Bring it On: In It To Win It My name’s Ashley,and I’m a cheerleader,head cheerleader. I’ve been cheerleading since I was 6. My best friends and I have been cheerleaders too,we met at a cheer camp when we were seven,and then started a squad called the Sharks. Last year,we entered a cheer competition,sadly we didn’t win because the Jets won,again. Their head cheerleader,Madison,and her friend Kay have been annoying us everytime they won. This year,my cheer squad and I are going to cheer camp. The Jets are going to be there. Hopefully,us The Sharks will win this battle.

Ashley’s POV- The first day of cheer camp,the Sharks got into the bus and we drove off. I listened to music while Sarah,Katie,and Bethany were chatting about camp. “OMG! And there will be very cute guys there!” Sarah said happily. I rolled my eyes and said, “Well maybe some of them are…girly” I whispered so that Michael and Nate wouldn’t hear. “Whatever!” Katie said. We arrived an hour later. The principal of the camp was there along with a few other teams. I got off the bus and grabbed my bags. “Welcome to Camp Cheer,hope you like it here! Today we’ll have a group meeting,right after you’ve settled down.” She said. We walked towards the girls rooms. I shared a room with Sarah. The room was nice,it had red beds and chairs. “Wow!” I exclaimed. “Yup! And we’re going to be staying here for 4 whole weeks!” Sarah said jumping up and down. “Well,I’m going for a jog,bye!” I said and ran out of the room,towards the rollercoaster. I bumped into someone. “Oh my gosh! I am sooo sorry!” I apologized quickly as he got up. “It’s all right cutie! I’m Joe!” He smiled. “Ashley! So you here for the summer?” I asked. “Yup! You?” He asked. “Yeah! Cool! Well Um…I’ll see you later!” I smiled and ran back to the room. “OMG Sarah I just met this really cute guy named Joe!” I screeched. “Really?! Cool! Well we’re going to lunch if you wanna come with!” ‘Sure!” I said as I tagged along behind her. We got to the cafeteria,took our food,and sat on the table with the rest of the team. “Well well well I guess you Shreks have come here again to get you butt kicked!” Madison teased. “Well I’ll have you know,we ARE going to win this year,so better go get yourself some tissues little miss Madison,coz you’ll be crying this season!” I replied back. “Ashley?!” Joe asked in surprise. “JOE?! W.w.wait! You’re on Their team?” I asked. “Yeah! & you’re on the Sharks team?” “Duh I’m their head cheerleader!” I said. “Girl! You mean to tell me that this boy here is the ‘cute guy’ you met?!” Sarah asked as I nodded my head. “Oh you two stay away from each other,we don’t want no Jets fooling around with the Sharks!” I sat back down on the table and looked at Joe sadly. He returned the same look and shook his head.
