Chapter 1.

My name is Nick Jonas and the one girl that I loved was taken away from me and her name was Cheyenne. Her dad took her away from me and I miss her so much. I knew that Cheyenne's mom die while giving birth and her dad abused her but she never told anyone except me. I thought "What a life to take. What a bond to break." Here's the story about what happened to Cheyenne and how she was taken from me.

Cheyenne and I had a special bond that we thought it couldn't be broken until she was taken from me. I was the youngest in my family and I had my two brothers Joe and Kevin always with me. I was walking with Joe and Kevin than we heard screams coming from Cheyenne's house. Kevin yelled to Joe "Go get dad!" Joe ran home and I went with Kevin and what I saw changed my life forever. We got inside Cheyenne's house and she was laying on the floor lifeless because her dad had beaten her to death. I fell down and I held her hand and was crying and Joe came walking in with my dad and my new baby brother Frankie. My dad came over me and pulled me away and I was fighting with him not wanting to leave Cheyenne. Joe came over to me and held me close and I asked "Why her?" Joe answered "I don't know." I was crying even more and I was thinking "My friend was taken but she was still with me and she was watching over me. I also knew that one day I would see her again and our bond would still be alive." I would never forget that day but I wanted so bad to forget that day but couldn't. My family was going to have a funeral for her and I was going to go no matter how hard it was for me.
