Hey guys! So after reading so many fanfics, I decided that I would write one of my own.  It starts off kinda slow, but it picks up after the first few chapters.  I hope you guys like it!

Chapter 1

6:00am… My alarm goes off, and I just knew it was going to be one of those days.  I hit the snooze button, hoping to catch a few more minutes of sleep, BAD MOVE.  I woke up a half hour later with my radio playing; I had slept through the alarm and was in serious danger of being late for class.  And this was my birthday! It was naturally supposed to be a good day!

I jumped up, got dressed and grabbed some breakfast.  Grabbed my books and headed out the door.  My drive to campus consisted of me jamming to the Jo-Bros like every morning while eating my breakfast in the car.  There’s nothing like burnt waffles.  

I was a college student, living at home saving my parents the extra money.  It’s the least I could do for them since they decided to pay for my tuition in high school. I had to go to private school because my parents felt that it would be better for me than my local public school.

I arrive at campus and pull into the parking garage, grab my things and begin my 15-minute walk to my first class.  Once again, I was rocking to the Jo-Bros on my iPod.  The walk actually turned into a run when I noticed that class started in ten minutes.  I made it with seconds to spare.  Then I realized that I forgot to print out my homework and couldn’t believe the morning I was having.

Class let out and I was hoping that my second and final class would be better.  Math… not really my subject, or anyone’s for that matter.  We had a quiz, and I had completely forgotten to study.  I thought I did ok, until after the quiz when I realized that I had given the solution for the y-intercept even though I was asked for the x-intercept.  Things couldn’t get any worse.

Then my phone rang… “Happy Birthday Ali!”

It was one of my best friends Jessica.  She always knew how to put a smile on my face.  We looked a lot alike and people often asked us if we were twins.  Neither of us could see the resemblance, except for the blonde hair of course.   

“Hi Love! Thank you!” I replied, grinning through the phone. 

Then Jess began to ramble on about something, I wasn’t really paying attention much until I heard that we were going out to dinner to celebrate my birthday with the girls.  Something we had done every year, and I was looking forward to it all week. 

“So I thought that this year, instead of us deciding for you, the choice is yours!” I heard Jess say.

 “Olive Garden” I immediately replied. One of my favorite restaurants.

“Ok, I’ll call Lisa and DD and tell them to meet us there at 6-ish?” Jess responded. 

And I said, “Sounds good! See you then!” and I was on my way home.  Little did I know that I had 3 surprises awaiting me later that night.

Chapter 2

I pulled into the garage and turned the car off.  My mom was home, and as I entered the house she exclaimed “Happy Birthday Honey!” with a huge smile on her face.  I knew something was up, she never had a smirk that big before! She presented me with an envelope and told me to open my birthday present. 

I opened the card and out fell four pieces of paper.  I picked them up and turned them over.  They read: JONAS BROTHERS LIVE… and the tears fell from my eyes, “Thank you so much Mom, how did you know?”  She began to explain that after my father confronted her about my constant nagging that the Jonas Brothers were going to be near us, she decided that this would be the perfect birthday gift.  And boy was she right, the concert was tomorrow and I was extremely excited.  My day became so much better.  They were awesome seats, row 8.  I began to wonder how my mom could manage to get these, but with her luck, anything was possible. I quickly hugged her and ran to my room.

I decided to take a nap, things were suddenly looking better.  I woke up feeling refreshed and ready to meet the girls.  After putting on my cutest top and some jeans and fixing my hair just perfect, I was off to the restaurant.  I arrived and noticed that the girls were already inside. 

“Happy Birthday!!!” Lisa exclaimed, “You look so cute! Can I borrow that top sometime?”

DD then responds with “Hey babe! Happy B-day! What did you get?!” So typical of her!

 “My mom got me tickets to see the Jonas Brothers tomorrow night!” I screamed, as did the other girls because they knew if I was going, so were they. 

Our name was called and we walked up to be seated.

 I whispered to the hostess, “If it’s possible, could we get a table in a corner or in the back?” she responded with a nod.

