OMG! Im so so so sorry for not coming to post before! I just dont have too much time, because i have all the school work and plus im working at one store because i needed some extra money since next year im going to college...
Well any way here is the next chapter is a long one... Hope you like it!
Chapter 30
So yeah, my sister started to control my life when I was at the house, can you imagine?
But anyway, Joe and I had been going out for almost nine months, and we are becoming more and more serious as the time pass by. Sometimes I completely skipped my schoolwork because I couldn’t get my mind off of him, so I wrote him a note. My grades dropped a bit, but who cares?
I was crazy about him and he returned those feelings in any way someone could express them. I remember that we had a party in Shelby’s house, I didn’t really wanted to go, but I realized that if I didn’t, Joe would have been there with Shelby. Hell no!
-Flash Back-
Shelby’s house was gorgeous. He lived in a type of mansion house. It looked like the one Jessica Simpson and Nick Lachey lived on Newlyweds. It was pretty, and so was his mom. His mom was really nice to me and Joe.
I think dear Shelby must be adopted or something. There is no way she is related to such a nice woman. No Way.
Shelby’s mom offered to give us a tour of the backyard, and we both said yes, except I left to use the bathroom and offered to meet them there. I was literally about to burst, I had to pee so badly.
I darted to the nearest restroom, which was draped with vanilla scented candles, It smelled really good!
As I walked out of the bathroom, I walked into the enormous kitchen. Their house was huge!
I started to wander through the halls, taking time as I took a peek at the pictures. Shelby’s dad was in the military I guess. He had a lot of pictures of himself in uniform on the walls. I was about to look closer at one, as it looked al lot like Shelby, when I heard a voice behind me.
“Having fun?” it asked, I turned around to see Adam’s face smiling at me
“Not really” I said stepping away from the pictures
“That is Shelby’s dad, he died when she was really young” He said looking at the picture. I turned to see the picture again, I lost my father too, I think that at the end we have something in common, even when it is one of the most sad things in this world.
“That’s sad… anyway her mom is really nice” I turned again to look at him and found that his face was only a few inches from mine. I backed up from him. He stepped forward.
“Yes I know” he said “You know Ella” he started
“I do? Know what? I don’t know what you’re talking about” I said, moving my face away as he started to come closer. His nose was brushing against my cheek.
“Relax…” he breathed into my ear. I shuddered and dodged him and started to walk down the hallways quickly
“Where are you going?” He asked rudely. I turned around to look at him
“To find my boyfriend” I hope that he understands what I’m trying to say, I mean it’s very clear. Right?
Adam frowned and glared at me “Joe’s not always going to be able to save you, Gabriella” What the hell did he mean by that?!!
Before I could ask anything, he smiled and started to walk back to the party “Just ask Shelby” he laughed. My stomach churned and I ran off to find Joe. I needed a hug.
“Joe!” I whispered, embracing him quickly. I held him tight, burying my face in his shirt.
“What’s wrong?” he asked me worriedly.
I thought for a second. I shouldn’t tell him. It’d worry him a lot and he might get angry at Adam. He deserved it, but he also scared me, a lot, I didn’t want anything bad to happen.
“Nothing… I just… missed you, that’s all. Can we go?” I asked, looking up at him but not releasing him from my hug. He smiled at me “Sure, not having fun?” I shook my head and he smiled faintly and we left the stupid party, hand in hand.
Instead of going home, Joe took me to some park near Shelby’s house, which was completely empty. It was probably too late at night for anyone to come out to walk their mutts. Joe and I sat down by a tree cuddling up against the bark, not saying anything. I laid my head on his chest and listened to his steady heartbeat, He kissed the top of my head every now and then.
“I love you Gabby… Did you know that?” he asked, looking down at me. I nodded and smiled. I looked up at him and eventually whispered “I love you too” He smiled and kissed me. My head slammed against the tree bark but I didn’2 care, well I didn’t even noticed. He kissed me passionately and forcefully and I kissed him back. His hand made his way up my back, under my shirt, but I trusted him, I knew he wouldn’t go too far.
That’s the beauty of being in love, you can always trust them. Especially if them means Joe Jonas
