losing it all never felt so good [LAST CHAPTER EVER UP!!! COME READ NOW!]
Modified By Sage on 7/12/2008 6:55:45 PM)

Ok guys! i'm going to attempt to write a fanfiction lol! i already have chapters 1-4 written....but....I WANT READERS! lol so go tell people to read! ok here we go....

Chapter 1

From behind the trunk of an oak tree, the street appeared to be completely empty, but she knew better. Staying behind her shield for a few more minutes, Erin was finally content that there was no one around. She slipped out from behind her tree and started on the journey down her block.

It was a cold foggy night as Erin walked down the slick icy pavement on her way to the place she dared called home. The street had a terrifying set up to it. A slight fog hovered over the area, and with only one streetlight flickering in the background, the moon was her only source of light. A twig broke causing Erin to jump, she inspected the area around her for any signs of movement. When fully satisfied that there was no one following her she continued walking, slightly quickening her pace.  She tightened her grip on her jacket, wrapping it closer to her body, and burying her head in it. She let out a large sigh, trying to calm her nerves, and watched her breath that was clearly visible in the nippy New Jersey airs disappear. Erin finally reached her home, but made sure to stay a safe distance; her dad’s car wasn’t in the drive way which meant he was probably out partying and getting drunk with his “friends”. Almost smiling, and currently relieved, she thanked God that he wasn’t here. Erin knew perfectly well what would happen if she came home after her dad had gotten back from a late night of partying. She rolled up her sleeves, despite the cold, and looked down at the bruises and cuts from only a few days ago. She sighed again, another huge puff of air escaping through her lips, ducked and ran behind the bushes that ran across the walls of her three story crème colored mansion.  Once again peering over her shoulder she began to sneak along the wall, praying that her horrible balance wouldn’t cause her to trip. When she reached the back of her house she checked around for a place to run to, but at the same time not is seen. Erin had to be cautious, even in a nice neighborhood like hers. Things might have looked good on the outside, but Erin knew the secrets about everyone behind the walls of her gated community, and none of them were good. Running from behind her safe haven of a bush to her back porch Erin silently open the porch door , praying no one had seen her, but even in those three seconds of her not being hidden, all hell could break lose… and it did.

Erin watched in horror as a light in the house flickered on. She gasped, panicking. How is that even possible, his car wasn’t even in the drive way!   Erin squeezed her eyes shut trying to, hopefully, come up with a plan that would get her out of this situation. Looking up, she searched the outside of her house for any movement. She looked up to the room that was lit, gulping a scream when she saw the silhouette of her father staring down at her. Erin grabbed her throat as her heart beat quickened, and sweat began to form on her forehead.  She looked back up to the window…he wasn’t there. Oh gosh, oh gosh, where’d he go? Trying to possibly make a run for it, Erin turned around and started towards the back yard.  She felt a hand on her shoulder and hot breath against her neck, her whole body freezing as the grip on her shoulder tightened. A soft whimper escaped her lips; she knew what was coming next. Before she knew what was happening, her body was forcefully slammed against a rugged surface.  She groaned, feeling the sticky liquid start to gush out of the back or her head. Erin tried to look around for a place to escape, but her vision was impaired by her dad’s bulky body.

“Please dad, please…..” cowering under the gaze of his piercing eyes, She pleaded with her father not to do more.

“Where were you?” Even though the words were slurred, his voice still terrified Erin . She twitched trying to think of a good lie to cover. “ ERIN ! I asked you a question!”

Erin twitched as her dad barked at her, scraping her brain for an excuse.

“I….I…was out….with friends…” In instinct, she threw up her hand to cover her face from the next blow. She screamed when she heard the bone in her left arm produce a large SNAP. Tears sprung to her eyes, threatening to fall, but she chocked them back…she couldn’t show weakness.

“WHAT FRIENDS?” Picking her up by the collar of her navy blue Ralph Lauren polo, he brought her close to her face “it weren’t those Jonas boys….right!”

