Chapter One:

Coronwen sighed as she unpacked, she looked around the small appartment and a sad feeling came over her. She wished she was back in her old house. Coronwen Daniels was 16 years old and a sophmore in high school she had brown hair and eyes. There was a soft knocking on the door and her mother Jamet Maple walked in and smiled at her. Mrs. Maple was a kind woman with a face that was old and worn her hair was gray and she had beautiful saphire eyes. If you want the truth Mrs. Maple wasn't Coronwen's real mother she was her foster mother. She walked over to her daughter and smiled.

"I think You'll like it here in Wyckoff. A lot of nice people live here and I'm sure you'll make a lot of friends." Coronwen just looked out her window and sighed, she wished that tomorrow wouldn't come, for tomorrow she started her first day of school.

The next day Coronwen stood outside of her new school she sighed again as she looked at all of the groups of friends laughing and talking, it was then that she made a promise to herself that she wouldn't get close to anyone for she knew that she would be leaving soon anyway.

"Kevin. Look I think I spot a newbie." Joe Jonas whispered to his brother who looked up from his gituiar. Nick Jonas Kevin and Joe's younger brother looked up from his notebook and smiled.

"I think I'll go talk to her!" and with that he hopped off the steps and made his way over to her. Coronwen was pushing through the crowd when a Nick's loud voice made her jump.

"HIYA!"

"Back off I have pepper spray!" she yelled as she turned around and Nick instently put his hands up.

"I didn't mean it like that miss just trying to be friendly!" he said quickly. Coronwen sighed as she saw the curly haired boy in front of her.

"Sorry you just scaired me." she said softly and Nick smiled.

"I'm Nick Jonas and you?"

"Coronwen Daniels." before she could say anything else Nick grabbed her arm and led her over to Joe and Kevin.

"Guys this is my new friend Coronwen, Coronwen these are my brothers Joe and Kevin!" Kevin looked up and for the first time their eyes met.
