sorry guys but my computer wouldn't let me display the last one so I'm rewriting the first chapter and outing in the second one... let me try this again

Chapter 1

Once touching up my make up and fixing my dirty blond curls, I pulled on my pink Hollister tank top and plaid shorts. I slipped on my flip flops and looked out the window, first day of summer, amazing...

Oh sorry, you probably want to know who I am first. Hi, I'm Alex Miller. I'm seventeen and going into my senior years of high school. I'm five feet six inxhes with dirty blond curly hair and hazel eyes. I've been a kick boxer for a few years now and I work out all the time, to keep my figure of course. Oh and my dad is a top lawyer in Beverly Hill so as you can imagine, I'm rich. I have a great Asian style house and a Hummer to drive... and I can ahve whatever I want. Any guy I want, any car I want, any thing... but I'm never really happy.

"Alex lets go" Justina called from the bottom of the stairs. Oh, and I have a gorgeous older sister who can't drive. Justin, my twenty year old sister, Victoria Secret model. She is tall and slender with bleach blond hair and bright blue eyes. Her boyfriend is a baseball player for the Detroit Tiger, he plays the bench for crying out loud. So as you can imagin, they're always apart so I have to put up with her crying about him. Maryy him already!
"Studio, on the double", she said as she snapped her finger and strapped her seatbelt. I rolled my eyes, who did she think she was? Didn't matter, Starbucks was a couple minutes away and that where I was meeting my friends. Leigh and Sarah. They were cousins and did almost everything together like sisters. Leigh is five foot six inches with curly brown hair and striking green eyes. She is athletic and string, probably from so many years of volleyball, basketball and softball.
Sarah was fifteen and Jewish. She is five foot four inches with dark brown hair and eyes. Her pants just got a divorce so she spends alot of time with Leigh.
"Don't bother picking me up, okay", Justina said as she jumped out of the car and started walking to the studio, "Nick is coming home and I'm staying at his place."
"Dad'll love that", I mummbled and drove off. I pulled into Starbucks and walked in, welcoming the aroma of ground coffee beans fill my nostrils. I love this place.
"Hey girl", Leigh said from the sofa to the right. I sat down next to her and crossed my legs, "Hey, what's up?"
"Oh nothing", Sarah said with a smile. Okay, something was up, "What is it?"
"Two thing", Leigh started, "Dillon Mac was asking about you."
"Dillon Mac, you mean the tall muscular quarterback from Freedom High?"
"Who else", Sarah said as she slapped my knee. I laughed and looked over my shoulder, who was that? Some guy was sitting with his buddys, I guess, and was staring at me. He was pretty cute too. Dark hair and brown eyes, swet smile...
"Why don't you go talk to him?" Leigh said. I tunred back to her, "I don't know him."
"Yes you do", Sarah said with a confued look. I realzed we were still talking about Dillon, "Oh yeah, I'll go and talk to him. I looked up at the counter, there he was, Dillon Mac. Once there I rested my ahnds on the counter and flipped a curl over my shoulder, "Hi, I'd like to order."
"You can have anything your heart desires", Dillon said as he leaned forward to me, I giggled, "Then I'd like a strawberry and cream frap with no whip cream."
"Comin' up", He said as he punched it in. i searched through my purse, this was a normal thing to play, "Oh no, it seems as if I don't have enough money."
"I'll give you a discount if you'll go out with me on friday."
I looked up and smiled, "Why thank you, but I think I owe you more than just a date."
"How about a kiss", Dillon said as he leaned closer to me. I smiled and placed one finger over his mouth, "Too confident."
Dillon shrugged and then turned to prepare my drink. I spun around, locking eyes with that guy again. I felt my stomach flutter, that was weird. He smiled and I smiled back at him, who is he?
"How'd it go with Dillon?" Sarah asked as she wacthed me sit next to her. I smiled, "I think I'll go out with him, but he's too confident in himself."
Leigh looked as if she was going to say something but stopped. I glanced over at the guy again, still looking at me. If he wants to know my anme he can just come over and ask. That what all the other guys I've dated did.
I jumped when Dillon called my name, holding my drink over the counter. I walked back up and took it from him, turning right into someone, "Oh, I'm so so..."
"I'm sorry", he said as he began to wipe off the drink. I grabbed some napkins and blotted his shirt, "No, my mistake. I should have watched where I was... hello?"
"Hi", it was the guy, The guywith the pretty brown eyes. I smiled like an idiot, "I'm Alex Miller."
"I'm..."

Chapter 2

"Joe Jonas", he said with a sweet smile, "strawberry and cream, good choice."
I blushed, wait I blushed? That was weird, "Yeah it's my favourite."
"Mine too", Joe said with a laugh. I listened as his voice filled my ears, wow he was amazing, "I'm really sorry though. If there is anything I can do..."
"Don't worry about it, I'll take care of it", Joe said and walked away. I don't think that was suppose to happen. I was confused, usually guys let me do something for them, but he was diffrent. Maybe he wasn't into me. I turned around to see Dillon already holding another drink, "Got you another one."
I grabbed it from him and walked away, "Thanks."
Once back on the couch I looked at Leigh, "Is something wrong with me?"
Leigh looked at me and rasied an eyebrow, "No, why?"
"I mean, do I look okay or something? Maybe I should have done something else..."
"What are you talking about?" Sarah asked.
"He just walked away, didn't ask for my number or anything", I told them, talking about Joe. Leigh shrugged her shoulders, "Oh well, his doing."
"He was very cute", I said as I stared down at the table. "He made me feel diffrent, and that was just looking at him."
"Okay, something really is wrong", Sarah said as she pressed her hand to my forehead, "You're not running a fever. Maybe you just need to go shopping."
"Sounds good to me", I said and jumped up from my seat. We pushed open the door, but stopped when Dillon called, "I'll call you later!"
"Whatever", I said over my shoulder. Once in my Hummer Leigh hit my arm, "Owe!You know you have no idea how strong you really are, that hurt."
"He was so nice to you and you blew him off", Leigh said as she strapped herself in. I check my make up and shrugged my shoulders, "I didn't blow him off, he's gonna call me later."
"Alex, I don't know how to..." She stopped herslef in midsentence and turned away. I looked at her, "How to what?"
"Nothing forget. I need some more baby doll dresses", Leigh said as she turned around and smiled. I shrugged and started to Hummer. Once at the mall we were in and out of stores carrying two, four, no wait... six shopping bags each. We stopped and rested at a nearby Smoothie King, "So Sarah... you said you had two great thing to tell me. What's the second?"
"Oh yeah, I almost forgot", Sarah said as she sipped her pineapple smooothie, "you know the beach house out in the Bahamas my dad gave my mom a few years back. Well, mom gave it to me for an early sixteenth present and asked if I wanted to spend a month or so there with you guys. So do ya want too?"
"Are you kidding?! A month in the Bahamas would be great!" I exclaimed, "Moonlight dinners at night, learning to surf, laying out and getting a tan..."
"Or third degree burns" Leigh said with a mocking smile. I shook my head, "I fell asleep at the tanning bed, give me a break."
Leigh and Sarah laughed but stopped when someone walked in and called out my name, "Alex!"
I looked up to see none other then Joe Jonas standing in the door way. I smiled, feeling the flutter in my stomach come back... still really weird.
