Ok so origonally I just wrote this for a small group of friends but they all suggested posting it here so more ppl could read soo.. I hope you like it!

Prologe

"Yeah mom I know wut to do in case of fire. I'm not stupid"  I muttered into the phone after the fourth time this week she was 'working' late.

"I'm serious Soph.. I got to go. Luv you!" My mom said hastily back to me.

My mom was single, working mom that worked at some dumb business that worked with anything and everything as far as I know... Ok so the truth is, I never asked. My mom was always hopping from job to job, and after a while I had just stopped asking. She could be a drug dealer and I'd have no clue... I didn't really care...

"The Jonas Brothers are on TV!" My younger sis, - she's 14 - Melissa yelled through my cracked door. - Mel was taller than my, with brunette hair and an athletic figure. -

"Yep I'll be there in a sec."

"Here from mom tonight? She was supossed to be home an hour ago." By now she was sitting next to me in my bed, waiting for an answer in which she already knew.

"Take a guess Mel."

"Oh well, common I went to watch those Jonas boys before Ashley gets here. We're going to the movies."

"Wutever. Hold on." I replied, getting up and walking to the living room with Mel. I never considered myself a fan of the Jonas Brothers, but my sister loved them. I didn't have much in common with my sister so I tried my hardest to share this 'obsession' with her.

So I sat there watching my sister. And my sister sat and squealed with an "OMJ! Look at that! Can you believe how hott he is?" Here and there. While I found myself entranced by the music, the lyrics, the voices. Music was everything to me, I guess that's why it was so easy for me to sit with my sister almost everyday and watch them for hours at a time.

Then of course my trance was broken when the front door was swung open and Ashley walked in.

"Hey common we're gunna be late!" Ashley half yelled before running out the door again with my sister.

"Great" I mumbled. "Home alone... Again."

So this was my life, uneventful and lonley. I had very few friends, and most of them lived far away, except for one. I never trusted anyone to make new friends nearby. I I never trusted anyone - period. I was never given a reason to, I'd had my share of boyfriends and all turned out to be druggies, abusive, or cheated. And my father - who was dead from drunk driving - had always verbally abused my mom, Mel, and I.

So hey, I'm 16 year old Sophie Parker. And this is life... well, MY life...

Sweet! lolz I happy ppl like it! heres the first chapter!

"...But tonight.. I'm gunna fly.. yeah tonight.. I'm gunna fly!" I loudly sang into a brush as I packed my bags. Last night when my mom got home I had poured out my feelings and convinced her to let me take a plane to the nearest beach to catch my breath and 'sort out my life.' My mom just barely agreed to it if I'd pay my own way, and checkeked out a few collages while I was there. The flight was already booked, hotel room booked. Everything was ready for me to escape my life for the time being. I was going to sunny NJ beach (we lived in Ohio near the border of PA) for a long weekend.

  "I can't believe mom letting you go to NJ!" Mel said as she helped me pack. "I convince mom to let me stay at Ashley's for a weekend and YOU manage this?!"

  "Sorry Mel, I wasn't about to stay home for another weekend while moms off who-knows-where and your hanging with your friends." I said as I finished packing and zipped up my suitcase.

  "Well just promise me you'll take like a billion pictures and email them to me every night!"

  "Mel, it's only a weekend."

  "But-"

  "But I promise I will okay?" I cut her off

  "Thanks Sophie poo" She said. "So when are you leaving tomorrow?"

  "Probably around 6AM. My flight leaves at 9 and I have to be there early." I said as I hauled the case off my bed and started to climb in.

  "You're not really planning on sleeping are you?" My sis said while pulling out a camera from her back pocket. "Because a time of great begging victory like this calls for some picture evidence!"

  "Ok" I started to giggle. "But only for a lil cause it's almost 11 already!"

  My sis and I started taking silly random pictures for well over an hour until.... Well we must've falled asleep because the next thing I knew was that my alarm clock was going off and my bedroom light was flicked on.

  "RRR! Just 5 more minutes!" I said rolling over and pulling the covers over my head.

  "Common I wanna drop you off at the air port  before I go to work."

  "Of course" I mumbled. "What time is it?" I asked while answering my own question by rolling over to look at the clock. 5:40 "oi-vey!" So I crawled out of bed and straight to the shower. From there, out the door.

  "Goodbye Mel! And Ohio!" I yelled out the car window at my sister was standing on the front lawn. And off we went...

 Joe's POV

  "COMMON! Up and out of bed my good fellow!" I yelled, while ripping the covers off of Kevin's bed.

  "Go away!" Kevin grumbled, grabbing his pillow that was ripped from him too.

  "Dude it's after 5:30 already! The whole family's up and ready to leave. GET UP." Said Nick, walking in, and flicking the light on. "Our plane leaves soon and we're going to NJ! For a home sweet home town concert!"

