Chapter 1

It was another rainy day in California. Selena was waiting for her best friends Nick, Kevin, and Joe to come home yes she is best friends with the Jonas brothers. Soon she heard a car door slam next store. She ran outside to go see her friends. "Nick, Kevin, Joe!" She yelled. They all ran over to hug Selena. "Nick I heard about the whole Miley thing." Selena said. "Oh it's okay i've had someone else on my mind this whole time."Nick replied." "Who?" "y-" Joe started but got cut off bye Nick. "I mean happy new year." Joe said. "Well thanks." Selena said. She figured it was because she didn't get to call them on new years. "Do you need any help?" Selena asked. "Yea that'd be great if you could." Kevin replied. "Ok i'll just go tell my mom. In less then 5  minutes Selena was back. "So what do you need help with?" Selena asked. "Just putting our stuff in our rooms." Nick replied and smiled.

*Selena's POV*

Nick seems really weird around me today. I don't know why but he just does. Should I ask him or Joe or Kevin? I helped Kevin out first. "Kevin do you know why Nick was acting weird around me lately?" I asked as I helped throw some of his dirty clothes into the hamper. "I do but I was told to keep my mouth shut about it." Kevin replied. After that I helped Joe then Frankie and lastly Nick. "So who does it feel to be single again?" I asked. "Well it feels great but I have someone else on my mind" Nick said as he stared directly into my eyes. After we were done it was almost dinnertime. "Would you like to stay for dinner Nick asked. "Sure." I replied "Well just to let you know it's just gonna be me and you cause the rest of the family had somewhere to go." "That's okay." I said.