 I knew what was coming later on in the evening.  My friends did it every year.  They always embarrassed me and told our waiter that it was my birthday.  I hated it.

We were seated and our waiter opened our menus for us.  Then I noticed DD scanning the room.  She has this gift for scoping out guys, we call it her “guy-radar”.  It was a gift she was born with.  All of a sudden she stops and then says slowly, “Oh… My… God…”

i like this so far ; PMS?  =]

Chapter 3

“Where is he?” Lisa exclaims. 

DD began to develop a huge smile on her face.  We knew this guy must have been gorgeous.  “You mean ‘them’?” DD responds. 

Lisa then continues “There’s more than one?”

DD nods.  “Alright, out with it! Where?!” I screamed across the table at her.

 She begins to inform us that we are not to all turn around at once to avoid making a scene.  I began to seriously question this.

  DD says “You are not going to believe this, I want you to stay calm, do not scream!”

“You know how we have tickets to see the Jonas Brothers tomorrow night?” she asks.

  We nod.  She then continues, “Well, they’re here… sitting at the table diagonal from us.” 

We looked excitedly at one another.  First Lisa looked up and said, “Wow, you’re right DD”.  She had never been a huge fan like I was.  DD and Jessica were fans, but they had not been infected with OJD.  Jessica then turned around and exclaimed, “Holy crap! It’s them!” and not wanting to believe them I decided to look for myself, completely shocked at what I saw, I didn’t make a sound.  My red face and huge eyes said it all. The girls began to laugh at me, I almost died.

*At the Jonas Table*

Joe was blowing bubbles in his drink.  Kevin begins to laugh when it spills on the table.  “Wow Joe!” Nick sitting next to him begins to say, “I can’t believe that we finally get to eat out for once, and at Olive Garden.” Kevin agrees, “And the best part is, we don’t have to wear our disguises while we eat, since it’s such a small town!”

Joe then notices 4 girls walking in.  “Whoa, check it out… Ladies at 12-o’clock!” 

Nick laughs, “Do you ever notice anything besides girls?”

Joe, looking at the girls, says, “Yes, I notice a lot of stuff!”

Kevin begins to chuckle, “Then why has your fly been down for the past 20 minutes?!”

Joe screams “Oh crap! Man, why didn’t you tell me?! I hate it when you do that!”

Nick began laughing at Joe but quickly stopped as he got slapped in the back of the head by Joe.

“Why’d you hit me?” Nick asked.  “Because I felt like it, and you laughed at me”

The boys order and then Joe begins to stare at the girls sitting at the table near them.  “I like the blonde” he begins to say.  Nick questions him, “Which one man? There’s two!”… “The one with the blue shirt on, she’s beautiful… I think it’s her birthday” Joe replies. Their food arrives, as did the girls food. 

Halfway through eating, Kevin can’t hold it in any longer and shouts, “Joe, would you quit staring! Let the girl eat without you looking at her! And maybe you should finish your dinner!”  Joe says, “I seriously doubt any of them notice I’ve been staring at her, because I’m smooth like that!” Nick and Kevin burst out in laughter. Kevin responds, “That’s what you think!”

*The Birthday Table*

DD screams softly “Ali, don’t look now, but Joe Jonas has been staring at you for the past fifteen minutes.” I couldn’t believe what I was hearing.  She was joking right? I looked up and sure enough, she was serious.  There he was, looking right at me.  He was even cuter in person, and his beautiful piercing eyes had left me speechless and unable to feel my body.

I feel so unloved! I'm posting a bunch of chapters in this fanfic and no one is commenting back or reading it... WHERE IS THE LOVE??? It makes me sad...

Maybe 2 more chapters will get me some comments...

Chapter 4

Dinner was quickly coming to an end, meaning that we were going to leave the Jonas boys there.  We didn’t want to disturb them because it looked like they were having a nice, quiet dinner for once, so we let them be.  I heard clapping in the distance… I knew what was coming.  Lisa had her camera out snapping pictures. I quickly shouted “I HATE YOU ALL!!!” and a line of waiters began to head towards me with a cake.

