number and went inside. |
