Alrighty people. I'm having auditions for some other characters, and here's what i've written so far. Let me know what ya think, cause I won't post more untill I get 2 comments. I want honest opinions peoples!! I can take it. Don't worry. I might not be able to post all of the time (i'm really buisy this month w/ school stuff that's worth most of my semester grade) but i'll try at least 3 times a week. Don't quote me on it though. Chapter 1:
Today was the one of the final days of recording. Recording for their new CD. Nick, Joe, and Kevin couldn't be more excited. Kevin was bringing his girlfriend, Sarah, and Joe bringing Liz, his girlfriend. Nick was the only one without a girlfriend, but he said it didn't bother him. But it kind of did. Deep down, Nick wished that he hadn't broken up with his last girlfriend, but new that she wasn't the one. He still had feelings for her though. He'd now been looking for a new girl fo 2 months. His feelings for his last girlfriends were all about to change though, because he was about to meet someone else. Someone who would change his life.
As the boys stepped out of the house to get to the car, they saw a moving truck at the house next store to them. "I wonder who's moving in next to us" said Joe. "Who knows. Hey, let's stay and meet whoever it is" said Kevin. The truck then pulled out. The truck had been there for a few days, but the boys hadn't had time to notice, seeing that they were buisy with the whole recording thing and didn't get home until late most nights. But now that they were almost finished, they didn't have to get up so early and get home so late. "I'm not so sure." said Nick, who wasn't the type of person who loved meeting new people. "C'mon Nick. Who knows, maybe some cute chick moved in next store." said Joe, who'd been giving Nick a hard time because he didn't have a girlfriend. Joe and Kevin had been trying to get Nick hooked up with a girl for a while, but all of the ones that they introduced him to just weren't his type. "Yeah. Let's go." said Kevin, dragging Nick over to the house next door. As they walked up to the front door, it swong open. In the doorway stood a girl, probably Nick's age. She had dark brown hair, brown eyes, and was really pretty. Well, at least Nick thought so. "Hi." said Joe. "Welcome to the neighborhood. We live next door." he continued. "Hi. Yall are the Jonas Brothers right? Wait, hold on, that was a stupid question. I know that yall are. I love your music." she said. And then it hit her. "Wait, you live next store. Are you serious. I live next store to yall?" "Yep. I'm Kevin, this is Joe, and this is Nick." said Kevin. "Yeah, I know. I'm a HUGE fan." she said. "Oh, and by the way, I'm Meghan. And I'm from Texas" "Really, what part?" asked Joe. "I'm from Houston. My dad is a helecopter piolet, and his company is expanding up here. He was offered a huge promotion up here, so we decided to move up here." said Meghan. "Cool, a helecopter piolet." said Kevin. "Yeah, he used to be in the military, and once he retired he got a job with Air Evacuation." said Meghan. "So, are you going to stalk us now that you know that we live next door to you and spy on us through the window?" asked Joe, sarcastically. This made Meghan laugh. "No, I won't. Well, as far as you know I won't be." she said. This made them all laugh. "Who are you talking to Meg?" Meghan's mom said as she walked into the entry way on the house. "Oh, the Jonas Brothers." said Meghan. "Ha Ha. Very funny. No really, who. Did you already call Marissa and now you're going shopping or something?" her mom asked (Meghan's mom's name is Tricia, which is what she will now be known as). "No mom. I'm serious. They live next door to us. Plus, Marissa is in New York on vacation right now." she said. Marissa was one of her best friends. She had moved to L.A. a few years before. And she was thrilled that Meg was moving up. "Come and see for yourself mom." Meghan said. As Tricia made her way to the door, she couldn't believe that the Jonas Brothers were standing there. "Hi. I'm Tricia. So yall live next door. Wow." she said. "Nice to meet you." said Joe. "Moooooooom!!!" yelled Meghan's sister, Hannah as she ran down the stairs. "Where are you?" she asked. "I'm sorry. Let me go help her with whatever she needs. Nice to meet you all." said Tricia, and