Hello Everyone. I had this idea awhile ago and we are now just gettting to it. This is a joint between Nat,Brandi and Myself.So i hope everyone likes it and comments.Cuz comments keep smiles on our faces and chapters for you all to read.Sorry the first bit is so long,I just couldnt end it in the right place.
Chapter 1: Unknown Audition
"Take my hand tonight". I sung into my hairbrush dancing around my room to the Jonas Brothers.
"We can run so far". Malou sung right back into her own hairbrush.
"We can change the world to anything we want". I sang the best I could.
While we were singing, neither of us knew that my younger sister was videotaping us to send the tape as an audition to a Summer music camp.
She's always told us we had great voices, and we never believed her. I guess this was her way of saying," I know you dont believe me,but i know its the truth,and someone else will know the truth too".
Everyday Malou would come over and we would listen to my Jonas Brother's cd and dance around.Who knew she would be over the day we got the greatest phone call ever.
"Hello". I answered.
"Hello, can I speak to Kaydence McMorrow please?". The man asked.
"This is her,can i help you".I asked.
"We have received a videotape here of you and another girl who have some amazing talent.And I am giving you two a chance to get even better at Camp Jam. Are you Interested?".He said.
"Well im not sure how you got a tape of us,but we would love to go to Camp Jam". I told him.
"Great, I will fax your parents all the info and they'll decide from there. Goodbye". He said.
"Goodbye and thanks alot". I said and hung up.
I looked over at Malou and smiled."Guess who might get the chance to go to Camp Jam this summer?". I asked her.
She looked around the room before looking back at me and pointing back and forth between us.
"Yup!". I said with a laugh.
"Awesome". She said doing her funny little jump she does when shes excited.
Later that day my parents called us into the Living room which they normally do when they want to discuss something.
"Kaydence,Malou have a seat".my mother said taking a seat across from us.
"I received a fax about some Camp Jam, and it said to talk to you about it".She told me.
"Well this guy called this morning and said someone sent in a videotape of Malou and myself singing and dancing, and he said we had amazing talent and was wondering If we wanted to get better at Camp Jam". I told her.
"Is this something you really want to do,cuz if not this would save some money". She said.
"I really wanna do this, It would be good for me to get out and make some new friends and learn". I said smiling.
My mother looked at my father and he nodded with a small smile.
"Alright, you can go,but if you dont like it I want you to call home and tell us and we'll come and get you right away". She said in a serious tone.
"mom I doubt I'll want to come home, It sounds like fun". I replied.
"Alright. Malou, I talked to your parents about this and they agreed to let you go too". My mom smiled.
I looked at Malou and we both jumped up squealing and hugged eachother and then ran up the stairs. I yelled back." Thank you mom". before shutting my door.
