well this is my first fanfic, so don't push me too hard=]
it's called: Make that wish on a star
Chapter 1:
" Lauren! come downstairs please" Lauren's mother yelled.
Lauren rushed downstairs and smiled at her mom.
" You got your letter from Highford Music Academy" Lauren's mom said cheerfully. Lauren took it out of her mother's hand and slowly opened it.
" mom! i got accepted!" Lauren yelled hugging her mom. " was there ever any doubt?" her mom said sweetly, which made Lauren laugh.
" It say's i have to start in two weeks" Lauren said. Her mom laughed.
Lauren ran upstairs jumping around and turned on the great escape by boys like girls.
The two weeks flew by and she would be leaving for California to go to the music academy.
" All right Lauren, i know you are 18 and all, but be safe, no partying, no boys." lauren's mom said laughing. Lauren giggled and gave a hugged her mom.
" flight 167 now boardin" The intercom announced. Lauren gave her mom on last hug and walked to her plane's gates. Since she lived in Washington, it didn't take a long time to get to L.A.
Lauren had a tax drive her to her Highford Music Academey.
"room 13b" Lauren muttered as she came across her room. She slightly opened it to find a guy about her age with dark curly hair. " umm..hi, Im --uh--Lauren" She said smiling. " umm hey?" the guy said. "Im nick.." " am i supposed to be sharing a room with you?" lauren asked. " What is that supposed to mean? " Nick said laughing. " It says 13B and im pretty sure this is it" Lauren said laughing also. Lauren heard the door open and four guys about her age too, walked in and sat on Nick's bed. " uh hey you got the wrong room so get out' Nick said laughing with his friends.
"wtf just happened? was he not just nice to me? what is going on?' lauren thought.
She soon realized that she was in the boys dorm and not the girls.
after 10 minutes of searching she found her room. Lauren opened it to be completely empty.
" YYES A ROOM TO MYSELF!" lauren thought. She set her stuff down and fell fast asleep wondering about that cute boy named Nick she had met.

The next morning, Lauren got up and got ready for her first day.
[author's note: i haven;t been to music school so i don't know if they wear uniforms or not X[ ]
Lauren put on a casualHollister shirt on and annn old pair of jeans.
She walked across the school to her first class which was singing. Even thoough it was Lauren's first day, everyone else had been here a week longer than her.
Lauren walkled into the classroom only to be greeted by th teacher, Mr.simmons apparently.
" Welcome, me dear. you must be Lauren!" The teacher said.
" yes" Lauren said smiling.
All right well we are all working on a music project which will be performed for th whole school. We picked our parteners yesterday, but since you weren't here, i'll have to pair you up with someone who wasn't here yesterday either. Ahh Mr. Jonas" Mr.simmons said.
The boy in the back shot up.
" yes Mr.Simmons?" the boy asked.
" You and miss Chase will be working together" The teacher replied.
Why had he looked so familiar to Lauren?
