Chapter Two Chloe P.O.V.
My heart is beating a million times a minute as they walk up to us and say “Hey.”
I’m as nervous as heck right now ,but I managed to say “Hey.”
Then Julia says “Ok. Joe is this Chloe and vice versa.”
Joe said “Nice to meet you ,Chloe.” and smiled.
When Joe smiled at me I wasn’t as nervous ,but I still felt like weak in the knees. Then I said “It’s nice to meet you ,too. I love your music by the way.”
Then Julia says “Ok, Kevin and I are going to go. See you two later.”
I’m like “bye.”
The two of us get our drinks and sit down talk for a while. Joe is so funny and totally hot. I felt instant chemistry between the two of us. I wonder if Joe thinks so ,too. Then it’s about an hour later ,and Joe says “Want to go rent a movie?”
I’m like “Heck yeah. That sounds fun.”
We went by blockbuster and picked out a movie. We had trouble agreeing on a movie. I wanted to watch “Elizabethtown” ,but Joe didn’t. It took a while ,but we finally agreed on the movie “Benchwarmers”. We got to the Jonas house at 9:45. I’m like “I have to go in like fifteen minutes.”
Joe says “Man, that sucks.”
I’m like “Yeah, it does.”
“Do you want a tour of the house before you go?”
I’m like “Yeah.”
Joe showed me all around the house. We went into Joe’s room last. I put my purse down on his desk ,and in a real sarcastic tone I said “How clean.”
Joe says “Shut up.”
I laugh and then look at the time. I say “Crap I have to go.”
Then Joe says “Wait do you want to go out again sometime?”
I’m like “Yeah.” Then I wrote down my number and gave it to Joe.”
I’m like “Bye.”
Then I left the room. I went downstairs Julia had come over and was going to drive me home. Then I’m like “Snap. I forgot my purse. Be right back.”