made her way to the stairs. "So you have a little sister." said Kevin, obviously knowing the answer. "Yeah. She's 14, and a pain. Her name is Hannah." Meghan replied. "Do you have any other siblings?" Kevin then asked. "No. Just Hannah." "Nick you haven't said anything this entire time. Say something." Joe said. elbowing Nick in the arm gently. It was true. Nick hadn't said anything. Nothing. He was sort of starring at Meghan, but not in a obsessive way. Just looking at her. He thought that he was starting to get a crush on her, even though he barely new anything about her. "Um. Yeah sorry. Ya know me I don't talk much. So your sister is 14, how old are you." he asked Meghan. "I'm 17. I'll turn 18 on October 30." she said. "Hey, that's the day before Halloween. Cool." said Joe. "And Nick is 17 too." said Kevin, looking at Nick then Meghan. "Yeah, I know. I sort of know a lot about yall." said Meghan. "Really, like what." asked Nick. "Um, well your favorite color is blue, you're a major Dallas Cowboys and Yankees fan, and you love cotton candy icecream, just to name a few things. And Joe, you were born in Arizona, you loved Barney when you were little, and dated Mandy, the girl yall based the song on. And Kevin, your full name is Paul Kevin Jonas II, you drive a black jeep commander, and loved being homeschooled. But like I said, those were just a few thing that I know." Meghan said. "Wow. So you're a major fan." said Nick. "Yep." she said. Maybe this could be it, Nick thought. She's a fan, lives next door, gorgeous, fun personality. "Ask her out." Nick thought. "No, get to know her, then ask her out." he thought. Then it blurted out. His idea. He couldn't contain it. "Maybeyoucouldcometotherecordingstudiowithustoday." he said, quickly to where noone understood what he said. "Huh." said Meghan. "I second that huh." said Joe. Nick took a deep breath. "Maybe you could come to the recording studio with us today." he said at a normal talking speed, and then everyone understood what he said. "Um. Yeah sure. Just let me ask my mom. It shouldn't be a problem. I'll be right back." Meghan said. After she went up the stairs, Joe and Kevin cracked up. "Looks like Nick's got a crush on the new girl next store." said Joe. "Yeah. You should ask her out. She's a pretty girl." said Kevin. They were right. Nick had a crush on her. He couldn't help it. He thought that she was perfect for him. Everything about her. But he didn't want to rush things. That could mess everything up. "Okay. So maybe I have a little crush on her. But can ya blame me. I mean really." said Nick. Lie. He didn't have a little crush, he had a BIG crush. A HUGE crush. "Next time you talk to her though, maybe you shouldn't talk so fast, and use seperate words. Not making it one big word, or you'll never be able to have a conversation with her." Joe said, joking, but serious at the same time, in well, his 'way'. "Ha ha. Very funny. I've talked to girls before." said Nick. " Yeah, well after that it seems like you never have talked to one before." said Kevin. "Whatever." said Nick. "Sarah is meeting us at the studio at 12:00." said Kevin. "And Liz is meeting us at 12:00 also." said Joe. "Nick you may finally have a new girlfriend." said Joe. "Yeah, well. I don't want to rush things. Ya know, become friends, then ask her out. Plus, I want to find out if she likes me too before I go too far." said Nick. "Understandable. But she probably does like you. She probably also knows everything about you." said Kevin. "Which is kinda scary, if you ask me." said Joe. "I mean we don't know anything about her and she knows EVERYTHING about us. Creepy." he continued. "I don't think it's creepy. I've dated girls like that before." Nick said. "Yeah, well, like I said, it's my opinion." said Joe. Just as Joe finished that sentence, Meghan came down the stairs. "My mom said that it'd be fine. As long as I'm home for dinner." "Don't worry. You will be. We're just going over stuff really today. Not recording much." said Nick. "Okay. Let me grab my phone and then we can go." said Meghan. She grabbed her phone and then they started towards Kevin's car. "Thanks guys. And by the way. I never thought that this would happen. Ya know, moving next door to yall and everything." said Meghan "No problem." said Kevin. "We like you. And you'll have fun at the studio." said Joe. Nick thinking, "Yeah. I especially like her." Then they got into the car and
