Chapter 1
Nick sat on the porch, he couldn’t believe that he was alone. Ever since she fleft him he hadn’t been the same. He didn’t know what to do, everyday when he had to smile and pretend to be happy causehim more pain than it was worth. He stared out at the sun setting over LA and a tear fell down his cheek. He wiped it and walked inside to find his brothers sitting around in the living room watching tv.
“hey fro bro!what’s shakin?” Joe asked as Nick came in and sat down. “nothing” Nick mumbled and rested his head on the back of the couch and closed his eyes. But immediately opened them when her face appeared like a ghost in his mind. Kevin looked over and noticed that his brother was being bothered by somethng. “Wanna talk?” he aske when Joe got up because as he put it he had to “use the potty room” “not right now…” Nick responded rubbing his temples “Okay bro, but just know that I’m here when you’re ready” Kevin smiled and went back to watching E! News.

Chapter 2 Kaydence's POV Spencer spent the whole afternoon trying to get Kaydence's mind off her recent breakup. "Kay, you okay?". Spencer asked her friend. "I thought he loved me. I thought he wanted to be with me". I started to cry, looking up at her. "Aww hun, you didnt know he was going to do that". Spencer said wrapping me in a hug. "But I should of saw it coming, all those times he would say he was busy". I said. "He's just a jerk, he'll be begging for you back sooner or later". Spencer told me stroking my hair. "Ya I know". I agreed putting my head on the back of the couch and sighed. "Hey I have an idea". She said after a minute. "I know this guy who just recently broke up with his girlfriend, how about a double date?". "I dont know". I told her. The last time she set me up with someone, it ended up in heartbreak. "Please.....". She pleaded with her puppy dog eyes. "I guess It wouldn't hurt to go on a date,but I want you to know. I am not going into a relationship right away". I told her. "That's all I ask". She said giving me another hug.We decided to snuggle down and watch a movie. "Kay, I'll be right back, I just need to make a call". Spencer said getting up and leaving the room.
Chapter 2
Kaydence's POV
