hey guys!

i hope you dont think i forgot about you guys! here is the next chappy. the end of this one is really cute!

Chapter 18

I decided to give Kev some respect and not tick Tara off. “Are we just chilling’ today? I asked flipping through the channels on the TV. Kev nodded, seeing as Tara was too “endorsed” with her hormones to answer me. “Cool…” I said getting up. “Hey Joe? Can we do something fun today?” I wined running up the stairs. He walked out of the guest room shuffling through his wallet. “Where are we going?” I asked happy that we were doing something more than “chill”

“Batting cages” he said simply walking down the stairs.

“Joey, you know I can’t hit a ball to save my life!” I wined remembering the 10^th grade baseball game.

“Come on Cryssie, I’ll help you” he said, finishing the flight of stairs. I sighed and made my way into his car.

“You first” I called putting on my helmet and gloves.

“If you wish” he said taking a bat off the rack. He pressed the button on the side of the cage and stepped into it.

“Good luck babe” I called. I flinched as the first ball came flying at him. But he hit it, just like the rest of them.

“Your turn” he chimed handing me the bat.

“Joe, do I have to do this?” I wined again, looking at him. His helmet had made his hair damp, and it began to curl slightly. He sighed and put his helmet back on.

“Come on” he said taking my hand in his and leading me into the batting cage. I gabbed the bat. He came up behind me. “Get a good grip on the bat, so it doesn’t go flying when you swing” he said, tightening my hands on the metal bat.

“Now what?” I asked looking up at him. He pushed my head forward.

“Always keep your eye on the ball” he said. His hands still not off of my face. “Now you wait for the ball to come and swing as hard as you can when it comes” as he said this you could see the gears on the machine turn. His hands tightened around mine. The ball came hurtling towards us. I swung, but it was mostly Joe. The ball went flying. I giggled with delight. A few more balls were hit when a somewhat tall looking guy came over to our cage.

“Only one person at a time” he said looking into my eyes. I cold have sworn he flashed me a flirtatious smile, but I decided to ignore it. “If you want I can give you some lessons” he said in a smooth hypnotic voice.

“Nah, im good, thanks… Michael” I said looking at his nametag. “Where to now?” I asked leaning on Joe’s arm, once Michael walked away. Joe didn’t say anything. He just stood there, didn’t even blink. “Joe don’t worry, he’s not my type” I said giving his arm a little squeeze.

“Sorry, was just…thinking about something.” He said before wrapping his arm around my waist and walking back to the car.

“Where are we going?” I asked as we drove by unfamiliar territory.

“Somewhere.” He responded, I trace of a smile on his lips. He parked along the side of the road.

“Wow, you brought me to…the highway?” I asked sarcastically.

“No, just wait” he said. He tied a bandana around my eyes so I could see. No one had ever done this to me, and let me tell you, I didn’t like it. Im the kind of person that liked to be in charge of her life. He unbuckled me and lifted me out of the car. I stumbled as I walked on the rocky ground; I had never set foot on. He stood me still but held both my hands so I couldn’t untie the scarf. “Okay, open” he whispered in my ear as his lips brushed my neck. My eyes opened up to reveal a small lake. In the middle stood a somewhat of an island.

“Aw joe its beautify” I sighed. His lips still silently nuzzled my neck, his hands wandering up and down my back and arms.

“Im glad you like it” he mumbled pulling away. “This is where I went when I realized I loved you” he whispered.

“Really? And when was that?” I asked leaning back on him.

“About the 2^nd week of 8^th grade” he said. Even though I couldn’t see his face, I could tell he was smiling.

awww that is so sweet. ugh i loved it so much and now i have a big grin on my face from reading it. haha.

i absolutely love this story and i can't wait to read more Sammy.

Aw thats so sweet Tara! thank you!

Unfortunately i wont be able to post today. but there should be a new chappy up on friday, if i still dont have any plans. im sorry that i only posted one chapter on friday. my friend kelsey came over, then i slept over her house, then i spent the day there, and then she slept over my house, and we spent monday together. i had a busy weekend, but this weekend should be less hectic. so expect a few chapters up. i feel the need to write you girls a long comment because i havent talked to any of you in so long. oh yea Tara, i hope you feel better!

so anyway that is the deal on my life, so keep the story bumpped and i will grace you with another chappy friday.

oh yea, as some of you may know, kelsey (friend) becky(my twin) and i are in a band called KBS. (hence the first letters of our names) so anyway, we submitted some of our lyrics to radio disney and we might get to be on the incubator. for those of you who dont know what that is, it is a place where undescovered artists go to become known througout the usa. so that will be mega-cool. all they have to do is write back to me. so wish us luck!
