Chapter One.
"One of Hayley's songs?" Kevin asked.
"What?" Nick paused the song he was about to turn anyway.
"One of Hayley's songs?" Kevin repeated.
"How'd you know?" Nick looked down at the iPod's LCD screen, frowned at the sight at something that he once smiled at the sight of before, someone he once loved.
"Brotherly instincts." Kevin stated.
"Dude. It's not healthy to be this hung up on somebody." Joe pointed out.
"I know..." Nick took his JVC earbuds out of his ears.
"We're getting a new tourmate you know...maybe they'll cheer you up a bit." Kevin said.
"We are?" Nick was intrigued.
"Mmmhmmm. A girl duo, with the name...," Kevin picked up a sheet of papter that had laid on a side table. ", Last Stand."
"Intresting name...never heard of them."Joe said.
"Very. Does it mention anything else about them?" Nick asked.
"Nope. But we meet them tomorrow." Kevin looked at his brothers.
"This will be interesting." Joe concluded.
"On another note. How about some wiffle ball?" Nick asked, competition always took Nick's mind off of things no matter how heartbroken or cheerful he may have been that day.
"Nah. Spencer is waiting for me to call..." Kevin said.
"And I'm enjoying the single life...." Joe said.
[A little bit later;With Last Stand]
"Excited for tomorrow?" Kayleigh asked.
"No." Scout replied, she had been so bitter about the whole opening act thing.
"Awh. Why not?" Kayleigh quizzed her bandmate otherwise known as her best friend.
"Eh. I don't know really..." Scout said.
"Still hung up on Tommy?" Kayleigh asked, he had been the main reason for some of Last Stand's more depressing songs along with a few breakup songs.
"Nahh.He's old news." Scout said.
"Are you sure?" Kayleigh asked.
"YES!" Scout laughed.

As late night quickly came both Last Stand and Jonas Brothers tried to fall into a slumber that would bring them closer to the moment the two bands will meet.

Don't ask where Last Stand came from...I honestly do not know..I think it came from part of the movie I was watching.
