Here you go Alana! Sorry if it's not that good, I know it's not as long as the others, but I think it's kinda cute......
Burning Up
Alana walked out of her community college class in New Jersey, definitely NOT in a good mood. Much do her disgrace, it was raining. She raced to her car, trying to her hardest not to slip. Alana was about 5’5 and slim. She has brown wavy with fringe that has blonde in it. She ran smack into the body structure of someone much taller then her as she made her way to her car. “I’m really sorry; I wasn’t watching where I was going.” Alana looked up into hazel eyes and curly hair. “Its fine, me neither. I was just trying to get to my car.” Alana replied. He looked at her. “I’m Kevin.” He said. “Alana.” She replied. Alana glanced at her watch. “Sorry Kevin, but I really have to be getting home before my mom freaks.” Alana started to walk away, when suddenly she feels a strong hand on her wrist. “Will I ever see you again?” He asked. “I get out here everyday at 4:30. If you stay outside, you will.” Alana waved goodbye and got in her car, driving off in the rain.
The next day, Kevin showed up. And the next. And the next. AND the next. And every day after that. Kevin was stealing Alana’s heart more and more everyday. “So, Alana, I know this news sucks, but…..” Kevin started sheepishly one afternoon after Alana’s cl*CENSORED*. “What is it?!” Alana asked anxiously, wondering why he sounded so sad. “I kinda have to go on tour for two years.” Kevin finished his statement. “WHAT?!” Alana exclaimed, receiving several stares from many people in the parking lot. “It’s true. But I promise Alana, I will write to you, and call you everyday.” Kevin promised. Alana shook her head. “You don’t have to. You just have to promise not to come back with another girl all over you.” Alana said, not meeting his eyes. Kevin put his hands on her shoulders. “Never.”
Kevin DID write, and he DID call. Every week. One day, Alana got a letter in the mail.
Dear Alana, it said, We are coming back to NJ for one of our shows. I want you to come. Enclosed with this letter is a ticket and a backstage pass. We kinda have a little surprise for you, but you’re going to have to wait and see what it is when you get there. Haha. Well, anyway, can’t wait to see you again! Love you.
Your’s Forever,
Kevin.
Alana smiled and looked at the date on the ticket. May 20th. Two days.
One May 20th, Alana drive to the arena, taking her front row seat. The show started soon after she got there. “This song is Burning Up. I’d like to dedicate it to my best friend, Alana. Where are you Alana?!” Kevin said into the microphone. Alana stood up. “Here!” Kevin looked at her, his grin ear to ear. “This is for you. I love you.” Alana smiled at him and sat back down.
Soon, she was right back on her feet, screaming along with the crowd. “I’m burning up, burning up, for you baby.” Kevin looked at her and winked. She smiled and blew a kiss at him. Afterwards, she went to the meet and greet. She groaned as it started raining, just as it had the day she met Kevin. “Alana!” Alana turned to look at a soaked Kevin. “Kevin!” Kevin ran to her and wrapped his arms around her slim, soaked body. He hugged her tight, then pressed his lips against hers.
Alana was now thankful for that rainy day in New Jersey.
