What up dudes? lol This is an official HACK joint. Just so you don't get confused . . . I (Alex) will be writing in the main character's POV - Fiona. So, here is the Prologue. Just to start us off, ok?
Prologue
I looked out the window of the car. Everything here seems so manufactured. Nothing is pure. Nothing is real; just cold and plain. Who wants this? Life should be exciting! Life should be free! Instead, I am stuck in this little car with my mother. Why are we traveling to the worst place on earth (a.k.a. Los Angeles), you ask? Well, because my mother's friend invited us for a visit, but I know the real reason. My mom is actually considering moving here! Doesn't she care that I have friends, and school, and this really hot guy that I've had my eye on? You'd think that since I'm 16 years old, I could make my own decisions in life but, noooooooooooo! "I'm still a kid", she says. "I still need her guidance", she says. Well, guess what! This trip will be one that she never forgets. Oh, and to top it all off, this friend of hers . . . has 4 sons! 4 flippin' boys! And who has to share a bathroom with them for a week? Me! They claim to be in a "band". Yea, I'm sure their the next Beatles. Please, one of them probably plays the tambourine or something stupid like that, and I bet all their songs are about "loving a girl" One of them is 15! He probably doesn't even know what love is yet! My mom said that he was so brave, and so sweet. Brave? Sweet? Ok, someone must be ugly. haha The other one is funny? Like in the car crash kind of way? And "Kevin is such a gentleman", I heard her gush. News flash dude, chivalry is dead!