Erin tried to avoid his eyes, trying to think of –yet again- another lie to tell her father. Nothing came to mind. She heard her father scoff before he started to violently drag her into the house.

“You’re a worthless piece of crap… I have no Idea why we didn’t give you away when we had the chance” Her dad slapped her across the face before flinging her on the tile floor. Erin looked at her father, giving him an icy stare. “I hate you” The second the words escaped her mouth, she knew it was a mistake

In a matter of seconds Erin found herself smashed up against the kitchen wall, her father’s body barricading her from escaping his grasp.

            “WAIT….I’m Sorry… I didn’t mean it!” she whimpered “please don’t hurt me”

But Mr. Sharpe didn’t listen; he clenched his jaw as he slammed his fist into her gut, watching as she fell to the floor in pain. Erin tried to protect her stomach, but his foot beat her to it. A loud scream echoed through the house, as she felt all the wind leave her body. Mr. Sharpe stepped back to watch his daughter twitch in pain, enjoying every second of it. Erin struggled to get up, as one arm supported all her wait while the other was grasping her stomach. Hyperventilating, she gasped for air, while horrible thoughts about her father ran through her mind.

Another scream erupted from her throat as she felt a glass vase collide with her back, knocking her to the floor, the numerous shards of glass penetrating through her skin. “Dad, please….please stop.” A few more blows to the head and she knew she was done for.

Erin felt her face being smashed into the cold tile and shards of glass, one last time, and then all was quiet. Afraid to even move an inch, she laid there for what seemed like an hour, before slowly getting up. Ignoring the pain in her eyes, arm, and back, Erin climbed the wooden stairs, and entered into her master bedroom. She grabbed her Side-Kick 3 before collapsing into her closet, using up the last of her strength she texted three people, she knew would help, two simple words…. Help me

 And then all went black………….

Re: losing it all never felt so good (new fanfiction) CHAPTER 2 UP!

wow..... you guys are amazing! lol oh and dont worry erin i be sure to read chapter two! NOW! STORY TIME

Chapter 2: Superman

Joseph Adam Jonas sped down the neighborhood street, going 95 in a 15mph region. After receiving the text from Erin only minutes ago, Joe, Nick, and Kevin, had grabbed the nearest heavy object they could find- Nick and Kevin grabbing bats and Joe grabbing a gun from his fathers’ closet- and bolted out the door.  Now Kevin and Nick were in the back seat, holding onto the closest thing for dear life, being jostled around on every sharp, slick, or deathly turn and move Joe made with the car.

“Joe slow down, you’re going to hurt someone!” Kevin grabbed onto Nick as Joe made another daring turn around a corner, running through a red light and a stop sign.

“I can’t freaking slow down Kevin, Erin is in trouble.” Joe yelled, glaring at his brother through the rear view mirror

The tires on the Explorer screeched to a dead stop at the corner of Turnstone and Cherry Street , otherwise known as the street Erin lived on. Kevin and nick flung forward in there seats because of the unexpected and sudden stop.

Nick glared at his brother “Why are we parking so far away from her house?”

Joe just put the car in park, grabbed his weapon and excited out of the vehicle; ignoring nicks question completely

“Come on we’ve to go get Erin” Kevin opened the door, grabbing his bat on the way out, joining Joe on the sprint towards Erin ’s home.

When they finally reached the house all three of them, unknowingly, took the same path Erin had to get into her home. When they reached the screen door Joe turned to look at his brothers, a serious expression on his face.

“Ok…’ He stopped for a second trying to think of the plan he had been coming up with the whole car ride. ‘Nick, when we get in the house I want you to keep watch while me and Kevin go and search for Erin ”

“WHAT!’ Nick whisper-yelled ‘Problem, I’m NOT staying by myself in there, what if I see him?”

