Here's chapter 1 for ya!
Chapter 1: "I'm so excited, I just can't hide it." --The Pointer Sisters
"Yes!" I said jumping off my bed excitedly. My birthday was a few days ago, & my parents had given me the best present ever! Tickets to my fave band, the Jonas Brothers. Floor seats & meet and greet passes!
The only bad thing was, I had hours to kill!
So I decided to take a shower and to just dress in a t-shirt and jeans for now.
I walked downstairs to see my younger sisters sitting at the kitchen table eating some muffins that my mom had made.
They left eye contact with me & dropped their muffin on their plates. They jumped up from their seats & ran towards me.
"Today's the day!" they exclaimed. I joined the joyful jumping. We each like one brother. I loved Kevin and my heart was dying to meet him tonight.
My 16 year old sister, Tina, loves Nick, and my 18 year old sister, Ashlynn, worshipped Joe.
"We're so excited Nat!" they shouted at me in unison.
"I know! So am I!" I shouted with them. "How about, this afternoon, I'll do your guys' hair & makeup for tonight, and don't forget to bring something for the brothers to sign."
Tina & Ashlynn screamed their heads off. I plugged my ears. Obviously they couldn't control their excitement.
They ran upstairs to get their outfits out.
I walked into the kitchen to find my mom sipping her coffee.
"Wow, I think they're more exicted than I am," I stated.
"I know, they came downstairs throwing themselves into some jumping fit."
"Wow," I said laughing.
It was 11 in the morning and there was what seemed like so many hours to kill.
I finished up my chores around 2 in the afternoon.
Ash & T were in their room jammin' to the JoBros.
"OOH, THIS IS AN S.O.S., DONT' WANT A SECOND GUESS, THIS IS THE BOTTOM LINE," they screamed from their room. I stood at their door chuckling to myself. They'd lose all their energy by tonight, I thought.
I went into my room & laid my stuff out. I was gonna wear a shirt that was ocean blue with white polka dots. I laid out a pair of blue jeans & black converse. I was so pumped for tonight!
I set my clothes aside & lay on my bed. I thought about what it would be like to meet the Jonas Brothers. But most of all, what it would be like to meet Kevin. I traped into my thoughts which lead me into a nap.
I felt like I was in an earthquake. Or like, some massage bed. I opened and eye to find T & Ash ready to go. The show was at 7 and it was 6:30. I jolted out of my bed.
"Tina! Ash! Why didn't you wake me up?"
"Because we were getting ready," Ash said as she hopped off of my bed.
"Are you mad at us sis?" T asked.
I sighed, "Nah, just wished you would've woken me up earlier," I am the best sister ever. "You guys go downstairs and I'll be down shortly."
I looked into my mirror next to my bed. If I didn't wanna be late, all I had to do was brush my hair. I brushed it out & put on my poka-dot shirt & blue jeans. I laced up my converse. I put on my silver necklace that held a silver angel with a sapphire as its body. I looked great. It was 6:47 & if we didn't want to be late, we'd be out that door.
I ran down the steps. Mom was fixing dinner for herself.
"Mom! We'll be back around," I glanced at my watch. Hmm, "uh, 11, k?"
"K, call me if you happen to get a bite to eat with the girls."
Guess I was getting dinner for me & my sisters.
"K, love ya! We gotta go or we're gonna be late."
I gestured for Tina & Ash to follow me and off we went.
