Ok so i've had this idea for this fic for a little while now.And i have finally decided to write it.Just comment and let me know what you think.Thanks!

"You would be quiet to if you saw what i saw."I said

"What do you mean?" Nick asked

"He was my dad Nick."I said

"You saw him like that?"Nick asked

"I was there."I said as the tears streamed down my face.

"What happened that night?"Nick asked

"A lot Nick.I don't want to go back there."I said

"Hayden its ok to tell me."Nick said

"NO ITS NOT!"I yelled

My dad had died five months ago in a horrible car accident.And i had been there and nobody knew that though only Nick now.

Flash Back

I sat in the front seat of my dad's truck he had just picked me up from my best friends house.We were driving home and me dad didn't look to happy.But he hasn't seemed happy since my mom died six months ago.

"Dad you ok?"I asked

"I'm sorry Hayden."My dad said

"What are you talking about?"I asked

"I love you bud."My dad said

"Dad what is going on?"I asked

Then my dad swerved and i saw the headlights.I closed my eyes and tried to scream but i couldn't.

"DAD!"I yelled

Then i heard a loud crash as pain jolted through my body then it all went black.

I don't know how long i was out for but i knew it was awhile.I took off my seat belt and drug myself out of the ruble of the car.

"Dad."I said

I didn't get a response it was all quiet.

"DAD!"I screamed

And once again nothing not even breathing.I ran over to my dad's side of the car and i found him.And i instantly knew he was dead.I broke down sobbing i couldn't handle being there.I walked away from the site and walked down the road.I was amazed i was able to walk.

I got to my house and walked inside i went into my room and walked into the bathroom i turned on the water in the bathtub.

Then i climbed in fully clothed.

After that i looked myself over i had several cuts on my face and a few on my arms my legs were also cut up and my ankle hurt and was swollen and so was my wrist.I wrapped my ankle and my wrist then i cleaned up the cuts.Then i went to bed. I woke in the morning and heard knocking on the door i walked downstairs and opend the door.

"Hayden Grove?"A man asked

I nodded my head.

"I'm sorry to tell you but your father was in a car accident last night.And he didn't make it,."The man said

I just stood there.I started crying again.But i didn't say anything.When i was walking home alone after the wreck i had decided not to speak again because if i did i was afraid i would half to tell everybody that my dad planned the whole thing.

End Flash Back

I had told everything to Nick.

"Hayden you need to tell someone."Nick said

"No Nick i can't and you can't either you half to promise to take this to your grave Nick."I said

"Hayden-."Nick started to say but i cut him off.

"Promise Nick."I said

"Fine i promise."Nick said

I haven'tosted in awhile i know sorry!Well here the post is!

I ran all the way back to my aunt's house and i ran in the door.I ran up the stairs crying.

"Hayden whats wrong?"My aunt asked

"Nothing!"I yelled then i ran into my room

"Oh my word you can talk."My aunt said

Then she came running up the stairs after me.I was sitting on my bed when she walked in i got up and gave her a hug as i cried.

"Hayden you can talk."My aunt said

"Ya."I said

"How long have you been talking?"My aunt asked

"I just talked to Nick yesterday."I said

"Why did you ever stop talking?"My aunt asked

"The night my dad died i had been there and i didn't want to talk because i didn't want to tell people what really happend."I said

Then i walked away from my aunt and sat down on my bed.My dad had been my aunts brother.

"Hayden what happened that night?"My aunt asked

"He planned that.He wanted to do that."I said

"Oh my gosh."My aunt siad

"I'm sorry."I said

"Hayden you could have been killed that night."My aunt siad

"I know."I said

"Oh my gosh i love you honey."My aunt siad

Then she wrapped me in a hug and she wouldn't let go.

After my aunt and i hugged for awhile she walked away.And i left the house i had to go see Nick.

I got to Nick's house and knocked on the door.Joe answered it.

"Oh hey Hayden."Joe said

"Hey."I said

"You can talk."Joe said

"Really?"I asked

"I almost forgot how sarcastic you were."Joe said

"Ya i bet."I said

"Are you looking for Nick?"Joe asked

"Ya."I said

"You know one dat you will come here looking for me."Joe said

"You only wish."I said

"I do."Joe said with a laugh.

Then Joe walked away and i walked inside.

I stood in the doorway for about five minuets then Nick finally came slowly down the stairs.

"Hey."Nick siad

"Hi."I said

"I'm sorry."Nick siad

"Its ok my whole family knows i can talk."I said

"So whats going to happen?"Nick asked

"Well i kinda told my aunt what happened but not everything and she said when i was ready to tell her i could."I said

"Well you will always have me to talk to that is if you don't hate me."Nick said

"I could never hate you."I said

Then i walked over and gave him a hug.

"So are we good?"Nick asked

"Ya."I said

"Well then i have a question for you."Nick siad

"Ok what?"I asked

"Yesterday you said that i could make you do and say things you don't want to what do you mean?"Nick asked

Oh my gosh i wish i would have never said that to him.What do to?DO i tell him the truth that i like him or do i lie.

I thought to myself.

"Oh i just mean't since were such good friends you can get me to do anything."I said

"Oh well ok."Nick said
