Chapter 4
“Where is Joe?” Nick asked openly as Keiko popped up holding Frankie in her arms as she stood next to Nick.
“Dunno, last that I saw of him he was on the roof.” Keiko responded.
“Danger, Danger.” Ashleigh said laughing lightly.
Christina and Kevin were chatting about everything and nothing. “So then we were like: “Whoa dude, calm down.” Kevin said laughing as Christina laughed hysterically.
“Oh there he is!” Ashleigh yelped seeing Joe coming along with a lot of girls following him.
“Whoa, Joe picked up quite a few girls.” Nick murmured to Keiko as Keiko chuckled.
“Joseph Adam Jonas!” Ashleigh yelped for fun as Joe smiled and ran up to her and hugged her. “Hello.” He said chuckling. “Uh guys, these are..” Joe said pointing towards the girls to introduce themselves.
“Hey, I’m Alana.” Alana said smiling as she looked at Kevin who stared at her in amazement.
“I’m Sarah.” Sarah said smiling, you could see Joe light up as he heard the sound of her voice echo in his mind.
“I’m Madison.” Madison said as she looked around at what seemed to be Joe’s siblings, which meant her great, great, great grand-uncles?!
“Courtney.” Courtney said smiling, Frankie jumped out of Keiko’s arms and tried to draw her attention, yet failing despite his adorableness.
“And I’m Loes.” Loes said finally, Nick’s eyes shot towards her – it was the girl he saw floating in the air, did he dream it or not. His mind was rushing, he was positive it was her.
“Well I’m Kevin.” Kevin said smiling as he had locked eyes with Alana.
“Hey, I’m Christina. Kevin’s friend.” Christina said waving.
Frankie jumped around. “And I’m Frank the Tank!” He hobbled around in front of Courtney beaming.
“Hey, I’m Ashleigh.” Ashleigh said smiling at the girls. “Joe’s friend.” She added.
“Hey, what’sup I’m Nick.” Nick said, it was his usual “greet” line as he kept looking at Loes, he couldn’t tear his eyes away – flying girl?
“I’m Keiko, Nick’s friend.” Keiko said giggling at Frankie who kept jumping around Courtney as Courtney giggled too while running her hand through her sandy blonde hair.
“I’m Julia, an old friend of the boys.” Julia said smiling as Kevin put his arm around her.
“And I’m Kay, also an old friend.” Kay piped up grinning.
“So where are you guys from?” Nick asked curiously.
The girls eyed each other, they were going to stick to what they kept saying.
“From the Year 3000.” Loes said shrugging as the girls looked dead serious and the others all burst out into laughter.
“Is it really that funny?” Madison whispered to Courtney. “Dunno.” Courtney responded as the laughing faded..
“That’s a good one!” Ashleigh said chuckling.
Keiko’s cell rang as she picked it up, after having a small conversation she turned towards Ashleigh and Christina. “Guys my mom’s here, we gotta go home.” Ashleigh, Christina and Keiko frowned as they had to say goodbye.
“Bye Kevin.” Christina said giving him a big bear hug. “I’ll miss you Tina.” Kevin said giving her a good squeeze.
Ashleigh skipped over to Joe and they had a tight hug. “Be good Danger.” She said smiling as Keiko gave Nick one last squeeze. “Bye Nickster.” She said with a genuine smile etched on her face. “It was nice meeting you guys.” Keiko said towards the girls.
“Yeah, likewise.” Alana replied smiling. The three girls nodded as they left to go to the car of Keiko’s mom, and drove back home.
“Well I guess we gotta go catch our plane too.” Kay said frowning as Julia nodded.
“Bye guys!” Julia said as they went round giving all the boys a good squeeze.
“Nice meeting you girls from the future.” Julia said smiling at the five girls who waved goodbye as they left.
“Well that leaves us I guess.” Kevin said smiling as he levitated towards Alana.
The manager of the Jonas Brothers popped in and his jaw nearly dropped at the girls who looked quite futuristically dressed. “Hey guys, so just a schedule run through. Tomorrow you have a private meet and greet with 3 girls at 2 PM, a concert at 7 PM and for the rest of the day you are free to plan, alright?” He asked looking at the boys who nodded.
“Thanks James.” Nick said as he nodded and left.
“That’s our new manager. He’s great.” Joe said smiling.
The girls nodded. “So how did you girls end up on the roof?” He asked, the girls eyed each other and thought they’d tell them the truth – they’d take it as a joke as always.
“Duh, we flew!” Madison said motioning as if she levitated up in the air.
The Jonas boys burst out into laughter again. “You girls are just too much!” Kevin said laughing as Alana giggled at his hysterical laughing.
Kevin started talking to Alana. “So tell me a little about yourself.” Kevin asked smiling.
Alana smiled and blushed a little. “I’m Alana, I’m 17 and I like to dance, ice skating and swimming. Basically anything active.” Alana giggled a little at Kevin’s intrigued face expression.
“I’m Kevin, I’m 19 and I like to play the guitar, perform and hang out with friends.” Kevin replied smiling as he felt a indefinable attraction towards Alana.
Joe had started to talk to Sarah: “Are you a monkey?” Joe asked as a joke.
“Uh.. hmm no.. why?” Sarah responded giggling.
“Because how fast you climbed down was FAST!” Joe said laughing. “That’s my new pick up line.” He said victoriously as Sarah laughed.
Nick had walked up to Loes and he ruffled in his hair. “This might sound crazy, but I think I saw you in my dreams.” Nick said in a serious toned voice.
Loes looked confused, she then realised he referred to her flying around. “Maybe you did.” She replied mysteriously with a smirk etched on her face.
Nick couldn’t help it as a suave smile spread across his face. “So did you enjoy the show?” He asked, not being able to wipe that smile off his face.
“It was awesome, we really liked the year 3000 and kids of the future.” Loes responded, they liked them because well they came from the year 3000, or in other words they’re the kids from the future.
“Awesome.” Nick said smiling.
“Yeah, we’re the kids from the future.” Courtney and Madison sang with Frankie as they all bopped along. “We are the kids from the future.” Loes said with a sly smile at the girls jumping around with Frankie.
