This is Gelline. I need friends on this site so ya. I'm new too.

[[Chapter One: Gelline's POV]]

"Hey, Gelline" a voice said. "Time to greet and meet our campers". I sighed walking over to the other councellors. I was volunteering here for the summer. At Camp Lakewood. It was a music camp. "Hey guys" I replied smiling at all the young adults. They were between the ages of thirteen to eighteen. "I'm Matthew, and I'll be one of your councellors for the summer" he said. I noticed girls whispering how cute he was and rolled my eyes. "We'll be putting you into four color groups" he continued. "Blue, Green, Yellow and Red". I nodded. "You stick with your color. Get to know them" I continued. "My name is Angeline. But I expect you to call me Gelline" I replied. The other four councellors introduced themselves.

"Okay! I'm going to read out the teams!" I shouted. "If you're blue, go over to Steph. If you're red, go over to Sarah" I said. "Max is incharge of green, and Jacob is in charge of yellow". I noticed a boy, about eighteen, look into my eyes. I looked directly at his. Eventually we got all 80 young adults into teams. "Me and Matt, are your head councellors" I began. "We're going to assign an assistant coach" Matthew said as four more people stepped foward. They all went to their color teams. "Now! We're going to leave the leaders do whatever they want with you" Matt said before leaving. I followed him.

[[Joe's POV]]

I had managed to be in the same color group as Nick. Blue. We got our matching t-shirts and bandanas from Sarah and Jason, the assistant coach. "What now?" Nick asked me. I didn't answer. Instead I still had my eyes fixed on Gelline. Her long chocolate brown hair and her dazzling brown eyes. "Joe?" he repeated. I snapped out of my daydream. "Sorry.. I was just..". Nick looked at her. "You love her don't you?" he asked smiling. I blushed. "W-What!? N-No! She's head council! I don't want to know what's gonna happen if I mess with her". After handing out all the t-shirts and bandanas, Jason told us the number one rule. No love relationships. He then said that there were basically no other rules. Jason and Sarah lead us to our cabins. We saw a large sign above us that said "Blue". "Go crazy guys. But remember. Guys sleep with guys, and girls sleep with girls" she warned. We all went crazy getting cabins. Me and Nick ran into one and found two boys already there. They looked fifteen and eighteen. "So.. we're cabinmates huh?" I asked them. They nodded silently.

"Nick. Take the bottom. I'll take top" I said. He nodded dumping all his stuff on the bed. I began putting my clothes in one of the drawers on our side. The oldest boy, got off his bed and walked outside. The younger one followed then stopped. "Hurry up" he said before following his brother. Me and Nick were left alone in our cabins. "Joe?" Nick asked. I nodded. "I don't like it here already" he replied. I nodded. "C'mon. Let's go" I said jogging outside. Nick followed me. We ended up being the last ones there. "Well. Took you guys long enough" Jason said. I noticed everyone in their shorts. Me and Nick were still in our jeans. "What's going on?" I asked. Sarah sighed. She had her black hair in a tight pony-tail. "We're taking a seven mile jog boys" she replied. "We gave everyone the choice of running in their jeans or shorts, and they picked shorts" Jason said.

I saw a few girls giggle. "Uh.. yeah.. whatever" I replied. I knew we missed the minute of stretches. I saw Gelline walk over and whisper something into Sarah's ear. She was in a pair of red short shorts and a blue tank top."I won't be doing the jog with you. But Gelline and Jason will" she said before running towards the councellors' office. Gelline looked up at Jason. She was pretty short. I'd say she was up to my chin. "You take back okay?" she asked him. He nodded. "Alright!" Gelline said. "I don't expect everyone to finish with me" she said. "If you need to slow down, then do so" she announced. She turned around and began to run. The boys and some girls were right behind her while some were at the back with Jason. "I'm going on ahead" I told Nick. He nodded as I began to sprint through the crowd until I was right beside Gelline. "How long have you benn volunteering here?" I asked. She looked at me. "One year" she replied. "You're a pretty serious runner in jeans" she said jokingly.

I nodded as she began to run a bit faster. I took that as a challenge as I kept at her speed. I looked back to see if anyone was behind us. They were pretty far back. "So. How old are you anyways?" she asked. I looked on ahead. "Eighteen. You?". She smiled at me. "Nineteen". I kept at her pace. "So. What's your name kid?' she asked. I smirked at her. "Joe". She ran faster to test what I would do. But I stayed right beside her. "Wow. I don't think you took the minute to stretch, and you're running in jeans. I would never do that" she commented. It was true. Me and Nick were crazy not to take the minute to stretch and wearing jeans. My legs were killing me. But I didn't wan Gelline to think I was a wimp. Now it was my turn. "Race you" I said before sprinting ahead. I was almost near the ocean when I saw a flash of blue run by me. "Hey!" I exclaimed sprinting faster. I was second to arrive at the ocean. "Looks like I won" she replied smiling at me.

I playfully pouted and laughed. I felt the hot sun beating down on my head as I stripped off my t-shirt. I then kicked off my shoes and took off my pants and ran into the water. "C'mon, the water's fine" I said looking at her. Her eyes widened. She had a horrified look on her face. But it soon disappeared as she kicked off her shoes and ran in. She let out her hair and I pulled her down. When we came back up we saw everyone looking at us. "Gelline? What are you doing?" Jason asked me. She got out tiing her hair back up in a pony-tail. "Oh.. uhh.. I was just uhh.. swimming with Joe. It's nothing" she said. Jason had a stern look on his face. "Gelline. I know you're still new to the councellor thing. But you've been here long enough to know about the rule" he said. She nodded as I got out. I saw Gelline talking with Jason. He looked pretty disappointed. "Dude" someone said coming up. "You took a BIG risk" he said. I was confused. "Huh?". He smiled at me. "You'll find out eventually.." he said slyly.
