Chapter 3
I opened my eyes but they where all blury. I rubbed my eyes and looked at my surrondings. I felt warm and clean. I dont think id ever felt warm or clean. I could hear the sound of machines beeping. I could smell disinfectant. When i looked around the walls where white and it was so clean. I was hooked up to machines that was pumping blood into my body. I was confused. Where was i?
When i looked to my side there was a curly haired boy asleep on the chair next to me. Who the hell was that? A women wearing a blue dress with a white ribbon around the waiste walked into my room.
"Ohh good your awake! are you feeling okay" She asked me Grabbed a clipboard from the end of my bed.
"Where am i?" I asked her.
"Your in the hospital sweety, You fainted, You are beat up pretty, Hold on i just have to go and get your doctor" She put the clipboard down next to one of the machines and walked back out.
I held my head, i must have hit it when i fainted. I looked back at the boy that was asleep. I didnt know who he was. Id never seen him before in my life. I could hear voices outside my room. The handle on the door turned and i quikly closed my eyes pretending to be asleep. I heard footsteps coming towards my bed. My heart started beating so fast scared that it was going to be the man i have been scared of all of my life.
"Nick wake up" A voice said.
"Becka?" The boy said.
"Yea its me, Nick we have to go you have a concert tonight" Beck replied.
"What about the girl? We dont even know her name."
"We are coming back after the gig dude dont worrie, We will stay with her untill she wakes up." A strange voice replied. Another person? A boy? He had the sweetest voice i have ever heard. I was dying to open my eyes but i didnt want to. I didnt want to have to explain to them about my life. About why i was beat up so badly.
"Okay, but were coming straight back after the concert" Nick said. I heard footsteps walk away from me, I heard the door open and then Bang! It shut. I opened my eyes again relieved that they had gone. But also a little upset. Nick seemed genuanly worried about me. Did these people care for me even though they didnt know me?
The nurse entered again but this time with a tall slim man.
"Hello there, your finally awake, Whats you name hunny?" The tall man asked me.
"Ryann" I replied, my voice all groggily.
"Okay ryann, have you got any family we could call?" The nurse asked me.
"n-no i want to go i dont want to stay here" I told them . I sat up and tried to get out of the bed i was currently in. But the doctor stopped me.
"Ryann we dont recomend you leave, your putting yourself in danger!"
"I dont care im leaving" I got out of the bed and started to walk towards the door.
"You need a discharge form before you can leave, Wait there" The doctor mumled to me and left the room. When the doctor came back i filled in the form and left.
I walked out of the hostpital doors and out into the cold unsafe streets. Why was i stupid? Why did i leave? I had alot of thoughts running through my head. I started walking up the street.
"HEEYY" I heard that sweet voice from earlier shout at me. I turned around to see the most handsome man i had ever saw running towards me. He was with 2 other boys and a girl. My heart started to race and for some reason i ran. I ran away from that boy that made my heart stop
"HHEY WAIT UP" the girl shouted. I think it was that girl from earlier. Becka? Was that her name. I continued to run away from them. I turned around the corner and hide behind a wall. I looked behind me and they where gone. Why was i so stupid?
