Chapter 3
The three girls and three boys walked around the mall for a bit, until they came to the music store. The bell dinged as Katie opened the door.
“Katie! Brooklyn! Jayden, how are you my dears?” asked the front cashier.
“Wonderful Pierre, just wonderful. Is our order in yet?” asked Jayden.
“Oh yes! It came this morning. I haven’t even unpacked it yet, because I was waiting for my favorite girls!” Pierre said excitedly.
“Oh goody! Let’s go unpack it then.” The girls ran to the back room, leaving the Jonas brothers looking puzzled, who then followed them.
“Oh my gosh! It’s more beautiful then it looked in the magazine.” shrieked Jayden, holding her new hot pink Les Paul electric guitar. “Pierre, did you put our name in rhinestones on all our instruments?” she asked.
“Yes. For my girls, I wanted to do something extra and surprise you.”
“Aww, Pierre! You are truly the best!” Jayden, Brooklyn and Katie went to hug Pierre when they heard Kevin scream.
“Oh my gosh! Who got this guitar?” he said, holding the guitar that George Harrison used, while recording Abbey Road.
“That’s mine,” said Katie “We got it specially restored, and got my name in rhinestones on the back, to not damage it and make sure nobody takes it.”
“You are my new best friend!” Kevin exclaimed.
“How cute would we be, if Kevin dated Katie, Joe dated Brooklyn and me and Nick dated? I really wish it happens. But we can’t let them find out. Stupid Hollywood relationships.” Jayden thought, looking at how much fun Kevin and Katie were having, talking about their favorite Beatles song, Brooklyn and Joe were throwing the foam worms at each other and Nick was strumming one of the acoustic guitars that Pierre had let him use.
“Hey Pierre? Can we send a truck to come pick it up for us?” asked Jayden, coming out of her thoughts.
“Of course darling. Same as last time?”
“Please and thank you!” Brooklyn smiled at him, and beckoned for everybody to follow her outside.
“Ok, which store do you guys want to go to first?” asked Katie.
“We can go shopping another day right guys?” asked Joe.
“Yeah,” Nick agreed “Let’s do something really fun!” Everybody thought for a second and they all agreed on one thing-
“To the Amusement Park!” shouted Kevin and Katie, and everybody ran to the entrance. The six of them paid for admission and were talking about which one to go on first.
“The rollercoaster!” said Brooklyn
“The sling shot!” replied Joe
“ROLLERCOASTER!”
“SLINGSHOT!”
“ROLLERCOASTER!”
“SLINGSHOT!
“Settle down, holy mother! You can settle this by Rock Paper Scissors.” Jayden rolled her eyes.
“Rock, paper scissors!” Joe put a rock down, and the same time Brooklyn said,
“Dynamite, BOOM! Hah! My dynamite blew up your rock!” laughed Brooklyn.
“No fair, that’s cheating! I want a re-do.” Joe crossed his arms.
“Joseph, get over it. We can go on the slingshot after the rollercoaster.” Nick calmed Joe down, and they made their way over to the rollercoaster.
“Wait! Brooklyn, Katie, bathroom. NOW!” Jayden grabbed their hands and ran towards the bathroom.
“Back in a second.” Katie screamed at the boys.
“What is your deal?” asked Brooklyn, rubbing her hand.
“Hello? It’s an upside down rollercoaster, as in wig will fall off! Take these bobby pins and make sure it stays on!” exclaimed Jayden
“I don’t see what the big problem is in letting them know. They will find out as soon as they see a record, and we switch hair everyday.” observed Katie, securing her hair in place.
“From now on, we can’t switch hair, and for the record, I don’t know about that but as long as they don’t find out, even for a little bit, we are okay.”
“Ok girls, let’s go!” Brooklyn walked out of the bathroom.
*With the Boys*
Nick, Kevin and Joe watched the girls run off.
“Man! I never thought I would have feelings for somebody this early, I really like Brooklyn.” said Joe.
“Really? I never would have guessed,” Kevin said sarcastically “Katie is cute too, and we have the same taste in music which is really important to me.”
“What about you Nick?” asked Joe.
“I don’t know. Jayden seems fun to be around, but she’s kind of quiet right now, so I don’t know what to think.”
“Maybe she is a bit shy? You just met for crying out loud!” said Kevin
“Yeah I guess you are right. We’ll see what happens.”

Chapter 4
“Sorry we took so long.” the girls came back from the bathroom.
“That’s okay, we know all about girls and bathrooms. Let’s go on the rollercoaster now!” said Nick. All 6 of them went into the line, but the screeching of the wheels on the tracks was making Jayden a little uneasy. Nick and Brooklyn both noticed it as well. She kept glancing at the
“Jade? Are you feeling okay?” asked Brooklyn.