  "RR GO AWAY!"

  "Ah! I'm appalled at you Paul Kevin Jonas the second!" I jokingly said, in a girly southern voice.

  "I'm up I'm up! Just SHUT up okay?"

  "Alright. We'll be waiting in the car." Nick and I said, almost in unison.

  "The car?" Kevin shot up. "give me a minute.."

And within minutes the Jonas' were on their way...

kay, I didn't get alot of comments for the last one but I'm bored so I'll put up the next chappy anyways. Leave a comment if you like it!

Chapter 2

Sophie's POV

  "Alright where do I go from here?." I asked myself while I walked to the bagging area in the airport in sunny New Jersey to get my things.

  "Can I help you?" An airport worker asked. I must have looked confused. "Need a cab?"

  "Yes!" I said, relieved "Sophie Parkers the name."

  "There should be a cab waiting outside. Someone called for one earlier under that name."

  "Oh thanks." I said, turning around and heading for the door. "Must've been mom.. I'm not 2 she doesn't have to do everything for me..."

  The cab driver drove me back to the hotel and then it was out to sight see for me... Ok, so I was 'motherly bound' to check out a collage so I decided to get it out of the way...

Joe's POV

  "Suh-weet!! I lov this place! Hey Nick, Kevin, take a look at how huge this is!" I yelled to my brothers as I looked out at the stadium we were singing in tonight. We had just gotten to the arena and were backstage, when I got bored and decided to look around.

  "Wow Joe. You not looking out the windows at all the girls outside?!" Asked Nick surprised.

  "Anyway! Even I did that already." Kevin piped in.

  "Yeah yeah" I sneered. "Geez can't we just go sight seeing for a bit?"

  "Sorry dude. Dad doesn't want us going out sight seeing right now. The show starts in 4 hours he doesn't want us getting lost and not being back in time" Nick stated.

  "Wanna go say hi to some fans?" Kevin suggested.

  "Whatever sounds good to me. I need get rid of some energy."

Later...

  "Alright see ya all tonight!" We all yelled to our fans before heading back inside after almost 2 hours of meeting ppl.

Sophie's POV

  "Thanks for the tour it's an amazing collage." I said to one of the students there that offered to give me a tour. I had left my cab driver and was planning on just walking around the city all night and then getting a cab later.

  "Hey are you doing anything later? There's a party in one of the apartments here." The student -Josh - asked. I knew it wasn't smart to get involved in collage parties unless I knew people there so I searched for an excuse.

  "Well um.. there's a-"

  "Jonas brothers concert at the arena right?" He cut me off. "My lil sister is going that's ah, that's how I know about it. I could give you a ride with her if ya want."

Now I know what your thinking! I promised my mom I wouldn't except rides from strangers.. but I DID know his name. I also knew I didn't have tickets to the concert. But it was an ecxuse out of the party. "Ok that would be great thanks." I said

  "Alright" He said as a girl my age walked up.

  "Hi, I'm-" and again I was cut off!

  "The new girl friend?" She assumed. Just barely sparing me a glance.

  "No this is a friend of mine that I'm taking to the concert." He answered quickly.

  "Whatever." She snapped. "Let's go."

 Oi! So we got to the concert in about 3 minutes. Turns out the stadium was only a few blocks down from the collage.

  "Thanks for the lift!" I yelled as he pulled away from the curb after dropping me off. I turned around and realized that his sister was already out of sight.

  "Great." I mumbled. "Now what?"

Joe's POV

  "Lock down" Kevin said as he grabbed his guitar and started playing.

  "RedBull" I said lazily as he flopped down on the couch in the dressing room.

  "In the fridge. Get it your self" Nick said, annoyed that I broke his zone.

*Sighs*

  I started singing along with Kevin and Nick as I walked up to the fridge and grabbed a can. I took a sip and walked over to the small window looking at the fans now filling in. And found myself looking past them at a younger, blonde girl in an ed-hardy tank top, and wearing a thick silver headband, hugging herself from the cold weather. And she sat down on the curb.

  "How cold is it out side?" I asked, breaking into the song.

  "A.D.D." Nick said, laughing at his own lil joke.

  "Joe pay attention!" Kevin said impatiently . "What does it matter? You're INSIDE"

  "Fifty maybe. Moving on!" Nick said and started strumming away again.

I took one last look outside and she was gone.

  "What?" Kevin said into my ear. Kevin had walked up behind me.

  "Whoa! I didn't see you there!" I jumped.

  "What's so special your staring at?"

  "She's gone" I said halft to myself and half to Kevin.

  "Yeah they tend to do that ya know, buy their tickets and walk into the stadium."

 "No! She was... Never mind.."

