Silently Admitting I Love You^
Introduction;
There was only a few weeks left until school would start again. A few weeks until my summer was done. That wasn't the best feeling in the world. There were two weeks to be exact. That wasn't enough for me. I decided to make these next two weeks last, so I hauled my suitcase down the steps, ready for my new adventure. Outside, my friends were waiting patiently in a car. My best friend, Samantha (whom we call Skittles) was in the drivers seat of her Porsche. In the backseat was another friend of mine, Ariel. She was always so distant. I feel like she hasn't been truthful about plenty much everything.
She was pretty cool, though, just a little off. She introduced us to her cousin, Loes, and she was friendlier. She's just odder than Ariel when it came to certain things. She and Ariel would randomly have their own conversation about three carnations and a rose and dandelion. I think they're trying to speak in code, like they're hiding something, yet it seems so convincing. I just want to know what they have to hide. There are things they would never tell Skittles and I, like their last names for example. Even their hometown. I've met Ariel's parents and siblings. When I asked Loes where she lived, she told me she travels, yet I've seen her everyday this summer.
Something's strange about those two girls, and quite frankly, I'm not going to ask what's up. Maybe it'll freak me out too much.