“Nuh uh! I can’t do this!” Jayden ran up the stairs onto the main floor and instantly felt better.
“Jayden? Are you scared?” a voice came from behind her. It was Nick.
“Yeah man! I have not been able to ride a rollercoaster since forever. I’m so scared of the noise.”
“The noise?” asked Nick.
“Yeah, about 3 years ago, my mom was in the car ahead of me and I heard screeching and my mom got t-boned by a semi truck. She was dead before the paramedics got there. The screeching reminds me of that night.” Jayden started getting tears in her eyes and Nick wrapped his arms around her, pulling her close to him. She let it linger for a moment, then pulled away.
“Sorry, I just met you and I’m going to start telling you my life story. Go get back in line for that rollercoaster!” laughed Jayden.
“I’d rather not actually. I don’t mind if you tell me your life story, I like listening!” Nick sat down on one of the benches.
“But you will miss it and the Sling Shot too! No, go back to the rollercoaster now and I will laugh at your faces on the rollercoaster and the Sling Shot.”
“Well, I don’t want to go if you aren’t.”
“Trust me, I’m not that big of a rides person. I like Ferris wheels and spinning rides, not-fling-you-up-in-the-air-so-that-your-stomach-comes-out-of- your-mouth rides. I am not into those at all, but I don’t want to stop you!” said Jayden.
“I am staying right here! Nothing can make me go on that rollercoaster!” Nick held onto the handle like a stubborn little kid, with a big goofy grin on his face. Jayden couldn’t help but start laughing at the sight of him. All of a sudden, they heard ridiculous laughter coming up from the steps, and Joe, Kevin, Brooklyn and Katie stumbled up the stairs.
“That was the fastest thing I have ever been on in my life! I think Katie is still in shock.” remarked Kevin, shaking Katie to get her to come out of shock.
“Let’s...go...AGAIN! AGAIN, AGAIN!” screamed Brooklyn, jumping up and down.
“Hold your horses there missy, we have to go on the Sling Shot first!” Joe pointed out.
“Jayden, Nick, you coming?”
“No,” Nick answered “We are going to stay here.” Jayden smiled at him.
“Suit yourself suckers! You are missing out.” Kevin yelled as they ran toward another ride. For the next hour and a half, they all went from one ride to another, Nick and Jayden would only go on a couple though. It seemed to Nick’s brothers he wanted to spend as much time as possible with Jayden. Suddenly, a text came from Gabi, saying she finally found the perfect dress and to come look at it. Jayden texted back saying she would be there in 10 minutes. The others got off the ride and come to where Nick and Jayden were sitting.
“Ok I just got a text from my sister saying she needs to be picked up now, so I’m going to go pick her up. We should probably go too, Brooklyn and Katie.” Jayden said.
“Yeah, us too, hey! Do you guys want to meet us for supper not tomorrow but the next day?” asked Kevin.
“Sure! What time?” replied Brooklyn.
“How about 6:30, at La Mela?” said Joe.
“Sounds perfect.” said Katie.
“Get dressed up tonight too ladies!” said Nick, and the 3 of them walked off.
“Well Brooklyn and Katie, seems like you guys will be dating in no time!” observed Jayden.
“Is it really that obvious?” asked Brooklyn.
“Yes!” Jayden rolled her eyes at the two of them.
“Well what about you and Nick??” asked Katie.
“I don’t know. He’s so nice, and funny and makes me laugh, and he is so cute, and he listens and ok I see your point,” Brooklyn and Katie had an I-told-you-so look on their faces. “Shut up, I’m going to go get Gabi’s dress. Here,” Jayden tossed Brooklyn the keys to her Rover “Tell Pierre to send a truck now, and don’t let anything touch my baby! I named her Minnie, because she is pink.” as Jayden walked off, Katie and Brooklyn rolled their eyes and then ran towards the Rover, fighting over who gets to drive. Jayden entered the store Gabi was in and saw her holding the dress. It was a black halter with a rhinestone band across the chest and rhinestones at the bottom of the dress.
“Oh Gabi! It’s beautiful, go try it on!” exclaimed Jayden, Gabi put it on and she looked gorgeous in it. As Gabi was changing, Jayden took the dress and paid for it.
“Jayden! My dress is gone!” Gabi was close to crying.
“No it’s not. I bought it for you when you were changing.” said Jayden.
“You are the bestest sister ever!” Gabi hugged Jayden, and they walked out of the store. They both walked out of the mall, when Jayden asked where Kady was.
“Oh her mom picked her up earlier.” explained Gabi. A horn honked and Jayden saw Brooklyn in the drivers’ seat. As soon as she saw Katie’s face, she knew they fought over the seat.
“Get out now. I’m driving.”
“But I hate the backseat!” whined Brooklyn.
