Molly Smiles [[ a joe song one-shot]]

its been a month since my fathers death, and i have yet to get over it. i longed to hear his voice, see him smile again. my mother died when i was just a little girl, about 6 or 7. my dad was all i had left. i was his little girl. the only thing that now keeps me going is my boyfriend, Joe. i met him in school, and we had the same group of friends, then we started hanging out more on our own. my dad loved him, he was nothing but a gentlemen. he made me realize that it WAS possible to be gorgeous and polite at the same time. Joe, he's seen me at my best and worst, been with my through thick and thin. he's always been there as my sholder to cry on. but i always had the thoughts in the back of my head: what if he got tired of being there for me? what if he felt that i'll never be back to the normal molly?
"Joe, Joe i'm sorry i just don't feel up to going out tonight." i pleaded to Joe as he stood in the doorway to my bedroom. "Molly, you've been laying in this dark apartment for 2 weeks straight, when was the last time you've even eaten?" he asked kicking some clothes around the floor. "Joe, please." i said faintly. "come on molly, you need to get some fresh air, before you start going crazy." he said walking towards me with his hands out. "i'm not going to be going crazy, puh-lease joseph. i Molly Iken, daughter of legendary, king of rock and roll Bob Iken, will not be going crazy." i said crossing my arms. "yeah, well this up and coming legendary rockstar, Joseph Jonas, will be going crazy, without his little molly by his side." Joe said taking a seat next to me on my bed, i couldnt help but smile a little. " ahh thats all i want to see, molly smiles; it could change the world." Joe said taking ahold of my hand, " now come on, sound checks going to be starting soon." he said standing me up. " fine, joe, i'm not thrilled, but only for you babe." "thank you molly, you wont be disappointed."
we arrived to the arena about 20 minutes later, it was packed. " wow joe, this is pretty packed for a sound check." i yelled while walking through the crowd. "yeah, i dont know whats up with that." he answered causally. "probably cause people just cant get enough of you jonas boys." i aded while i reached the stage. Joe met Nick and Kevin backstage as i walked to my seat in the front row, next to ali, kevin's girl friend, and Marni, Nick's girlfriend. "good too see you Molly" they both said sweetly.
the place went dark and a familiar tune began pouring out of the speakers, which was coming from Nick and Kevins guitar. but it wasnt familiar because it was one of the jonas brothers songs, it was one of my dads, the one he always sang to me. the music continued as Joe came out, playing his guitar " hey guys, we're going to start things off a bit differently tonight, you see theres someone here with me who i love, and i know shes been through a terribly rough time, but i need her to know that im always going to be there for her and i'm never leaving her side, just the way i wish she'd never leave mine.. and well, Molly Iken, this is for you." i felt tears fill my eyes as Joe angelic voice began singing the infamous bob iken song; my song.; Molly Smiles
Daddy's little girl paints the world with her magic wand
Daddy's little child breathes new life to the morning time for me
Though we're apart, her thoughts follow me
When I come home, Molly smiles with the dawn
Molly smiles, and she radiates the glow around her halo

after the first run through of the entire song, tears were rolling down my face. then they began over again, but nick then jumped on the baby grand, and they remixed my dads song with their song of Alittle Bit Longer.

and so on and so on.
i couldnt hold in my emotion anymore tears were like rapids down my cheeks, mudding dirty rapids from my mascara.
i cannot believe how fortunate i am to, even though 2 of the most important people in my life passed away, have such amazing people in my life who are there for me when ever i need and for whatever i need.
the rest of their concert was phenomenal, the engery was rediculious and the fans loved every minute of it. after the concert, i ran back stage to find my boy. as soon as i saw him, i leaped into his arms never ever wanting to let go. " i love you joseph adam, your th most amazing guy in the world." i said while giving him a kiss. " all i wanted to see was Molly Smile."

kay the ending a bit weak i know. but maybe people will actually read and give feedback on the one shot since the ff isnt really getting any. lol

That was such a cute one shot!!! I loved it! And I love the movie Uptown Girls which is part of the reason I decided to check out this one shot. The title is everything for me. lol. But I loved this! It was extremely cute. It made me happy.
