Hm. I don't know if I like it. Can I get your opinions? :D
“Good morning sunshine,” my friend Joe watched me rub my eyes. “Hey bud,” I sighed. “We’re going home today,” he smiled. I glanced at my cellphone. “Does that explain why you’re up this early?” I joked. He nodded furiously.
Joe and his brothers, Nick and Kevin, are in a band; The Jonas Brothers. Currently, they have been on tour for about eight straight months, and I had come with. You see, they were my bestfriends, and our parents were friends as well, but when my parents died tragically when I was eleven, they took me under their roof, well their bus. I’m Holly Carter, fifteen years old, with the assistance of popstars in my life everyday.
“Is anyone else up?” I asked. Joe pointed to the front end of the bus with a yawn. My head bobbed up and down. The sound of videogames rang through-out the living room. “Morning,” I said thinking it was Kev and Nick. “Denise and Kevin?” I giggled. “This game is addicting,” Denise said with the Wii remote in hand. I laughed and walked over to the kitchen area where Kevin and Nick were eating cereal.
“Look at those two,” I laughed pointing to their parents. “They’ve been playing for an hour already,” Kevin’s eyes widened. “Mom’s really good,” Nick observed. “When are we arriving home?” I asked Kevin. “Take a look outside,” he answered quickly. Excitement rushed through my body as I ran over to the window and pulled open the shades. My screams were heard throughout the bus causing a big crashing noise to be heard and Denise and Kevin stopping their game. “Thank you Holly,” Joe screamed. “Sorry!” I said out of breath.
The view outside was just as I remembered it. As the bus moved down my old block in Wyckoff, New Jersey, I saw all the familiar places I’ve been longing to see. “Oh my,” my jaw dropped. “The church!” I kept repeating. Then the bus came to a halt.
Please comment and tell me what you think. I can take harsh criticism, don't worry xD
