"So, are you feeling better?" Joe asked. I nodded, "I'm out of here at 3." "Good, well it's 1-ish," Kevin said, checking his watch. "REALLY?!?!" I frantically asked, looking for a nearby clock. "Emmi... relax..." Em said, prepared to hold me down.

"But you're okay though, right? You took quite a fall..." Joe said, noticing the hospital band on my arm. "Yea, I'm fine. You're probably used to all that...." I said, turning a bit red. "No, actually you're the first." Nick just had to blurt out. My eyes widened, boy whatta shocker.  "Oh...." I could only say.

"That makes you unique, Steve!" Kara yelled. "Steve?!?!" Nick, Kevin, and Joe all asked at the same time. "That's my nickname for her!" Kara said, squinting her eyes. "Steve...?" Nick asked, so confused. Joe snorted and hid a laugh. I playfully hit his arm, how embarassing. "Only Kara is allowed to call her that, or else...." Em warned. I nodded and mouthed, "Thank you!" Em laughed and nodded back.

"So, I'm heading towards the vending machine... anyone want a snickers bar?" Kevin asked, reaching for his pocket. Everyone raised their hands. "Thought so. Be right back." Kevin said, walking into a hallway. "ME TOO!" Kara cried, chasing after him.

"Alrighty then...." I said, staring at the swinging doors. "I can see how they work out..." Joe said, trying to figure out what I was staring at. I laughed.

"So, what's the code for the snickers?" Kevin asked, looking at the number dials. "It's... um... B-05." Kara said, her eyes completely focused on Kevin's afro. "Okay, thanks." Kevin said, putting a dollar and pressing the buttons. Kara slowly reached out, inches away from Kevin's hair, when Kevin turned back around. "Um... what are you doing?" Kevin worriedly asked. "NOTHING!" Kara screamed. "Okay..." Kevin reached into the box with the snickers in it. "Uh oh." He said. "What?" Kara asked. "My... hand... is... stuck!" Kevin cried, trying to pull his hand free between words.

"What do I do?!" Kara worriedly asked. Kevin winced as his arm got deeper into the vending machine. "Get help!" He cried. Kara nodded and ran into the lobby area.

"What's wrong, Kara?" Em asked. "Kevingothishandstuckinthevendingmachine!" Kara said in one breath. Joe and I looked at each other, then burst out laughing. "Whaaaaaaat?" Kara whined. "Nothing!" I managed to yell out between laughs.

"What should we do?" Nick asked. "Push him in even more!" Joe yelled, laughing still. That made me laugh even harder. "You guys! This is serious!" Em said. "It's hard to believe that a 20-year-old got his hand stuck in a huge vending machine, though...." Nick pointed out.

"Where is he?" Em asked. "Right down the hall, follow me!" Kara cried, running out the set of doors.

When we all got there, we noticed Kevin on his knees and one hand through the box in the machine. I looked over to Joe and we both held our sides and cracked up laughing.

"Man... I wish... I had.... a camera...." Joe cried between laughs. I started crying from laughing so much.

"Joe! Stop making Emmi laugh so hard!" Em cried. "Oh... right." Joe said. "Hello! Still here!: Kevin yelled. "Oh.... right...." Joe mumbled again.

"Okay everyone, grab Kevin's shoulders and pull him out!" Kara yelled. "Okay!" I yelled. Everyone pulled and tugged, but nothing happened. A few people walked by with confused looks.

"What should we try now?" Em asked. "Well, we are at a hospital, maybe we can get a doctor to cut his hand off!" Joe said. I started laughing again. "JOE!" Nick cried. "Sorry, sorry! I just can't turn it off!" Joe responded.

"Okay, maybe we should pull on his other arm this time." Kara suggested. "And pull my arm off?! No way!" Kevin cried. "It's worth a shot...." I mumbled, resisting the urge to laugh. "Okay, ready everyone?" Kara asked. "YES!" We all screamed. "No!" Kevin whispered. As we tugged, Kevin broke free and we flew-literally flew- across the hallway and our backs hit the wall.

"Ouch!" I yelled. My back was throbbing with pain. "YAY! I'M ALIVE!" Kevin yelled. "Hold on," Em said, getting up. She walked up to Kevin, took a Snickers out of his hand, and walked back to the lobby. Nick laughed and did the same.

"What time is it?" I asked, looking around for a clock. "About 2:30-ish, we killed some time helping Mr. Dumbo, here." Joe said, pointing at Kevin. Kevin just glared at Joe. "Well, we better head back to the hospital room now..." Kara said. I nodded. Joe got up, then helped me up and we all walked back into my hospital room.

"What's a great way to make time go faster?" Em asked, twirling a ring on her finger around. "I know!" I cried. "Watch... SPONGEBOB!" Everyone, but Joe, all groaned, "Woot! I love Spongebob!" He cried. "You do?!?!" Em, Kara, and I all asked at the same time. "Sadly, yes..." Nick said. "We went through 3 hours of it on tour...." Kevin said. "It's Emmi's favorite show." Em said. I nodded. "Really?!" Joe asked. "I have the whole 2nd season on DVD! And 2 soundtracks!" I cried, sitting up from the bed  I was laying in. "I have that DVD, too!" Joe cried. "I also have a Spongebob tv!" I yelled. "Oh my god! I want it soooooooo badly!" Joe cried.

About 15 minutes later, a doctor came in. "Excuse me, Emmi, but are you feeling better?" He sked. I nodded, "Great! We just have to run a few tests and shots on you, but only one person is allowed to stay in the room." The doctor said. I looked at each person; I'm sure that Kevin and Nick wouldn't mind leaving, but Joe, Kara, and Em are going to be hard to choose.

I've known Em londer than I've known Kara, and she gone through mny of my problems and helps me solve them. Kara I met last year, but she always makes me laugh and forget about my problems. Joe, on the other hand, is the dream boy I've been crushing on since the summer. I know that we haven't known each other for a long time, but I feel like we've been friends since we were young.

Okay, readers! I can't decide who should stay in the room, so I want a vote of at least 5 or more people to decide who should stay in the room with me and WHY! Kara and Em, if you're reading this, you can vote for yourself, BUT! You have to give me a good reason! :D

And if you want Joe to stay in the room, don't only say him because he's the romance in this ff, be HONEST!
