A/N: Hey this is another fic from me. Hope you guys will like this one. Is disclaimer, needed? The title is subjected to change because it's lame. But if someone can make up a good title for this one you'll be given credit and a part if you like. I won't promise to update this every day but I'll try anyway.
“Allysa! Wake up now!” My dad, shouted. Nice timing Dad! I was about to kiss Shia LaBeouf.
“Okay, Dad. Just one more minute” grunting, I sat up and went back to bed, covering my ears with my pillows, wishing my dream not to have a bad ending.
Then I heard footsteps walking towards my room and felt something cold on my face. I opened my eyes and saw my Dad holding a water gun.
“Daaad!” I covered and wiped my face in annoyance “Did your teacher teach you the meaning of privacy?”
“Apparently, she did, but do you still think I would care at this hour of the day? Now, get up and go to school” he pulled the comforter out of my face and dragged my feet until it reached the ground.
“Please, I did nothing wrong to deserve a father like this” I pleaded.
“Oh good that you know what my prayer is like every night.” He said as he headed out of my room.
I rolled my eyes and forced my sleepy mind to freshen up with cold shower. Afterwards, I pulled on a jean and the usual clothes I wear in going to school- don’t get me wrong. I do like dressing up but not on the last day of school. Like people there would care. Hello?! You know, every student in my school’s excited for summer- including me by the way- getting noticed on the last day of school is like competing against the hot coming of summer. Nope, definitely not a fair game- for me at least.
“Bye Dad” I kissed him on the cheek, took a sip at my orange juice, grabbed a slice of bread and went out of the house.
I went to school like I usually do- walk. My mind wasn’t really occupied with a lot of summer-related stuffs because I know that I have nothing to do this summer. Maybe I could go and sleepover at my friends houses and stuff that I do on daily basis.
After the last period of class everybody was shrieking and jumping excitedly except me.
“So what are you going to do this summer?” Ellie, who took all of her things from her locker, asked me.
“I don’t know. What are you up to?” I shrugged.
“I don’t know either. Maybe I could ask my mom if she planned something for me this summer” she sighed.
“Lucky you” I took all of my things and placed it in my backpack. Good thing I brought half of my things yesterday so that I don’t have to carry much weight today.
“Come on. Lighten up. I’m sure your summer will be fun and if you’ll be bored I’ll come by at your house all the time. I promise” she smiled at me and gave me a hug.
“Thanks. Anyway, I’m lucky to have a friend like you” I spoke as I returned the hug.
“Awww. I’d be luckier if you’ll help me carry some of my things. Pleaseee?” she begged.
“Fine” I took half of her things and carried it.

“So how’s school?” my dad asked as I arrived. He was holding his professional-looking camera again. By the way, he works as a photographer. He really likes photography; so that’s why he is what he is now, a photographer who uses photography to make a living. Not only photography but he also writes an article in New York Times.
“School was school but with earlier dismissal” I hugged my dad and proceeded to my room. I changed my clothes and thought of spending the entire time left before dinner on the phone with Ellie.
"Hey Elle! Remember Sophie's dad?" I asked.
"Yea. Who works as a paparazzo? Why?"
"I don't know. His job is fun isn't it?"
"And everything candid he captures turns to gold" she said, still in disbelief.
"What does it feels like to be one?"
"I don't know-wait! Are you thinking of-"
I cut her off, "No! Of course not, I guess." I shook my head in a fast manner. "Hey wanna come with me to my Dad's studio?"
"That sounds cool"
"So call you tomorrow? Before lunch?" I decided to end the conversation since it's almost dinner and my stomach's already grumbling.
"kay. Bye"

“Dad can Ellie and I come over to the studio tomorrow?” I asked while eating my dinner.
He nodded, paused, then asked, "Why?"
"Because, I thought of spending the first day of summer shopping. Don't worry I saved my allowance for two months. And besides, I have nothing to do in here"
After I finished my dinner, I charged to the kitchen to wash the used dishes and went to my room, deciding to take an early sleep.
Do you like it, so far?