Sophies POV

 After looking around I sat down and tried to think of where to go from here. Then as if life itself heard my plea, I noticed a ticket scalper trying to sell his last ticket. "Ok sophie parker you are now officially out of your mind!" I thought to myself. "Hey! How much?" I half yelled to him, trying to get his attention.

 "90"

  "70"

  "75?"

  "Deal." I said, taking the ticket. It was a pretty horrible seat near the back but it was better then nothing. So I made my way to my seat after getting through the last line of fans and sat down.

  "Are you guys ready for some fun?!" I heard the announcer yell into the mic. and the place shook with noice. "Yeah!" I yelled back.

  And the concert started.

  After about 5 minutes into the concert I noticed a bunch of ppl were out of their seats and dancing up front near the stage. I knew the chances of me squeezing my way all the way up there were about 1 in 1000 but I was willing to try my luck that seemed to be growing.

 Getting through the first half of the stadium was simple "accuse me" here and there, nothing to it. The second half was allot harder. I squeezed my way through people one by one. And after about 15 minutes I was in the second row!

Joe's POV

I'd just finished singing Australia . After looking for the blonde girl for 25-30 minutes I had finally given up hope. Then all of a sudden I saw the silver head band and found the face below it. She was absolutly gorgeous! She looked around 15 or 16. And then she caught my eye. I tried my hardest to hold the gaze, but she broke it by looking over at Kevin and Nick.

  "That's okay I'll catch it again next time around." I thought to myself.

 And I did about 5 or 6 times during the concert.. and then the concert ended and she disappeared again.

Sophies POV

"Sorry all booked up tonight from that big concert at the stadium." Was the reply I had been getting on the other end of the phone for the past 45 mins. I'd called about half a million different cabs and busses but they were all booked up for the night.

 "Dangit!" I said, feeling a knot start to form in my throat as I hung up the phone. Just then the phone rang - 'cause you love me and I hate you. I'm right your wrong move on'...

  "Hello?"

  "Soph, we've got a problem!" It was Mel, she sounded as if she had been crying too.

  "Why? What happened?"

  "Mom's got a bf again, she seems serious."

 I couldn't handle it anymore, so I flipped my phone shut. And flopped down on the curb, once again with no where to go, and started to cry...

Joe's POV

  "Uh Joe common lets go." Nick prodded.

  "I'm starved!" Kevin said, heading out the door and stopped in his tracks.

  "This must be my lucky day.." I whispered.

 It ws no dout the same girl I'd been thinking about all night. But this time it wasn't the smiling girl I saw awhile ago. She had her head in her lap and she was crying. I started walking forward.

  "Dude hold on what are you doing?" Kevin said, grabbing my arm.

  "I have to see if she's ok." I said, yanking my arm from Kevin. "um hi!" I said touching her arm to get her attention. She flinched and looked up but didn't look at me. "Are you okay?"

  "I'm fine" She choked, wiping the tears from her face.

  "Oh so your crying because your happy?" I joked

  "What would you care anyway? It's not your problem." She said looking around on the ground for something.

  "Looking for this?" Kevin asked, handing her a cell phone.

 Now she noticed there was more then one of us so she looked up and Nick, then Kevin, then finally her eyes met mine.

"Oh" She whispered.

  "I care.. We care.. because.. Well we just do okay?" I said

I tried desperately to keep her gaze but once again she broke it.

  "You know, we're just gunna sit here and keep you company until you tell us what's wrong." Nick said.

  "You'll go away if I tell you". She said, looking Nick right is the eyes.

  "Well we can't exactly promise the but there might be somewhat of a chance of us going away if you tell us."

Sophies POV

  "Fine." I said. "I'll tell you ok?" I was debating on just getting up and walking away but I had nowhere to go and they might follow me anyway.

  "Well?" Joe asked, trying to look me in the eyes. What was it with this boy? I broke his gaze the second he met mine. I don't know why I couldnt look him in the eyes, it was just hard to keep it. It felt like when he looked at me he was reading my mind. And it didn't help he had deep brown eyes that were so easy to get lost in.

 "I'm just not having the best day okay?"

  "Tell us about it.:" Kevin said.

 I sighed. This could take a while. I took a deep breath and told them the shortest version of the story I could think of. "...And I have no way of getting back to my hotel that's 10 miles away!"

  "The Hilton?" Nick asked.

  "No the one across from it" I said.

  "Oh well we could give you a ride." Joe said. "we're staying at the Hilton. Couldnt we kev?"

  :"Yeah sure" Kevin said

I thought for about two minutes in silence 'it was a ride. and it WAS the jonas brothers.' but my emotions were still raw from wut happened. Could I trust them?

  "We don't bite" Joe said, sitting in front of me. "Hello?"

  "Sorry um.." Well if I didn't take the ride I could be stuck here all night so I had no choice. "Alright" I said, "But only if your sure its ok"......