“Too bad. I get the front seat this time.” Katie stuck her tongue out at Brooklyn, and they argued for about 3 minutes. Finally Jayden pulled Katie out of the front seat and put Gabi in that seat instead.
“Now it’s fair for everybody.” Jayden was glad to get out of the parking lot.

i'm going to post like 6 chapters tonight
because i'm only 5 chapters away from being done
and it's 60 chapters long already.
so prepare for a long story

Chapter 5
It was 5:30 on the night of the dinner and Brooklyn was getting really impatient, pacing back and forth across the floor.
“Where are they?” she asked, “They should be here by now!”
“Relax,” said Katie “If anything they should be late, because they know girls take so much longer to get ready.”
“Jayden! How can you be so calm? Aren’t you nervous for Nick?” asked Brooklyn.
“Not really. Maybe a little bit, but I’m more worried about one, them finding out we are Above You, two, you making a fool of yourself by seeing how much food you can shove into your mouth with Joe, and three, them and us getting attacked by their killer fans.” she answered. Then Gabi came down the stairs and asked who they were going to dinner with.
“The Jonas Brothers!” answered Katie.
“ARE YOU SERIOUS?” Gabi screamed “THEY ARE MY IDOLS!”
“How come you never told me about them before?” asked Jayden.
“Because it never really came up. Oh my gosh! Can I meet them please?” Gabi was practically begging.
“You’ll meet them when they come to the door, but can you go and grab Minnie from the practice room please? Be very careful with her, if anything happens I will shoot you!” warned Jayden.
“That’s not very nice Jayden.” Katie joked. Gabi ran off and brought Minnie to Jayden, who started tuning it and strumming the chords to “I Want You Back” by Jackson 5. There was a knock on the door about 10 minutes later, and Jayden was still playing. Gabi opened the door and just gazed at the boys for about 10 seconds, but Brooklyn pulled her away so she wouldn’t attack them when they walked in.
“Hey boys, you look fantastic!” the girls all agreed on that.
“And you ladies, look gorgeous!” this time, the boys all agreed on that. The phone rang, and Gabi ran to get it. When she answered everybody heard,
“GUESS WHO MY SISTER IS GOING OUT WITH TONIGHT? THE JONAS BROTHERS!” Jayden shook her head and blushed, it was pretty embarrassing.
The boys just laughed, “We get that a lot. Your sister a big fan?”
“Huge, except I found out like right before you came. She would kill for your autograph I’m guessing.” Jayden explained.
“Well, we have an old guitar we never use anymore, we could sign it and give it to her?” they suggested.
“That would be so nice! Thank you!”
“No problem. We do anything for our fans.” replied Nick.
“We know what that’s like.” Katie mumbled.
“What did you say Katie? I didn’t hear you.” Joe asked.
“I said I wish I knew what that was like. I wish I was famous.” she quickly covered up.
“It’s not always that great, but we have to go now. Reservation is for 6:30.” all 6 of them scurried out the door, Jayden yelling a quick goodbye to Gabi who was still on the phone talking about the Jonas Brothers.
“You got us a limo?” Katie screamed. This was the coolest date they had been on in their whole lives.
“No big deal.” Kevin blushed as Katie gave him a huge hug. They all piled into the limo and buckled up; Brooklyn needed to be reminded yet again. When they arrived, the girls were glad that they weren’t too dressy, but wearing simple dresses. It was pretty good for temperature, not humid or too hot or cold. They approached the front desk and Joe told them the name the reservations were under, and a waiter led them to their table. It was such a surprise to the girls, because there was a rose on the table for each of them, pink for Brooklyn, red for Katie and yellow for Jayden. Beside it was a note from one of the boys and Jayden picked hers up. It read:
Jayden,
I had such an amazing time with you 2 days ago. Thanks for bumping into me in Starbucks. You’re such a sweet girl

Nick Jonas
“Nick, that’s so sweet!” Jayden gave him a huge hug, and thanked him for the rose. Brooklyn and Katie did the same. They sat down and ordered their drinks, and food. Then “Rockin Robin” came on, and Jayden pulled Nick onto the floor.
“Come on,” she giggled “Let’s dance!” They went on the dance floor and started doing the Jive, and the 2 other couples came out as well. Before you knew it, all the people in the restaurant were dancing. Nick and Jayden did the Octopus so fast. The song ended and everybody clapped for the band, and returned to their seats.
“That was amazing! How come we never did it like that in junior high?” exclaimed Katie.
“That was so unusual! Normally they just have an Italian quartet come and sing, but this was pretty cool actually!” said Joe, and everybody agreed. The food and drinks came, and all 6 of them got to know each other really well. Jayden was happy, there were no screaming fans, no food eating contests, no slipping up of words and she was on a date with this amazing boy.
“What could go wrong?” she thought.
