Run Baby Run
Going around the world on tour with her best guy friend was something she was super excited about untill many people thought they were dating, which they weren't. She contemplated not going but why? What did she have to lose? Her dad beat her this was her final break and he certainly didn't like Joe.
"Joe!" she after she threw a stone at his window, the light turned on and he looked down finding her standing there in tears, mascara running, and a bloody lip and a small bruise forming.
"Emily are you okay? Wait don't move!" he whisper shouted, she stood in place she watched his lights turn off, she got shivers and the front door open. There he was coming toward her with a blanket, he wrapped it around and brought her inside.
"Just think tomorrow we will blow this pop sickle stand." he said bringing her in his room, she laid in his bed with his arms over her. She awoke to some gently shaking her, it was Joe.
"Yeah?" she said yawning.
"Its time to leave. Are you ready Emily?" he asked, she nodded headed downstairs and she decided it was only she said goodbye to her parents she headed that way and was greated by her mom and dad.
"Have a great time honey!" her mom exclaimed while her dad sat there with his arms crossed. She looked over in the distance and noticed joe watching intently, her dad hugged.
"Don't you think we won't forget your little escapades with Joe when you get back your grounded and then some" he whispered harshly she could feel the coolness of his breathe, it sent a haunting shiver up her spine.
"Goodbye!" her mom hugged her one last time and off they were on tour. A doctor on board treated her previous bloody lip and Mrs. Jonas made her favorite meal. She finally felt free for the first time in her life no regrets at least not now.
Joe and Emily grew close over the time of the tour, he even brought her on stage and then one day she got a call.
"I coming to get you." the voice on the other line said.
"Dad please no!" she screamed into the phone, Joe heard this and came running to her rescue wrapping her in his arms. She hung up the phone violently crying.
"Lets leave this place forever, your living with us now." Joe whispered in her ear calming every fear and drying her tears.
"How?" she asked.
"We're moving to California don't worry." he said, she looked deep into his eyes rested her head in his chest, he kissed the top of her head, she looked up and gave a quick kiss on the lips. He couldn't resist put to kiss her back realizing this was the way it should be and there was no turning back.