*The Jonas Table*

Kevin looks around, “Oh man, someone’s getting embarrassed!” He knew the birthday chant anywhere.  Joe got excited because he knew exactly where they were going.  Nick began to laugh, he remembered when they did that to him last year, embarrassed as anything.

After the singing and clapping stopped the waiters disbursed and Joe stood up.  “Where do you think you’re going?!” Kevin asked.  “Over to greet the birthday girl! She’s been staring at me all throughout dinner!” Nick looked like someone had just told him a joke because he was already laughing at Joe. 

Kevin laughs and asks Nick, “What’s going on inside that head of his? He’s nuts!” Not knowing what to say, Nick responds, “I dunno, that’s something we will never be able to figure out, EVER!”

*The Birthday Table*

I was embarrassed as anything, with my face in my hands the girls were laughing and I’m sure that half of the restaurant was now staring at us.  My face was feeling warm, I’m sure because I was just embarrassed in front of my favorite group of guys.

DD stops laughing and quickly shouts at me, “Here comes Joe!” I couldn’t believe it, there he was standing at the edge of our table.  What was going on?!

“Hi girls, I’m Joe!” He exclaims

Lisa laughing goes “Hey Joe, We know who you are! Who wouldn’t? I’m Lisa.”

“And I’m DD!” she exclaims happily with a wave, “And that’s Jessica!”

She completely left me out! She forgot to mention my name!  Joe laughs and then proceeds with his mission.

“Someone has a birthday today, and I’m guessing it’s you from the bright red color on your face!” He says pointing at me.

“Is it that obvious? Yeah it’s my birthday, I’m Alison”

Joe says, “Yeah it’s pretty obvious, but very cute!”

Joe was staring me right in the eyes, the girls were giggling and my face was just getting hotter, as he left me speechless and melted my heart with his beautiful smile.

Chapter 5

Is this really happening?! I kept asking myself, over and over.  Joe Jonas was standing feet from me. He began to speak again, “So listen, I was wondering if you lovely ladies would like to join us in getting some ice cream?”

DD responded quickly, almost cutting him off, “YES! We would love to!”

“Haha, alright it’s settled then.  Let me go tell the boys, I’ll be right back.”

He walks back to his table and Jessica exclaims, “Ali, you are the luckiest girl on this planet.  Joe Jonas is head-over-heels for you!”

“Yeah right. And there’s a dog driving that car over there!” I replied.

Lisa spoke next. “I think she’s right, Al.  Did you see the way he looked at you?”

I began to wonder, what if they’re right? What if he does like me? Is it possible? I couldn’t believe the prospect of my favorite Jonas returning the feelings I held for him.

*The Jonas Table*

Joe takes his seat as Kevin is paying the bill.  Nick notices Joe grinning from ear-to-ear and goes, “Oh boy, this can’t be good”.  Kevin looks up and responds, “Joe, What did you do?”

“Well fellas, we are going to get ice cream with those beautiful girls over there!” Joe says excitedly.  Kevin turns and looks at their table, “I don’t see any harm in that.”

Nick begins to question Joe, “So what’s her name?”  He responds with a smile, “Alison”. The boys get up and make their way over to the table.

Kevin was the first to speak, “Hi girls, Joseph has informed me that you are joining us for ice cream tonight?”

“YEP!” DD replies

“Ok then, well I’m Kevin and that’s Nicholas” Pointing to him. Nick grins, “Hey.”

Kevin continues, “And I understand that someone has a birthday today?”

I began to laugh, “That would be me!”

“Well Happy Birthday!” Kevin says with a smile.  Nick looks up from texting someone, “Yeah, Happy B-day!”

I turned red and just realized that 3 of my favorite guys on Earth just wished me a happy birthday.  Was this a dream?

Jessica stands up and pushes her chair back, “Ready girls?” Lisa joins her and says. “Yeah, we’re ready!”

I couldn’t believe that this was happening.  This had quickly gone from being an average day to one of the best days of my life.

Aha I love this!  It's pretty dang funny. wow idk lol that was kinda random. =] PMS!