After supper, the boys dropped the girls off at their house in the limo, but Joe had asked to talk to Brooklyn privately, so they went around back while Kevin, Nick, Katie and Jayden walked into the house. When Joe and Brooklyn came back, they had big smiles on their faces, but wouldn’t say yet what was so fantastic. The boys wanted a tour of the house, so each couple went their own separate way. Nick and Jayden wandered into the practice room, and Nick picked up Frankie, Jayden’s first guitar and started playing a song.
“Hello beautiful
how’s it going?
I hear it’s wonderful, in California
I’ve been missing you
it’s true
but tonight, I’m gonna fly
yeah tonight I’m gonna fly
cause I could go across the world and
never be satisfied
if I couldn’t see those eyes” he sang.
“That was amazing. Did you write that?” asked Jayden.
“Yeah.” Nick said,
“It was beautiful.” said Jayden
“Thanks. Come on, show me the rest of your house.”

Chapter 6
“Well this is my kitchen, I do most of the cooking and cleaning of this house. We only have a maid part time, but I like it. I cook all this weird food my Aunt sends me, and its so healthy. Brooklyn and Katie love it as well, so it’s good for all of us. And this is our workout room, we have personal trainers. We aren’t too fond of public gyms, because I don’t need to see other people work out, yuck. The pool and hot tub are in the backyard, but we have an indoor-outdoor pool. It’s really cool, it’s like a wall separate them, and in the winter we put the wall down and we can use it indoor and in the summer we have it halfway up so you just swim under it.” Jayden’s rant was interrupted by Kevin and Katie, who were walking into the room.
“Hey guys, do you know where Joe and Brooklyn are?” asked Nick.
“FIRE!” Brooklyn and Joe came out of nowhere and started pelting the four others with nerf guns.
“AH!” everybody screamed and ducked for cover.
“Haha, we got you guys so good!” they gave each other a high five.
“You guys have a pool?” asked Joe.
“Yeah, doesn’t everybody in New York?” Katie replied. A buzz went off in Kevin’s pocket, and he checked his iphone.
“Guys, Dad just scheduled us for an interview today, and we have to leave right now!” he said.
“But I was having so much fun hitting you with nerf bullets!” whined Joe.
“Speak for yourself.” Jayden laughed, pulling a bullet out of Nick’s hair. It was so soft and gorgeous.
Nick shook his head at Joe, “Let’s go child, we have to go now! See you guys later, oh wait! Jayden, what’s your number?” Jayden blushed a bit, because she could feel everybody staring at her, and wrote it on his arm.
“Ok, see you guys later.” they all gave their “boy” a hug, but Brooklyn kissed Joe on the cheek. As soon as they shut the door, Katie and Jayden looked at Brooklyn.
“What?!” she asked.
“You know what, are you not single anymore?” asked Katie.
“Lips are sealed!” she tried to run upstairs, but they blocked her path. “Ok fine! He asked me just before we did the house tour, which ended up as us hitting you with nerf guns!” she smiled at the thought of that.
“Aww! That’s so cute, Brooklyn and Joseph sitting in a tree, k-i-s-s-i-n-g!” Jayden sang.
“Don’t do that Jayden, you are 23 years of age try to act it please!”
“Whatever Mrs. Lips-are-sealed!”
“Shut up!” the girls laughed and went upstairs to change and watch TV. As they flipped to a channel, they heard “Up next! The Jonas Brothers sing their song “Hello Beautiful” to some lucky girls! And a special guest star, when we return”
“Oh you have to hear this song! It’s so pretty!” gushed Jayden.
“When did you hear it?” asked Brooklyn.
“Oh Nick sang it, when I showed him the practice room!
“Aw, Jayden and Nick sitting in a room, k-i-s-s-i-n-g!” she taunted.
“That doesn’t even rhyme!” exclaimed Katie.
“I know.” Brooklyn hung her head in shame.
“Hey! They’re back on!” the girls turned their attention back to the TV and the interview started asking some questions.
“Hey everybody! These are the Jonas Brothers, Nick Joe and Kevin. Let’s drill them with questions, shall we? First of all, the ladies all want to know, are you single?”
“Yes,” said Kevin “but I have my eye on somebody!”
“I am single too, bit it’s the same for me as Kevin.” replied Nick.
“I am not actually.” said Joe.
“Really?” asked the interviewer “what’s her name?”
“Brooklyn, and she’s really amazing.” he said. Nick and Kevin looked at him.
“What?” he asked.
“Thank you for telling us.” they rolled their eyes at Joe. Brooklyn blushed at home.
“Well, we will hear more about you guys after your song, so who is it dedicated to?”
“Now that you mention it, as of right now, it’s about-” Nick got cut off, by a certain person walking through the door.
“Hey y’all! Are you ready to rock tonight?”
