Anyways, I'm going to post Chapter 2. I hope you guys would like this one. :) Comment if you do. I'd love to hear some insights. :D

Chapter 2

    So Kate walked through the exit after she claimed her luggage and saw her dad waiting for her by the sliding doors of the airport.

    Kate couldn’t help but smile, she’s missed her dad so much. After not seeing him for over a year. There he was in the flesh in his suit and his arms crossed just like the lawyer he was. Kate continued to push her cart till she got to where her dad was and ran to her and gave him a BIG hug.

    “DAD!” Kate exclaimed.

    “Kate!” Her father said responding back to her daughters hug.

    “Oh! I’ve missed you dad!” Kate said with tears streaming down her face.

    “I’ve missed you too sweetie.” Her father said.

    You see, Kate’s parents were divorced 2 years ago. Her dad left San Diego and went to work here in L.A. But he promised Kate that he’ll never leave her. So now that her father has a stable job here in L.A. He’s asked her to come and visit. And Kate having her dad as her favorite, agreed with much delight. They were practically two peas in a pod. Kate had her dad’s brown hair and long lashes.

    After their much awaited reuniting her dad helped her push her cart and they headed to her father’s car.

    Meanwhile

    Still inside the baggage area, the three boys took their bags and exited the airport. Joe who was still holding Kate’s keys couldn’t stop looking at it. They keys had a lot of key chains on it and one had a tiny frame which had Kate’s photo in. Joe couldn’t help but stare at the photo to see how beautiful that girl was.

    “BOYS!” Someone called out.

    Joe looked up to see that there was his mom and dad waiting for them. He put the keys in his pocket and continued to push the cart side by side with his brothers.

    They reached their parents and hugged them.

    “I’m so glad you guys are back!” their mom said.

    “Yeah, San Diego was fun. But we miss it here in L.A.” Kevin said while stretching his arms.

    “That’s good. Let’s go you guys, we still have a lot to do.” Their dad said.

    The boys nodded and continued to push their carts.

    “Joe, you okay?” Nick asked his brother.

    “Yeah, yeah I’m good.” Joe said reassuringly.

    “You seem pretty quiet. Isn’t that usually supposed to be me?” Nick said jokingly.

    “You’re right. Haha. I’m just a little tired that’s all.” Joe said.

    “Ah, okay if you say so bro.” Nick said.

    And wondering.. Joe added in his thoughts.

Chapter 3

    Kate opened the car door as they stopped infront of her father’s house here in Bel Air.

    She opened her black messenger back to see if her keys are there. It wasn’t. She checked again, but it wasn’t there.

    “Are you okay honey?” Kate’s father asked.

    “Yeah, I just can’t seem to find my keys.” Kate said with a sigh and suddenly remembered the boy she bumped awhile ago.

    “Joe.” Kate whispered to herself.
   
    Kate, knew who the Jonas Brothers were though she never was a huge fan of them or anything. She just likes their song When You Look Me In the Eyes. And they were so famous it was hard not to take notice of them.

    “What was that honey?” Her dad said as he was unloading her luggage from the trunk. Interrupting Kate’s thoughts.

    “Nothing, nothing.” Kate said. And helped her dad bring down her bags.

    They got in the house and Kate’s dad showed her, her room. They went in and Kate was immediately in awe. Her dad really made an effort for the room to feel like it was just hers and no one else.

    “So you’re cousin Bea’s coming here, make her feel at home okay?” Her dad said.

    “Of course dad. You know how much I love Bea.” Kate said who was still in awe with her room.

    “Thanks dear.” Her dad said and kissed her on the forehead.

    “I’ll leave you here to unpack.” Her dad added and left the room.

    She sighed and started to unzip one of her three black Prada suitcases.

    Meanwhile

    At the Jonas’ house, the family came home and the boys were tired. But they had to unpack, since their mom told them to.

    “Joe, you’ve been quiet since awhile ago. Are you okay?” Kevin asked.

    “Yeah, I am.” Joe said.

    “Doubt it. I think he’s thinking of something or someone.” Nick teased.

    “Oooooh. The girl.” Kevin said showing a smile.

    “Shut up.” Joe said to both of his brothers.

    “What was her name again?” Nick asked.

    “Kate.” Joe said, suddenly smiling.

    “This girl’s got you hooked.” Nick said.

    “Yeah, well it’s not like we’ll ever see each other again.” Joe said. Though I do have her keys.

    “You never know.” Kevin said in a sing-song tone.

    “Yeah.” Joe said. Who was still hopeful.
