Yep! You read that right! I have a new fic. It's a.....erm, different plotline. But I hope everyone enjoys is. :D

Prologue

    Kevin Jonas set his briefcase down on the desk at the front of the room. Looking out in front of him, there were nearly thirty desks sitting unoccupied. It was nearly seven in the morning. School would start in just over an hour. It was his first year teaching. He had gotten started a little late, beginning to work for his degree at the age of twenty. Up until that point, he had been a musician with his brother. However, as the fame faded, Kevin discovered his second love. For the first time, he was there….And he was scared out of his mind. He had been in high school once upon a time. He knew the delight that these teenagers took in torturing teachers, especially the new ones. Saying a quick prayer, he readied himself for the day.
    He would be teaching four cl*CENSORED*. They were all sophomore and juniors: One American Literature, Two British Literature, and one AP Literature. He had his own homeroom. Sitting down in his chair, he propped his feet up on the desk. The chair squeaked with a high squeal, and Kevin cringed. For the first time in years, Kevin was wearing his gl*CENSORED* regularly as opposed to contacts. The black frames felt heavy on the bridge of his nose. He was here, and there was no turning back now. Walking past the threshold of that doorway had been the past the point of no return.
    Kevin looked at his schedule again. He had homeroom, then a class second period, third period, planning time, lunch, two more cl*CENSORED*, and then another planning period. It would be a full day and a longer year, at that.