Joe groaned almost too loudly “Then whack him over the head with the bat- that’s why you have a weapon in the first place!”

Nick just sighed and nodded his head. Joe checked one last time that they were all ready and headed into the house. Joe crouched next to the sliding glass door, his brother’s right behind him, and leaned his ear against the door. He heard a crash and then a girl scream, ERIN!  Making sure not to make any noise, he slid open the sliding glass door and headed into the house, Nick and Kevin following him. Another scream erupted through the house causing Nick to twitch and Kevin to cover his own ears. Joe, the whole time was having a gruesome mental image running through his head, and feeling the blood rushing through his veins, his grip on the gun tightened.

The house grew completely silent and Joe’s heart beat began to quicken. A loud thud came from the up stairs followed by footsteps.

“Shoot, he’s coming… quick hide” Joe turned and warned his brothers. The three brothers fled from their hiding spot and to a safer one. Joe looked around from his spot to check on where his brothers had gone to. Nick was hiding underneath the kitchen table behind the bar, and Kevin was hidden from site behind a giant couch. Joe himself had hidden inside the trash can, surprising himself he could actually fit in it!

All three boys felt there heart completely stop when they saw Mr. Sharpe walk down the stairs and stop directly in front of the kitchen table. Joe began to panic No! Nick…. Please not nick. Kevin was obviously thinking the same thing and took it upon himself to get Mr. Sharpe’s attention away from the kitchen table. Joe and Nick both silently gasped when they saw Kevin pick up a book from behind the couch and chuck it at Mr. Sharpe. The book hit him directly in the spine, causing Erin ’s dad to cry out in pain and stomp over to couch. He was about to check behind the couch when he heard someone clear there throat.

“Hey Mr. Sharpe!” Joe called stepping out of his hiding spot.

“What the heck!” Mr. Sharpe looked at Joseph and froze seeing the pistol, loaded, and pointed at his head in Joe’s hand.

“HEADS UP!” a loud clunk was heard before Mr. Sharpe collapsed, revealing a pissed off- looking Nick, holding a wooden bat at arms length.

“Nice shot…” Joe patted his brothers back before heading up the stairs. Kevin jumped out from behind the couch, and Nick and Kevin followed Joe.

Joe came to a dead stop while he took in the sight before his eyes. Blood splatter covered the once crème walls and wood floor, shards of glass lay along the floor, and a heavy smell of alcohol lingered in the air like a thick musty fog.

A small cry was heard, coming from behind the door at the end of the lengthy, caliginous hall way.

“ Erin !” Joe sprinted down the hall way and into the room, his brothers following close behind.

“ Erin ? Erin ?” The boys searched around the room for her, but couldn’t find anything.

“JOE! I’m in the closet! Joe? Please help me!” Erin began banging frantically on the closet door.

Her voice was muffled, but still loud enough for the three to here. Joe and Kevin rushed over to the closet, trying to get the door open for Erin .

“Ugh! Crap! The doors locked!” Joe giggled the knob again, hoping it might pop open. He looked around the room for something to open the door, and then remembered the gun in his hand. “ Erin get back from the door, ok!”

Erin scooted as far back as the closet would allow her, felling all the strength drain from her body. “Ok” she whispered. A loud gun shot was heard and Erin screamed, and scooted farther back into the corner. A few more shots and the door knob fell off. Joe swung the door open, and falling down on his knees, gathered Erin in his arms. Erin flung her arms around his neck and began to ball. Joe stroked her hair as he examined her over. Her hair was matted with blood and her clothes were torn and covered with blood. A huge gash ran along her face, starting on her cheek and ending at her hairline. Also the back of her shirt had a huge tear going down the center and Joe could see the large cut running down her spine.

He gathered her up in his arms, wedding style, making sure to not touch her wound. And as three boys headed out of the house and down the street, Erin snuggled into Joe’s arms and let the tears flow, knowing that she was finally safe in the arms of her superman
