I decided Heathers comment can count.. =p
Mel’s Point Of View:
It’s been approximately two days since the boys told us we were coming home to California with them. Heather, Ashley and I got all packed.
Finally it was time to board the plane.
After we all got on the plane; we were finally ready to take off. Ashley was sitting with Nick who had his arm wrapped around her. Occasionally, he would whisper things in her ear and she would giggle. They were way too caught up in each other to pay attention to their surroundings. I was sitting next to Kevin. I had one of his earphones in my ear, while he had the other.
“Ew Kev, this song stinks.” I announced grabbing his ipod looking through his playlists.
“Here we go.” I pressed play.
‘Oohh, this is an S.O.S” It began playing.
Kevin pressed paused and narrowed his eyes on me. “You can’t share with me anymore.”
He ripped the earphone out of my ear. I made a puppy dogface hoping he’d fall for it. “I sawy kevy.” He rolled his eyes, sticking the earphone back in my ear. I made a small evil laugh. I knew he’d give in. I leaned over him looking out the window. “What if this crashed and we all died?” I asked him. He looked at my and began to crack up.
“I’m not big on flying. The whole cloud effect scares me.” The plane began shaking a bit, causing me to let out a huge scream. Ashley leaned up and looked at me. “Mel relax, its just turbulence.
Kevin looked at me, and grasped for my hand. He rubbed it in a comforting way, which caused me to relax. “It’ll be okay. I promise.” I took a deep breath and leaned back in my seat. I slowly began to drift asleep.
“WE’RE HERE WE’RE HERE!” Heather was jumping up and down out of her seat. I looked out of the window to see us landing. I let out a sigh of relief. I shook Kevin a tad, trying to awake him. “We’re here Kevin!” Nick and Ashley were both also asleep, him with his arm wrapped around her, and her head on his chest.
Joe ran over pouncing on them both. “WE’RE HERE WE’RE HERE WAKE UP!”
Nick squinted his eyes, beginning to scowl at his brother. Ashley moved slightly, yawning.
“Joseph, get in your seat.” Denise yelled from the rear of the plane. “Yes Mommy.” He replied running to his seat, just like a four year old.