Chapter 2:
Once they got to the studio, Meghan couldn't have been more excited. This was her first time at a real recording studio. Apparently Nick could tell how she felt. "It's really cool inside. You'll have fun." he said as they got out of the car. As they started towards the studio enterance, Kevin asked "So Meghan. Do you sing?" "Yeah. I love to sing. Back in Texas my best friends and I had like a band." said Meghan. "Really. Did you play an instrument or did you just sing?" Kevin asked. "I played the guitar and sang. I can also play the drums, but I'm not very good at it. My other friend played the drums." Meghan replied. "Cool. I play the drums too." said Nick. "Yeah. Well I bet that you're WAY better than I am." Meghan said. "Well maybe sometime you could come over and I could, ya know, help you or something." said Nick. "Um. Yeah sure. Sounds like fun." said Meghan, a smile growing on her face. Joe and Kevin looked at eachother, and Joe mouthed, "she likes him too." Kevin mouthed back "I know." This wasn't noticed by Nick and Meghan.
Once they got inside the studio, Sarah ran and jumped into Kevin's arms. "I was SO worried Kevy. What took you so long?!" she said, and then gave him one of the biggest kisses ever. It was 12:15. They were late. "Sorry baby. The traffic was kinda bad. And we were talking to our new neighbor." he said, looking over at Meghan. Then Liz ran over to Joe, and started kissing him. "Joey you had me so worried. Why didn't you call and say that you were running late? We've been here for 15 minutes." she said. "Sorry sweetheart. I would've called, but that would've been roude, seeing that we had a new friend in the car that I was talking too." said Joe. "Oh. Well who's you new friend." asked Liz. She either a) hadn't noticed Meghan, b) noticed, but didn't really care, c) acting like she didn't notice so Joe would introduce them or d) noticed, didn't care, and didn't want her there. But who really knows. Liz is a bratt, according to Nick, and everyone sees it but Joe. "Her name's Meghan. She's moved in next door to us." Joe said. "Well, where is she?" she then asked, still wrapped in Joe's arms. Meghan was still talking to Nick and hadn't noticed what anyone was saying but Nick. And Nick wasn't listening to anyone else either. "Guys. Hello. Earth to Meghan and Nick." said Kevin. They were so deep in their conversation that they didn't notice Kevin was talking to them until Kevin elbowed Nick. "Stop flirtin' Nick and introduce Meghan" said Joe. Nick's face turned bright red. He was so mad at Joe for saying that. "Um. Right. Uh, this is Meghan everyone. She moved in next door to us. And um, well, this is Meghan." said Nick, blubering. "Right. Uh, well, this is Meghan. She's gonna hang out with us at the studio today. So you girls need to play nice." said Joe, joking, of course about playing nice. "Don't worry Joey. We'll be nice to her." said Liz, in a baby-voice. Joe smiled at her. "Well, no use standing here just chit-chattin'. Let's go and record." said Nick, gesturing Meghan to the door leading into the recording room. While Nick lead Meghan inside, Joe walked in, and Nick mouthed to him "Don't say anything else. You're embarassing me." "Sorry." Joe mouthed back "I'm just giving you a hard time." Nick rolled his eyes and went over to give Meghan a tour of the room. She was amazed at everything. "Maybe you could record something in here today." Nick said. "Sure. Um. I've never done anything like this before. So it won't be perfect at all." Meghan said. "Don't worry. I'll help you. We can sing together or something. What do you want to sing?" said Nick. "Um. Well, can I sing anything or do I have to pick something particular?" asked Meghan. "No. Pick whatever." said Nick. "And it doesn't have to be a duet or anything. I'm going in there anyway to help you out with the mic, since it can be confusing at first." he continued. "Let's do, Tattoo by Jordin Sparks." she said. "Great. I love that song. Shall we?" Nick said in a Brittish accent, opening the door to the recording area, bowing. Meghan giggled. "Yes we shall." she said in her best Brittish accent, curtseying, and then she walked in, followed by Nick. This was the start of a new beginning.
