I looked around my room unsteady. My sences became more alert, every single one
of them. I studied the fallen picture frame from my spot. I wasnt going to get any closer.
Yes I was scared. It could have been her...like in that movie, Ghost.
I shook my head blurring my thoughts away, she was resting...why would she be looking over
some 15 year old kid?
I walked over to the blue picture frame and picked it up. I smiled at it, Disney World.
I set the easter picture i was was holding on my night table next to the frame.
Sighing I sat on my bed.
'Dear God...watch after her' I said in my head
I felt someone come in my room I looked up and couldnt beleive my eyes.
"woah woah woah!" I climbed as far into my bed as i could "You're dead!"
I watched the figure walk closer to me, she was there so clearly.
Like I had dreamed last night, but in her favorite outfit: a baby blue vintage top
and black jeans. Her brown hair was in a high ponytail.
"You want me to be dead?" She giggled
I stared completely wide eyed at her my mouth wide open aswell.
This didnt make any sence I was awake and I was sure of it.
Goosebumbs rose on my skin.
"Im not awake am I?"I asked whispering
"Yes you are!" she shook her head
"Dude! no im not! Im sleeping! Wake up Joseph!" I slapped my face
She laughed and sat on my bed. I moved further away.
"I knew you would be scared." she looked down playing with her fingers
"You bet im scared!" I shot back
She gave me a sad smile "Joe...do you think you could handle this?"
"handel what?" I asked calming down
"Me...here, dead...but here..."
I tightened my jaw "So you agree with me...you're dead."
"yes Joe im dead. And last night you told me to take care of you and
your brothers. So here I am" She gave me a wide smile.
I studied her face. She wasnt kidding. I got closer to her a cautiously
moved my hand in her direction. I watched her sigh and close her eyes.
My fingers intended to touch her but they only went straight through.
"Im not real joe..." she smiled weakly
"Am I the only one?" I asked taking my hand back
"Excuse me?"
"That can see you... and hear you I mean..."
"oh" She smiled again "yes..sad huh. But I say we scare Kevin and Nick
they're too quiet. I wanna hear them scream!" she perked up
I raised an eyebrow at her "For an angel you're pretty mean."
