Chapter 3

Tea walked out to the courtyard and sat under the tree. Kids where all around her eating lunch. One guy walked up to her.

“Hey” he said.
“Hey Sean.” She said blankly looking out in the sky. “What’s up?”
“Nothing…” he answered back to her. “You?”
“Oh nothing” she said back.
“Tea?”
“Hmm?”
“What happened?”
“Whaa? Nothing”
“Come on Tea...” Sean said slumping down beside her.
“Whaa?”
“You want me to believe that?”
“You should.”
He took her face in his two hands and brought her face close to his.
Tea fell silent and looked down at the ground.
He tilted her chin up so she could see his face.
“Tea, I’m here for you. You know that right?”
“Of Course, ”
He smiled. “So tell me.”
“I… I just don’t feel well” she lied.
Tea thought. Well it isn’t really a lie is it? I really don’t feel really well. I just don’t want to tell him.
“Did you go to the nurse?”
“No. Its nothing too bad.”
“Period pain?”
Tea lightly punched him in the stomach.
“SEANN!!!” she exclaimed.
“Just joshing. But it’s not right?”
She punched him again.
“Hey, I have two sisters, I know the facts.”
Tea rolled her eyes.
“Its nothing contagious is it?” he asked. “You know I’m...”
“A sickness contractor, I know. You’ve told me a million times.” She rolled her eyes again.
“Good to know right?” he smiled at her causing her to smile.
“I like it when you smile.”
They fell silent.
“So…”
“Nothing bad. My stomach is just in knots.”
“Kay, well I have dance.”
“Bahha, I can’t believe it though.” She started. “I’m so proud of you for getting the job.”
“I know, man,” he said. “It’s crazy.”
“Well bye.”
“Bye.”

Sean took her face and gave her a quick kiss, which turned into a long one.
“Feel better?”
Tea giggled.
“Not yet.”
“Well” he started. “I guess I could be a bit late.”
He took her face and gave her a passionate kiss.
During the kiss she slightly opened her eyes seeing Joseph in front of her, she then pushed away from Sean breathing heavily.
“Tea? Are you okay?” Sean asked.
She rubbed her eyes.
“Yeah, I think I should go home, now.”
“Okay, you need a drive?”
“I’m okay. I’ll walk.”
And she ran out of the school.