Chapter 3
“Okay, first put these on” said Nick, handing Meghan a pair of headphones. “K.” said Meghan. “Now all you do is sing directly into here. Sing loud and strong. Don’t be afraid.” Said Nick. “Okay. Got It.” Said Meghan. Nick then gave Kevin the thumbs up. Kevin pressed a button and Meghan started to hear the instruments in “Tattoo”.

She sang. Nick was silent. He couldn’t believe that she had such and amazing voice She hit all of the notes just perfect, and did like she’d been a pro for years, like him. Kevin and Joe were shocked too. “She could get a recording contract if we show this to the producer.” Said Joe. “Yeah, she’s really good.” Said Kevin. “What do yall think?” Joe asked, addressing the girls. “Yeah. She alright.” Said Liz. “Yeah. I guess that she’s pretty good.” Said Sarah. They were totally jealous. They couldn’t sing for the life of them. “Joe. This is just what I think, but it looks like Nick really likes Meghan.” Said Liz. “Um. Well if you 2 promise not to tell anyone; he does.” Said Joe. “Yeah. It’s totally obvious that he like her and she totally like him back.” Said Sarah. “totally obvious that they like eachother.” Said Liz. “Really? She does like him. I mean, we figured but we weren’t sure.” Said Kevin. “Yeah. She does. He should ask her out.” Said Sarah. “He doesn’t want to rush things.” Said Kevin. “Whatever about rushin’ he should go for it.” Said Sarah. “He wants to become friends first.” Said Joe. “Whatev. He should ask her out before she’s snatched up.” Said Liz.
Just as she finished saying that Nick and Meghan walked out. “So what’d ya think?” asked Meghan. “You’re AWESOME!!” said Kevin and Joe. “Thanks guys. But am I really that good?” she said. “Yes! You are!” said Nick and ran over and pressed play back. “You’re on my heart just like a tattoo. Just like a tattoo, I’ll always have you.” She heard herself singing. “Wow. I guess I do sound pretty good.” Meghan said. “Good?! You’re GREAT!!” said Nick. “Thanks Nick.” Said Meghan. “WE should show this to the producer. Maybe you could get a recording contract with Hollywood Records.” Said Kevin. “I don’t know about that.” Replied Meghan. “You are pretty good.” Said Sarah. “Yeah. You’re way better than us. Please don’t even ask us to attempt to sing.” Said Liz. “Thanks. Well. I guess we could show it to him, but I mean, I’m not getting my hopes up or anything. Like, I didn’t expect to come to L.A. and become famous, ya know? Just like I didn’t expect to come to the studio and record a song and have it shown to a producer.” Said Meghan. “Well, who knows, maybe you’d get a contract. You’re really good. Maybe even better than some artists here. I think you’ll get it.” Said Joe. At that moment, their producer walked in. “Hey guys. Let’s get started and finish up this CD.” Said the producer. “Okay Stan, but first we’d like you to meet a couple of people.” Said Joe. “This is my girlfriend Liz.” He said. “This is Sarah, my girlfriend.” Said Kevin. “And this is our new friend and neighbor, Meghan.” Said Nick. “Hi.” The girls said. “Oh, and Meghan is a really talented singer. Actually, while we were waiting for you, Meghan recorded a song.” Said Kevin, handing Stan the CD. “Oh really. Well let’s listen to it.” He said putting it into the CD player.
